I wish the phlebotomists would introduce themselves. They don't have name tags or IDs either. They ask you for all your info but don't even say their name? They are usually so nice. It would make me feel more at ease - that I'm interacting with a "person" who feels pain and anxiety too, esp when they have to stick you multiple times depending on the level of expertise, I suppose. read more

I didn't actually have my blood drawn, but I owe them a review. My doctor mistakenly thought Quest was in network for me (newsflash, they're not) and sent my orders here. Made my appointment easily online, checked in easily, was called back on time... And was informed by the technician that they don't take my insurance. It would've been over $400 out of pocket (!!!!!) so I'm super grateful they actually gave me a heads up instead of just sticking me (pun!) with the bill afterwards. I fasted for nothing, but appreciate the customer service. read more

Rude! And not helpful! I was there and have problem checking in. The people there are not willing yo help and I have to asked over and over again. The wait time is ridiculous. read more

Visited here this morning very early , and checked in about 7:30 am. This Quest is all automated and asks patients to sign in on a computer before they call one to take the order, insurance info, and id. I was not seen until almost 45 minutes later due to the fact that an appointment is a wonderful thing. If you make an appointment you have priority over everyone else. This Quest is located on the third floor of St Rose hospital campus and it is very quiet with ample free parking and security of this Quest being at a hospital that we can feel secure at read more

The Eastern location is really hard to find. Google maps had me driving around in a circle. So I missed my appointment and when I rescheduled I waited over an hour. Then there was a problem with the electronic order sent by my physician. (I had confirmed that it was sent). The lab technician had a really bad attitude so that made things even worse for me. It would be nice if they were nice. I spent 40 years in healthcare and never treated my patients like they were the enemy. This has been the day from hell trying to get this done!!! My appointment was at 2:10 and it's 3:30. read more

Anthem Village remodels Quest Labs and it's better, quicker and easier to make an appointment! Much needed as this is a busy lab and the only one close to so many people! read more

I've always had a pleasant experience at this Quest and is my go-to location! My NUMBER ONE ADVICE is to please schedule your appointment online! It makes everything so much easier! You don't have to wait in line for hours to be seen, and there's no need to use their check-in station inside! Instead, Quest will text you with a link to check in, and will send a follow up text when they are ready for you to come inside! Again, it makes everything that much more seamless! No waiting! No stress! The staff who've taken my labs have always been very polite as well! read more

SWEETEST PEOPLE, took me in ahead of my appointment time and was quick and efficient.

I had an appointment at 9:20 am checked in via phone 10 minutes on the app I see my name on the screen where all the appointments are indicated and after 5 minutes my name is gone and erased at 930am I asked two workers that I had an appointment at 9:20 am however I was not called yet.. flagged down another work at 9:45 am and again she states she will check to see what happen to my scheduled appointment... I am never coming here again the workers are rude and don't know nothing about customer service....I waited over 30 minutes to be called back when I had a scheduled appointment at 9:20 am this is ridiculous and unacceptable... read more

Wow what a nightmare! There is no one there to answer any questions. You have to wait for someone to leave to enter the office to ask any questions. And when I did ask a technician she seemed annoyed that I was bothering her while she was helping someone but there is no front desk to ask any questions. Even to get help you get added to the que and have to wait to get called upon. I had to help 2 elderly people check in because no one else was there to help. I kept having people ask me questions like I worked there. All I wanted to ask was if I needed my insurance card. The complete lack of human interaction was so frustrating. This was the worse experience I had trying to get blood work done. And I say trying because I was so frustrated I just left. And if you call the 800 number and try to talk to a human, the machine just apologizes and hangs up on you. read more

This place is absolute garbage. Don't be surprised when you waste your time because you can't get anyone on the phone and there is no receptionist available. What a joke ! I needed my blood work done today. Now I have to reschedule my doctors appointment. I'm looking for a one 800 number so I can file a formal complaint read more

Today was my first time here with my husband. Our doctor sent us here to have labs drawn for a wellness check. When we arrived it was pretty busy but they move pretty quick. In the waiting area is a kiosk check in. I believe you need to use the kiosk if you DID NOT get a text on your phone with a link that automatically checks you in. As soon as clicked the link on my phone to check in a lab tech came out and called my name. The lab tech was super duper nice and drew my labs quick. FYI MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and go before 10AM if not GOOD LUCK finding parking. read more

I used to use Quest, it was a very different experience in the past. Now they're trying to go all digital, which doesn't seem to work very well. I was sent a text instructing me to follow the link to check in when I arrived for my appointment today. I did just that, then after several minutes I realized my name was not on the queue. I checked in manually with their monitor and my ID. If that is the process, they must communicate that much clearer than having to guess at what to do upon arrival. After a while, somebody came out, called me back for blood and urine tests. The bathroom had NO SOAP whatsoever, not even a container for soap, not even a place for the mechanism for the container of soap. No soap in a medical facilities bathroom. So on my way out, I tried to use their sanitizer on the wall at their exit and guess what... It was empty! The gals are very sweet and patient. However, Quest Diagnostics needs to get on the ball with some of their logistics. No access to wash hands after submitting samples is unacceptable. read more

Made an 11:15am appointment and made it on time. There is no receptionist so you have to check in yourself at the tablets. I waited about 15 minutes before they called my name. The technician introduced herself to me, was very pleasant, and asked me to verify my information before my blood was drawn. Pretty painless process except trying to find somewhere to park and walking in the scorching heat to the building. And the office is alllll the way down the hall on the 3rd floor. Really convenient for me since it was right around the corner from my job. read more

Everyone dreads coming to Quest, especially if they don't have an appointment scheduled. Quest has that rep of long wait times, at anytime of day. Because I needed to complete a urine test for school, there were specific times where I was able to come in. Plus, quest has this new rule (at this location, at least) that for drug tests they are only performed from the hours of 10am-4pm. I arrived around 3:15. There were about 3 other people ahead of me. I checked in on one of the handy-dandy iPads and sat down. It took about 3 minutes until one of the techs came out from the back rooms to officially check me in by obtaining my drug test order and DL. From being officially checked in and being called back it took no more than 5 minutes, score! My tech was Rebecca! She's super cool and personable. She tried to move as quick as possible so that my appointment was quick and easy and since they had other drug screens to perform. I pee'd in a cup, she prepared everything to be sent out today, by 5p and I was out- on my way... Needless to say, the wait time was quick compared to other locations and visits to Quest. Don't plan on coming here if you have other things to do. Without an appointment you should plan to wait at least 30 minutes. read more

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I had a 9:30 am appointment for blood work. And when I walked in around 9:15, the place was packed! Unfortunately for me, my pregnancy brain forgot my lab paperwork at home. I informed the lady at the front desk that my hubby drove back home to get it. She was nice and sympathetic about it and told me she has 2 kids of her own so she completely understood my mistake. Check in was super simple. There's 2 iPads at the counter where you type in your name and info and done! It was easy for me, but I did see quite a few older people struggling with the "technological advances" of today's society. They were calling back people about every 5-10 minutes. Let me just say I'm terrified of needles! The technician was very friendly and got my mind off of being poked. Wish I had gotten his name (light skinned African American man with a puff ponytail on the top of his head). Super nice guy, easy to talk to and the needle prick did not hurt at all. I did not feel light headed afterwards and I was able to stand right up. I still hate having my blood drawn, but kudos for making this a more pleasant experience! read more

As someone who has severe anxiety when it comes to getting labs done, I had to post about my experience today. My phlebotomist, Casey, was kind, empathetic, and patient. She listened to my concerns and offered a warm personality that instantly made me feel safe. I couldn't say enough great things about her! Thank you, Casey! read more

If I could give this location no stars, I would. I came here for the convenience of the the location for my appointment, and when I get here I'm told I can't get my blood work done because "they don't have a printer". Now this is a doctors office, I see printers everywhere (printing things out) and they can't print out my quest diagnostics referral for blood work? I will NEVER come back to this location with rude nurses that have no answers to simple questions except to "tell your doctor to fax it over, with the number on the sticky note" tuh! read more

Quest Diagnostics - Fax # - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

I've had to go in here twice in the past week to get blood work done for my physical. I love that you can literally waltz in and get seen immediately this time of year. Literally, you can be in and out in 20 minutes or less during the holidays. The best part is the phlebotomist with the heart tattoo behind her right ear is the first person to ever get the needle in my arm with blood flow right away. I donate blood often, and it's always been a PITA because they have trouble finding my vein. I appreciated that they were able to find a vein in my left arm and not go through the vein to cause a huge bruise. Works for me! read more

I'm at 10001 S eastern Ave in Henderson on 5/17/2022. I was sitting in quest waiting because I was told they accept walk ins and after waiting 15 min I was kicked out. It is 3:56 and they close at 5. They announced they are no longer taking walkins. I was the first person on the standby list with one person behind me and no one else there. I'm disgusted at how I've just been treated. I'm so sick of Quest. When I walked up to ask her about my test she backed up like I had a disease. read more

Made my appointment the day of, went in and got out in less than 15 mins. They have minimum seats so if u don't mind standing then it's on you. Arrive on time, ten mins early and you'll have a quick appointment do not show up late they even say in the email, you'll be considered a walk in. Other than that arrive earlier than needed if it's your first time going here, it's on the third floor of the building you'll have to go inside and find it you'll need at least 20 mins to look for parking and to figure out where you're going so don't be late to your appointment! read more

RUDE STAFF, Building is NOT ADA COMPLIANT!!! Good luck getting out of your car if you're in a wheelchair! If it wasn't for the fact that my doctor ordered a test from this monopoly I would have gladly gone to a competitor as I have NEVER dealt with a non-rude person at ANY Quest location. It wasn't until after I arrived that I was informed that I had to wear a mask. Quest did not provide any which meant that would have had to go back to my car which was parked far away because they don't have enough ADA compliant parking spaces in this building. This is a large medical building with several hundred parking spaces. ADA requirements state that medical offices need twice as many parking spaces as normal businesses. With several hundred parking spaces at this location there should have been at least 20 or 30 ADA compliance bases in the garage plus a few more in front of the building. I only counted about eight, total. None of the regular parking spaces in the garage are wide enough to accomodate people with wheelchairs. If it wasn't for the phlebotomist being friendly, I'd give this place only one star (and they'd be lucky to get that!) read more

I got here 15 mins early for my 1:20 apt. Everyone in the room got taken back, but 3 of us who had appointments at 1:10 &1:20 been here for an hour no one asked me if I had been seen or anything. I came here several times to get my blood work done. Once with an appointment and one without. I normally try to go as early as possible and it is pretty empty. Both times I didn't wait long and check in was quick on the tablet at the front desk. Service is excellent and the staffs are nice and friendly. I forgot my insurance card once but they already had it in the system so I didn't have to drive back home to get it. Make sure to come early, you'll be in and out without having to wait long. Everyone was professional. read more

Fellow Yelpers were great to read from when it came to locating Quest Diagnostics' office. Got spot in the public parking garage closest to the Eastern Ave. side, then found myself walking around the exterior of the buildings until I read Ms. Marissa G's review. TO REITERATE... The office is located on the 3rd floor of the Del E. Webb Medical Plaza, Suite 309, and it's entrance is across the Eastern Ave. parking garage. If you walk through those sliding doors, walk past the Security podium, and take the elevators. If you need to confirm the location, there's a televised directory in that hallway to your left, before the elevators. Without an appointment for a Saturday morning, I spent close to 2 hours there. There was a line out the office door, and I only got there about 15 minutes past opening time. Checked-in on the tablets at the front desk, and asked for text notifications. The text messages allowed me to receive a hyperlink to complete my visitor registration for the day on my phone - an option I took advantage of so I wouldn't hold up the check-in line. Afterwards, it took the front desk reps about 45 minutes to ask for my doctor's forms regarding what tests needed to be done. Another 30-45 minutes to be called in/seen, then it took about 15 minutes for them to collect 2 tubes of blood. LOL. Make sure you all hydrate prior to blood collection. It makes it easier for the technicians to locate your veins, then draw it out. I was not aware of that detail, and got stuck three times because of my mistake/oversight. Anyway, 4 stars for the friendly reps that dealt with me from check-in to collection, the cleanliness of the site, and the efficiency of their new technology (e.g., website registration). Lastly, as recommended by Ms. Marie T., make appointments ahead of time for quicker visits. read more

I made an appt online and checked in via text. I was in the waiting room when they called my name, but they shut the door before I even got over there. Today hubby and I both had to have blood drawn and I have to give KUDDOS to the two people who drew our blood...I am just sorry I did not get their names. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Even with an appointment, there's usually a 15-minute wait so be prepared. Be sure to bring your lab order (if you received a paper copy), insurance card, and ID. The lab recently moved. It is no longer in the building behind the emergency room. Now, it is in the Del E Webb Medical Center. To get there, park in the structure at the Eastern entrance. Walk across the crosswalk into the building marked 1001. Go past the pharmacy into the elevator. Go to the 3rd floor and go to the left. The lab is at the end of the hall on the right. Unfortunately, there are no signs. Handicap parking is extremely limited and all other parking is a bit of a hike. You might want someone to drop you off at the door while they park if you have limited mobility. The technicians are always friendly and try to be quick. We're usually in and out in 20 minutes, not including the parking nonsense. read more

Quest Labs billing is a Nightmare!!! I have to call my insurance co every time after a service to fix the billing problem. I just got back from Quest Diagnostics and have decided not to use Quest anymore. Their new set up with no receptionist or any way to ask a question is totally unbelievable. Quests patients frequently have health issues or are elderly (and don't understand the new computerized "check-in" policies) are on diuretics and need to use a bathroom, or may have any number of other questions. There isn't even a buzzer to call one of the employees. Then when I asked my technician what people are supposed to do if they have a question, she rudely said that patients just have to wait until someone comes out to check on the people waiting, every 20 minutes or so.....which didn't happen the entire time I was in the waiting room. read more
