I decided to flip a coin and choose this location as there are so many options within the city. I was able to check in, be in and out and not be bruised after giving blood work. Most of the time, it's about a five to ten minute wait. Sometimes if it's crowded I'll go to their other location. The beauty of it is that they have plenty of locations close by. read more

I arrived on time for a scheduled appointment. My toddler and I sat for just a moment before getting checked in and paying my co-pay. I was called back immediately by Lakeisha. She kindly introduced herself. I briefly told her of my experience with a missed blood draw earlier this week. LaKeisha quickly engaged in coversation with great energy. Before I knew it, she was done drawing my blood. May seem like a small thing, but Lakeisha being mindful of my past experience and recent medical issues, she made my experience grea during a terribly stressful time for me. Thank You! read more

Arrived right on time for my 8:15 appointment. There is a check-in Kiosk in front of the door and no staff was at the window so I can see how some patients would get confused. Within 10 minutes I was pulled back into a room and the tech was professional and courteous. I was out the door by 8:30 and had no significant issues. read more

The person at the front desk was awesome! Friendly and receptive! I got a bad vibe from the tech I saw coming for the other patients and I was sort of hoping I would be called by the other tech. I was wrong and I paid the price. My arm hurt after, the gauze was full of blood, No heavy tape and I'll post the pics below so you can see. Self check-in kiosks caused some stress for older clients. Front office staff a tad gruff.

We have been coming here because of poor experiences across the street at Quest. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back. They now require a credit, debit or health savings card for services. I tried opting out, and the front desk person told me I could choose to go elsewhere. My insurance company tells me this is prohibited practice. The front desk person said nothing will ever be charged without my permission after receiving an invoice, but the sign in the office states, "After you insurance provider processes your claim...LabCorp...will let apply the charges to your card..." To make matters worse, no one can give me an estimate for the services provided so I just have to hope for the best. Shame on you LabCorp. As if they wanted me to have an even poorer experience, the untrained staff insisted they did not perform one of the common tests my MD had ordered and referred me to Quest. I called the customer service number to let them know of my experience. Later that day I received a call from someone who identified herself as area management. She apologised for my experience and basically said everything that happened to me should not have. They do not require a cxredit card, only ask for one. They do not refer people to Quest because they can perform any test (even if they don't do it directly, they send it out to another lab). However, it did take three days for the manager to confirm this, and therin lies the problem. Plus, the manager still couldn't confirm if this would all be in-network which referred me to billing. After calling billing I was reassured everything would still be in-network regardless of where they send it. At this point my testing has been delayed yet another week since one of my test must be completed between 8-9am. So my next day off is next week Tuesday, but they have no available appointments during the required time, so I'll try Wednesday. I'm trying again because of the effort of the manager, plus I really hate Quest (my spouse went there this week and it took him 2 hours with an appointment) and my insurance company (Cigna) is having an issue telling me which labs are in-network because there is some glitch on their website. read more

Service was good. However, website should state the hours for the services that end prior to the closing time of 3:00 pm.

This place oozes unhappiness. You are not even greeted when you walk in. They just say "sign in". Terrible Maurey type shows on a loud TV. The phlebotomists are nice and professional but the administration is simply horrid. read more
