You are forced to park in a parking lot which charges $4 after 30 minutes and KEEPS GOING UP the longer you are there. There's no parking validation. When I was there a lady tried to pay with her iPhone and it didn't work. She then tried with credit card and that also didn't work. It held up the whole exit queue. It doesn't take cash and there's no human attendant. This is not the fault of Labcorp. They don't own the building they are just a tenant here. For the actual service inside Labcorp it's good. But you're constantly checking the clock to make sure you are not over 30 minutes due to parking. Which is very stressful for an already stressful situation. This is the only Labcorp location I've ever been to that charges for parking. Just go to the location in Fountain Valley. There are TWO locations with FREE parking within the same hospital (Memorial Care). P.S. If you ask ChatGPT or Gemini for parking tips they might tell you to park across the street or on the street. This is not viable. Across the street there is a medical plaza but they enforce parking very strictly. If you try to park there you are likely to get towed. Also street parking is impossible there's very few spaces. Just go to Memorial Care.

They also let people who get regular "drug" tests go in ahead of you. The only good thing I have to say is that the results are ready quickly and once you do get in the chair, the phlebotomists are nice. We waited for 10-15 minutes outside because she had posted a sign, but when she returned, there were other customers waiting with us who also complained about her. Once inside, some customers who arrived after us were allowed to sign in before us, and even though she saw us, she made us wait for an additional 30 minutes, prioritizing others. When we questioned her, she said if we didn't sign in, she would never call us. My wife complied, but Martha continued to make us wait and served clients who arrived later. When we confronted her, she dismissively said we could either wait or leave. It's not surprising that this place has only 2 stars on Yelp and Google reviews. If the owner is wise, they should hire better customer service representatives or risk losing clients and facing closure. I'm always feeling very comfortable and at ease with them as they're explaining what's being done! What I like about this place as this is open at 7AM which gives me plenty of time to find adequate parking out on the streets before everything else in that building even opens up for the day! And even when the streets are filled with parked cars along the curb, parking in the pay parking area is still dirt cheap! $2 per hour! Can't beat it! I highly recommend going to this laboratory to have your blood work needs done! I wouldn't trade this for anything! I recall my former physician attempting to talk me into having my blood work done elsewhere, but I was adamant about continuing to go to this one here just because she happened to experience bruising from one of her own veins there, but as I mentioned earlier, I never experienced any issues with the lab or anything!
