I like this location. I rarely have to wait very long even though I usually don't make an appointment. People with appointments are taken first, but that is to be expected. The technicians are quick and good at what they do. I hate having blood drawn. I mean who likes it? But they are very patient with me and get me in and out quickly. If they people in the front were nicer or more friendly I'd probably give them all 5 stars. read more

I was supposed to be seen as a walk in. I'm trying to prove I'm sober to cps and the worker told me to come here and talk to someone. I got a text while at work saying the time of an appointment. I didn't know it was in a hospital and had a hell of a time finding it. Upon arrival the women working asked me what time my appointment was and told me I may have been more than 10 minutes late. They asked me my name and told me to wait. I waited for over an hour. I have until 6 pm to do this test and every one working is only calling people back to be seen. They did not help me. They did not let me explain anything. Why have staff members when you have computers. The computers were more help than these ignorant old ladies. read more

Forget about walking into any quest in 2022. I went to 3 locations and was told there was no walk in availability. Tried making an appt at this one. There were only a couple time slots available. I was 20 minutes late because I got stuck in class. They wouldn't take me and told me to try walking into a location a 25 minute drive away. They need more staffing. read more

Check in process is self-check in. Best to arrange an appointment instead of walking in. They do take walk-ins but the wait is long

It is down the hall on the 3rd floor of the medical center. Still had a dozen people when I got there. I got in and out in 20 min; took almost as long to find a parking place and to and from the car. read more

I went in yesterday and had a 15 minute wait time. I waited 15 minutes and there was still five people ahead of me. I had another appointment and realized I would most likely be there another hour. No receptionist to tell them I had to leave to get to my doctors appointment, so I just left. My husband had made an appointment a year ago and he waited an hour. He then had to come back and drop off a urin sample and he waited 20 minutes for someone to come out and get it. I think they're understaffed to save money. I'll try a different Quest facility. read more

Totally new experience here. Made an appointment online, showed up had my temperature taken, logged in on a touchscreen pad and watched an employee sanitize behind me. Was actually seen 10 minutes prior to my scheduled time. Staff was great. Well done!!!!!! read more

Today I had an 11:10 am appointment. I arrived on-time for my appointment, waiting for the text to come in, checked in on the kiosk, and sat down. Everyone else was getting called really fast, but time continued to go on and I was never called. Finally, I stopped someone and asked if they could find out why I hadn't been called and she said she would check for me. About 15 minutes later, the same lady calls someone else and doesn't say anything to me. Eventually, I asked another woman to see if she could see what's going on and she says I remember seeing your name so she is going to check. Another 20 minutes go by and I still haven't seen the second woman come back out. Meanwhile, everyone else is barely sitting down before they are being called. Finally, another woman walks out and tells someone else that they should see their name on the board and I speak up and say I also don't see my name and have been waiting for an hour. She actually goes back and figures out whatever actually went wrong and says I will be helped by the second person I had asked to help me that never came back. Three more people are called before she comes out to get me. I believe her name was Tamya, finally calls me back and tells me that another woman took my appointment when I was called. This is impossible because I sat in the waiting room after I checked in, so I would have heard my name being called. When I said this, she said the woman claimed my appointment before I checked in, which makes absolutely no sense. This means they gave my appointment away before I even came in and if they do that, then what is the purpose of making an appointment? My tests probably took less than 15 minutes, but yet I wasn't walking out until 12:50, almost two hours after my appointment time. This will be my first and last experience at this quest. read more

Brought the hubby here for lab work. Location was easy to find, on the corner of S eastern and St Rose and after following the signs thru the hospital. It wasn't very busy when we got there, about 2 ahead of us around 1pm. He was in an out of there in about 15 minutes. Service with a smile is always a plus. They were nice and office was very clean. read more

Made an appointment, got in and out within 10-15 mins. I'm impressed. Too bad the tech left a big bruise on my elbow from the draw... and that usually don't happen cuz I have pretty good & large veins. The location is also difficult to find unless you know exactly where it is. read more

After being diverted from the Burnham location I had to go to the one on Eastern in Henderson, 30 minutes away with my specimen. Once I arrived it was an overall great experience. Very unhappy workers here especially the lady in the front that seems like she hates her job . Don't make an appointment here you will definitely be waiting longer then what u scheduled for! Wow this place is awesome, the nurse got my blood despite of me fainting rhe week before in another quest.

Went to three different locations and this one was able to take me in as a walk in. Didn't wait for more than 5 minutes with other walk ins. Service was fast and so organized. My technician was friendly, quick and she drew my blood with absolutely no pain! Thank you Nicole! Great service! Worth the drive. read more

I walked in to drop off labs at 3, and had to wait an HOUR to be called to the desk. There were only three people in the entire waiting room! Then other people were being called BEFORE me! Nobody said to make an appt. to drop off labs! So please call and make an appt., even if you are supposed to drop something off! Time is valuable, and I just wasted an hour here because someone didn't scan for drop offs, or because you are supposed to make an appointment for drop offs, but nobody tells you! read more

This location at 10001 Eastern should be shut down. I have had 40+ blood draws in the last 10 years and this place is a joke. I have never experienced the pain that I experienced here. I finally walked out after they said they could try to get me someone with more experience. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I had such a quick and painless (literally and figuratively) experience here! Walked in on a Tuesday morning around 1030 for a blood draw. From check-in to leaving I was there under 10 minutes! She usually takes my blood a few times a month. She has never hurt me or collapsed a vein. Every time she takes me blood, I don't even have a bruise or a mark! And I bruise easy. Poorly managed and poorly run. Went there for lab work several months back. They did the complete wrong lab write up. My doctor told me I would have to go back for a second lab visit, to have it done correctly. What happens? They did the same thing as the first time despite the fact I told the technician what happened the first time. I knew the second round was wrong when they only pulled one vial of blood and didn't ask for urine. I asked the tech how a full blood panel can be done, with only one vial. He said all is fine and not to worry. Today I went back to my doctor and he advised me it was done wrong again. He even showed me the medical order on his screen and also said that it happens all the time! What is wrong with this company? Not only did they waste my time taking work hours off, but I had to pay twice for blood work and two doctors visits for no reason. Welcome to medical care in Las Vegas! read more

Ada V... Ada V..... Ada V... is a person I wish I had never met and will never forget. I had the unpleasant pleasure of meeting Ada V at the Quest suite 309 Del Webb Building, off of Eastern and St. Rose this morning. Prior to my experience with Ada, I witnessed her calling a lady back for blood work. She looked and spoke with lots of attitude as I thought to myself, I hope I don't get her. Well of course, Ada V called my name, I greeted her a " Good Morning" she mumbled something back then told me to take a seat. In silence; I sat their as she busied herself with filled blood vials of another patients. After several minutes, she turned towards me and forcefully slapped the extended arm rest down. As it slammed into position she said " put your arm on the rest". She then asked if I had any water and when was your LAST time. I said yes, since 5am the last time being 5 minutes go. Ada V shook her head in what I would describe as discuss and angrily said" it takes 1.5 hours to take affect". I'll assume she did not here " since 5am " part. I asked her if I did something to her because she seemed upset and irritated and asked if she wanted me to leave. She then said in a angry tone .."I've got a job to do " as she plunged the needle in my arm and the blood started flowing. The experience was painful and dreadfully uncomfortable. I departed with a feeling that my blood work will be tempered. It's unfortunate that I met Ada V today, IMO she should not be allowed to represent or handle patients vital diagnostic fluids or records. Their is a trust issue that I lost knowing Ada V handled my diagnostic test today. read more

Walk-ins wait for at least 3 hours! They are so busy and seems like that makes them kinda rude to people who have no idea what is going on. I was waiting and watching the attitude of the staff to old people who are not familiar with the procedures. They cannot make you appointment so you can come back but you can make appointment online while waiting :) You can literary die while waiting if you are walk-in. Even people with appointments wait about 30 minutes. read more

I have never really been a fan of this place - it's too crowded, the staff isn't very friendly, and it's impossible to get an appointment. However, they have now moved (on the same property) to the building that houses SMA urgent care, OB/GYN and adult medicine. The office space is brand new and there is a lot more seating. It boggles my mind how face to face service people can hate their jobs so much. Time to step back, take a deep breath and remember that it's not THAT bad. I am sure (since I also work in the customer service field) that you deal with clueless, annoying people - but, just chill out! Try and smile and be helpful. I've never had any problems with any of the phlebotomists not being able to draw blood or anything. In fact, they are usually professional and quick. I can not stress enough how much I recommend making an appointment, if possible. It really makes the process much, much easier. 90% of the people who are there are walk-ins, and if you don't have an appointment, you will be waiting a long time. Unfortunately, appointments can only be made via their website, and are really not available last minute. read more

Make sure you make an appointment because if you don't have an appointment, you'll likely be waiting a long time especially when they are busy. I had a 3:30 appointment and I was called in at 4:15. But for those people without appointments, their wait was an hour and a half or longer. The receptionist does inform you that it will be a long wait when you walk in so you won't be sitting there wondering when you'll be next. Once I was called in, it was very quick. I think it took five minutes and I was done. read more

(5 star for Melissa, the girl that took my blood!!) I hate getting blood work done. Just the needles and blood combination make me nauseous. I fainted a couples of times while getting my blood drawn. I usually take a Xanax or two before I go in, but this time I had no one to drive me here so I didn't take any Xanax. I was super nervous. My appointment time was at 12 pm. When I got here, I saw a lot of people waiting. I figured I had to wait anyways. While waiting, I decided to read Yelp reviews on this place. OMG. The Ada V. review scared the crap out of me. My heart started racing. What am I gonna do if I get Ada V.?! With my bad luck, I will get Ada V... I was ready to leave. Then the girl called my name. It was 12:20 pm. The girl had nice smile on her face. I checked her name tag. THANK GOD, SHE WAS NOT ADA V.!!!!! Her name was Melissa. I explained her about my situation. She made sure I didn't see any blood. She was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I didn't feel any pain. The best blood work experience in my life!! She said I can ask for her next time. I recommend Melissa to anyone who's scared of blood works like me! Make appointments online even though you have to wait anyway. You get in quicker than walk in people. read more

I had a great experience when I was getting my blood drawn last week. The phlebotomists were fantastic. Unfortunately, when I went back to get results, the person behind the desk, Valerie, was so rude. I'm amazed her manager allows her be the face of the company. I had to wait 40 minutes and then found out she forgot to place the order. Even worse was when she lied to me about it and was nasty when I asked about typical time frames. During the 40 min wait, she was incredibly rude to customer after customer. I hope her manager sees this and spends some time with her on attitude, honesty, and customer service. read more

Even trying to make an appointment at almost any of the locations never seemed to work with my schedule. ..so I did a walk in at this location while in the area for work. It felt crowded and people kept coming in with appointments, pushing me back in line but it wasn't all that long of a wait. The clinic is small and seems unkept, but the workers I encountered were all nice and did their jobs well. I used the bathroom while I was there...it was in need of a cleaning. read more

Terrible. Terrible bedside manner, terrible treatment of patients. I give it two stars cuz the phlebotomist skill was awesome even though he was NOT friendly at all. Walking in I had some questions about the tests I needed to have done. One might need to be collected at home and wanted to make sure I fasted right, I've taken blood tests where you fast from even water, so I ask the older lady behind the counter. I have a quick question, and she tapped the iPad machine and said check in here not even listening to my question. Obviously I check in on the machine, but I have a question, taps the machine again with zero words. Completely dismissive. She talked that way to each patient that walked through the door. Look, no one is at quest for fun, everyone that goes there has an issue requiring tests, be nice and if not nice, be cordial, she was neither. Dismissive and rude. I took my seat. An hour and ten minutes later I was called back. Ok eh you have to wait there sometimes, but wait and deal with rudeness?? Um quest you only get away with it cuz you have a monopoly. I go with the phlebotomist who didn't like me showing him where my good vein is to draw the blood. He was offended it seemed even though the vein I showed him was exactly where he drew from. I tried to make small talk but he ignored me. He hit the vein spot on and filled the vials quick, pretty sad when the highlight of a visit is when a needle is driven into your body but seriously the blood draw was the best part of my visit. He dismissed me WITHOUT collecting the colorectal fecal cancer screen. Nice going, if you can't follow the docs instructors for EVERY test ordered, are my results going to be accurate?? I hope so cuz the doc will base treatment on the results of the tests, one of which was ignored. So what if the doc treats me for something I don't have and does further damage is quest gonna apologize or reimburse me for my time and my wrong treatment cuz they messed up the test? Yet I still gotta pay don't I? Yep, they're gonna get their money, even if making a mistake. I can tolerate long waits, in fact I can tolerate a lot of things, what I can't tolerate is rudeness, dismissiveness and incompetence. Quest you missed one complete test on my order of tests!!! That is incompetent. In the hour and a half I was there I saw not one smile, heard not one kind word from anyone in a quest uniform and that is unacceptable, especially from a company providing in the medical industry. Poor, terrible and completely a disappointment and I will most certainly be forced to go back if not just for the test they missed but for future tests. read more

Two different Drs gave me forms to get blood work at Quest. So, I made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. They had me sign in and didn't look at my ins card or paperwork. After 37 minutes of watching other people get called to the desk who came in after me, I went and looked at the sign-in sheet. My name wasn't on it. When I inquired, the lady asked for my name and found that it had been crossed off on an earlier sheet? Really? I was three feet away the entire time. So I did not miss them calling my name. They just skipped me. Ok, then they asked for my insurance card. I gave it to them and they informed me with no concern or apology for their prior error, that they do not take my insurance! So, why don't they ask about your ins at the time of booking the appt? I found them incompetent, unorganized and rudely nonchalant. read more

The issues I have with Quest is the scheduling system. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment unless your are able to schedule months out. You can only make appointments online or via phone (automated system.) Due to this the vast majority of people end up coming in on a walk in basis. Oh Boy!!!! So if you come here as a walk in be sure you have time to wait because you will be waiting a very long time. The process... Everyone must sign-in both appointments and non-appointments. The people at the counter will then call people up according to this list. (Those with appointment will be called forward before non-appointment people.) at this time they will check you in (i.e. get your paperwork and insurance info.) Then you will sit and wait to be called back for your test. The Staff... The front desk staff was extremely rude. They messed up everyones name on the list. She had an attitude and while i was there was mean to a little old lady who was concerned because she was fasting and has diabates. I was appalled because that little old lady could have passed out. The staff in back was better but not by much. The first tech could not find my viens and the supervisor was the only tech that was skilled enough to draw my blood. Highly disappointing! I would not suggest anyone to get testing or blood work done here. Unfortunately for me both my insurance and doctors office has them as there preferred provider so I'm stuck. The waits are way long and the experience here is just frustrating. read more

Lots of bad reviews on this place, but every place on yelp seems to be getting worse, because people are more likely to report bad problems then praise, so I figured I'd try it since it was the closest one that takes walk ins. It is located on the same piece of land as the saint rose hospital that is at St.Rose and Eastern. There is no exterior sign that says Quest Diagnostics on the outside of the building, so you need to know where it is to find it. It's in rm309 on the 3rd floor of the Dell Web Building. The Dell Web Building is the part of the hospital that is located closest to the St Rose and Eastern intersection, just west of the garage. The entrance is between the garage and the dell web building. This quest is part of the hospital so expect it to busier than others, and expect 2/3 of the other guests to be senior that need extra attention and help. No problems there as the staff seem to be able to handle all their needs. They allow you to request a specific person to draw your blood, I watched two older ladies make special request for their favorite. There were two people working the desk and I saw at least six people drawing blood. I didn't have a reservation, I tried to make one, but couldn't. That would be my only complaint. I tried making an appointment through the website 3 times, but every time I picked one of the time slots it said was open, and finished putting in all my info, and clicking submit, then I would get a "that appointment time is no longer available." It happened 3 times, so I decided to call. I got a call center. No foreign accent, so I'm guessing somewhere in North America, but off and on it would sound like she had swallowed the phone, truly. After a couple tries to communicate with her, I politely excused myself and hung up. Then I just decided to walk in. Got there about 11:15. When I walked in, and saw that there was already at least 15 people, I expected to wait for at least an hour, maybe an hour an half. So I signed in, gave the guy behind the counter my paperwork and insurance card, and sat down with my phone to read some articles I'd been saving. I only waited about 15-20 minutes. Not even enough time to get through two articles. I've waited longer before, with an appointment, at some Dr's offices. Alie called me back. Nice lady, thin German(I believe) lady, with the German blond hair. Greeted me with a smile and immediately struck up a conversation with me. I don't have a problem with needles like some people, including my wife, but I can totally see how she worked like this to help keep your mind off of the needle and blood. When it came time to stick the needle in, I'm not the type to clinch up, look away, and in hale sharply at the slightest touch. I'll usually watch, but even watching, Alie was soo good with the needle that I didnt feel a thing. I had to leave a urine sample as well, so she instructed me in the where and what and how, then said goodbye. While waiting for my turn at the restroom, I watched her working with her next patient, an older gentleman, and she was just as good with him, she actually seemed to enjoy working with the patients. My wife is one of those people who is very very affraid of needles and blood. I'll be bringing my wife here and requesting Alie the next time my wife has to have blood work done. read more

First, the woman checking in patients was very short and had a horrible tone, I realize this isn't a spa or anything but it wouldn't hurt to be more welcoming. We brought our newborn in for a bilirubin test and the same woman that checked us in was telling the woman taking his blood about "her way" of pulling from a newborn. She kept speaking over the other technician- it was very unprofessional, especially in front of patients. We finally spoke up and said we were comfortable with whatever way our tech was comfortable and familiar. We will not be going back to this location if we need testing in the future. read more
