Despite repeatedly explaining that this form is required for me to begin work, every time I call I'm told they'll "send a message" to the person responsible. Nothing ever happens after that, absolutely no updates, no follow-through, and no sense of consideration. As someone who has worked in healthcare, I would never put a patient through this. The lack of communication and basic respect from the office staff has been frustrating and honestly unacceptable.
