We all got in, checked in, and waited maybe 5 minutes? The lady in the front was super efficient and so nice! She was the only one, got everyone checked in, and called back in a timely manner. But, if you are fasting and/or need to be somewhere, you should go somewhere else. They don't take appointments, they don't even ask for your paper work until it is almost your turn. I think they have only 2 phlebotomists, and one seems to go to lunch around 10:30 am. Both my husband and I waited 1 hour and 15-30 minutes to get our turn on different days. They also let people who get regular "drug" tests go in ahead of you. The only good thing I have to say is that the results are ready quickly and once you do get in the chair, the phlebotomists are nice. We waited for 10-15 minutes outside because she had posted a sign, but when she returned, there were other customers waiting with us who also complained about her. Once inside, some customers who arrived after us were allowed to sign in before us, and even though she saw us, she made us wait for an additional 30 minutes, prioritizing others. When we questioned her, she said if we didn't sign in, she would never call us. My wife complied, but Martha continued to make us wait and served clients who arrived later. When we confronted her, she dismissively said we could either wait or leave. It's not surprising that this place has only 2 stars on Yelp and Google reviews. If the owner is wise, they should hire better customer service representatives or risk losing clients and facing closure. I have reported this incident to my doctor and strongly do not recommend this place. Thanks

I have been a patient/customer for 20-plus years and have had nothing, but good things to comment…read moreon! Been having blood work done per my physicians and the lab techs are great! I'm always feeling very comfortable and at ease with them as they're explaining what's being done! What I like about this place as this is open at 7AM which gives me plenty of time to find adequate parking out on the streets before everything else in that building even opens up for the day! And even when the streets are filled with parked cars along the curb, parking in the pay parking area is still dirt cheap! $2 per hour! Can't beat it! I highly recommend going to this laboratory to have your blood work needs done! I wouldn't trade this for anything! I recall my former physician attempting to talk me into having my blood work done elsewhere, but I was adamant about continuing to go to this one here just because she happened to experience bruising from one of her own veins there, but as I mentioned earlier, I never experienced any issues with the lab or anything! Anyway, will continue going until next year because I will be relocating to Texas!

Got here 8am (no patient was here yet) my appointment is at 9:10am. Come close to your actual appointment otherwise you will be waiting for a while. They seem to be understaffed and backed up. Usually most Quest in other states I have been too, is super fast get in and out. This specific one not so much at all. Word of advice make an appointment here, and do not be LATE. If you are late, they automatically cancel your appointment without even notifying you the changes. It happened with a lady who asked about her appointment in front of me.

The estimated wait time was 1 hour and 50 minutes. After 2 hours with no text, I decided to wait inside the office instead of the car. It was a good thing I did, because they called my name and asked for my paperwork at about the 2.5 hour mark. There were continually more people than seats throughout the process, and I wanted to give older people the opportunity to sit. So I stood for an hour straight. At 3 hours, I was finally called (I NEVER received a text notification) and the actual experience was fine! But overall, you cannot rely on the text notifications and good luck trying to do a walk-in if you have any other commitments that day. I wish that there were more labs in the area to handle the overwhelming demand!

"So why did you sign up?" I then asked if he could count down to which he responded "What am I, the count?" Once the needle was inserted, I closed my eyes and focused on breathing, to which he said "Oh, and now she can't talk." By this point, I was making it clear I wasn't interested in this negging or sarcasm; I'm just trying to make it through. He asks about plans, I see he's trying to distract me, so I throw him a bone and say I'm going to dinner at Javier's, a Mexican restaurant. "Yeah I figured by the name." I felt vulnerable and mocked and condescended to, and by the time I said "thank you so much" in a whisper as he took it out, he said "oh and why are we whispering." Super odd. Very pointed. Felt like no matter what I said, he was insisting on his bit at the cost of professionalism and compassion. I rarely leave negative reviews, if ever. This was weird and left me feeling icky.
