When I scheduled, I informed Malvern that my script had been faxed to Bryn Mawr, and was told "no problem," that it all goes to the same place (in the computer), even though they have different fax numbers. Okay, fine. But upon arrival, there was a 10-minute delay while reception searched for my script, then ultimately decided to call my doctor's office to ask for a new one. Annoying, but it gets worse. Results took a day longer to come back than they do at Bryn Mawr, and when they did, they were incorrect / incomplete. The radiologist had to be asked to review the report again, and findings sure enough were missed. Very scary to a patient. The place was totally empty the entire hour I was there, so it is unclear why results took so long. Very frustrating when you have potentially serious health issues being checked, especially when report finally comes and isn't even accurate. I appreciate them being prompt and honest about revising the report, but it would be negligence otherwise. The ultrasound tech, Sima (sp?), was helpful and informed. She was thorough and patient, and gave what little info she is allowed to give, to be as helpful as she could. She was 5 stars, against the deficit created by others, and earned this place ALL of their 2 stars. NOTE: Main Line Diagnostic Imaging is now called Akumin, but they've done little to change the signage or online presence namewise.

Kathy took the time to answer every question patiently and thoroughly, which really put my mind at ease. I honestly don't understand some of the negative reviews. From our experience, she has a great personality, is clearly passionate about what she does, and genuinely cares about giving families the best possible experience. She took her time to get the perfect images of our baby and made the appointment feel special rather than rushed. And the deposit policy is clearly listed on her website under FAQs, and every business has to put policies in place for their protection, too. She was also incredibly accommodating by fitting us in at the last minute so we could confirm our baby's gender before our gender reveal party. She even let us pop confetti in the ultrasound room to celebrate, even though she had to clean it up afterward! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Innerview Ultrasound to anyone looking for a special opportunity to see their baby. We left with beautiful images, peace of mind, a bunny stuffy with a sound of babies heartbeat, and wonderful memories we'll always cherish.

i had been using this vet for years since rescuing my dog. i had found them to be informative and…read morecaring for my dog. that all changed when they opened the new center. each visit is a different doctor and they contradict what the previous doctor said. its obvious they are trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible. they are annoyed when you call in and forget about asking for explanations on what they are doing and how much it will cost, they make that very difficult. perhaps as an emergency center they are less interested in the routine care of your pet because of the low revenue opportunities. my last visit was the last.

I walked in a little after noon, signed in/registered on an iPad they had set up near the front desk and took a seat in the waiting room. There were three other people in front of me in line, and it appeared that they all had appointments scheduled. I probably waited around 5-10 minutes until I was called back. I then waited another 5 minutes while I was in the examination room before the nurse came in. I was in and out of there in roughly 20 minutes. Both of the nurses that were on duty were great! They were both very helpful and friendly, making side conversation throughout the visit. This was a breathe of fresh air compared to the past few experiences I had at the nearby Quest location down the road.
