My husband says that even though it's further away, this is the Quest he wants to go to from now on. I would agree with this sentiment in the fact that they have nice seating and the kiosks are away from each other so you can comfortably sign in. The waiting area and the rooms are clean and seem to be larger than others I've seen. The information board is clear and updated frequently so you always know how close you are to being called. I also really liked the fact that the technicians who come out to do your testing actually will stop and talk with you if you have questions. Although, this may be a bad thing because we were called back but had to wait for someone who kept insisting that the kiosk was broken (it was not) so our phlebotomist was with him for a good minute while we waited in room 1. Not a problem though, he was super nice and apologetic and had a nice gentle touch! read more

We arrived at this quest with no appointment after missing a morning appointment at the burnham location. After being told to try to book online, I found an appointment almost immediately-- but the QR code for checkin wouldn't scan. We asked for help and after two people tried to scan it for us, someone came out and took him back for his tests. Awesome service! This is the best quest I've ever experienced for a different reason however. There is a special checkin protocol for blind/visually impaired-- just swipe three fingers in any direction across the checkin screen and it kicks in. That swipe also notifies the staff that a blind/visually impaired person has checked in. I do have to say that the place feels a little Hollywood dystopian... in a good way? Yeah. The pleasant voice repeats a reassuring message that creates an illusion of an attended lobby. In reality, the lobby is sterile and more like an ATM crossed with and old school 1-900 party line. 10/10 read more

When I walked into the lobby I signed in on the kiosk and it asked if I had an appointment-I didn't. It offered me one at 11:20 but I'm not available at that time so I joined the stand by wait list. There wasn't anyone else in the lobby so why not try. I sat down and a minute later Aleshia came out and got me! I was in and out in a few minutes. She was a sweet young lady and we talked the whole time and was a great phlebotomist. This location was very clean and convenient. Josh at the Mountain Vista location was next level excellent. Four of us needed bloodwork (mom, dad, 9yo, and 8yo). Josh had little stickers on the desk of fish, bubbles, etc and when my 8 yo was getting his blood drawn he would say, "how many fish do you see?" "How many bubbles do you see?" Dreading coming to one of these places because most I have been to are just gross and the wait times are crazy . However this definitely left an impression. Book your appointment online for date , time and location it sends you an email or text to confirm I entered my insurance info when I did this to save time . A couple before your appointment it sent me a check in link checked in and waited in my car 5 min prior to my appointment 8:10am sent me a text saying they were ready for me to come in . It is renovated and there is no front desk only kiosks and a tv screen with instructions and order of patients very covid friendly although I liked it feels very modern and open the older folks might take some time to adapt to not seeing anyones smiling face (then again everyone is wearing mask so you can't see ) . You sit down and wait for the nurse to come out and get you which was 1 min wait for me . Took my paperwork entered it in the system took my blood and I was on the road . MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL SAVE TIME BY DOING SO. I made an appointment for blood work with Quest Diagnostics on 2/3 at 7:00am, seeing that I could get it done and over with before going to work. There are no receptionists in the lobby, only two iPads that you can use to check in. For a faster check in, scan the QR code that they email you prior to your appointment on their iPad. Your name and appointment time will then pop up on the TV in the lobby. You have the option to either wait in your car until it's your turn (they'll text you when they're ready) or stay put in the lobby. I waited about 2 minutes before I was called back. Margo was my phlebotomist. She was patient and made me feel welcome during a procedure nobody looks forward to. She took my blood and 15-20 minutes later I was sent on my way. I'll definitely return to this Quest location for future blood work. read more

Joshua T is a class act. He was quick and painless with the needle and kept the conversation going. Joshua explained everything he was doing and even though my veins were being difficult, he handled the whole thing with grace and kindness. I was at my doctors when they mentioned they wanted labs, so I was able to make an appointment here before I checked out at my doctors. Can you say convenient!? The care at this location is unmatched compared to locations closer to where I live and work. I will drive across town to come here again and hang out with Joshua T. Some cocky young buck thought he could take my blood after I told him that I need a seasoned vet, and the kids always say the same damn thing every time they try to take my blood (drink more water). MORON I DRINK A LOT OF WATER. You just don't have the exerperience yet! Now my hand hurts like hell, NEVER needed to have my blood drawn through my hand. NEXT TIME I WILL WALK OUT. I was disappointed to this lab. We waited for 2 hrs and yes we did a walk-in in and they only tell us that they delete the name of my kids for the waiting list because we went out. Yes, we went out because my daughter wanted. to use the rest room and we went out again because my kids ate their lunch but my husband was inside the lab to wait. read more

Wow, this place is something else. Wait time is whopping 2 hours. Came as walk in 8am to do blood work, I understand appointments are priority but to wait 2 hours was obscured. I haven't even done my blood works, receptionist told me one person ahead of me and all of a sudden 4-5 people went in didn't even mention my name. They should not accept walk-ins if they can't handle. Or maybe I should have an option to go somewhere else like lab corp. This place sickens me. read more

I was mutilated there today by a girl who seems to hate her job. I picked my left arm, it was very painful when she put in the needle, then she seemed to move it around, which really hurt. She said she couldn't get enough blood from that arm. So she goes to my right arm. Same painful needle jab and then she says nothing. I'm looking the other way because I'm squeamish. Finally I said to her ''Is this arm any better?'' and she replied ''Oh yeah, I'm almost done.'' She saw how nervous and fidgety I am. Couldn't she have said out loud ''I'm almost done.'' She had the personality of a cactus. I would have told her how nasty she was but I just wanted out of there. Both my arms are terribly bruised. By tomorrow I should look like a junkie. This woman needs to learn compassion, and her job. I tried to call to get this witch's name who did this to me and it's impossible to speak with a person with the way they have their phone system set up. read more

I walked in for just a drug screen preemployment testing @10:05am. The receptionist Elizabeth E. was not helpful, she did not greet me. I checked in to the system sat down waited waited and waited to sign in board said six minutes and the actual wait time was two hours. I wanted to talk to a supervisor but which the receptionist Elizabeth E. was very rude. I left I can't believe they treat you like you're invisible. when you walk in to their establishment. We are trying to get a service done at this facility and the way they treat you is unacceptable. They need to clean house by firing replacing some of those workers that's there who just don't care about the patients. read more

I got orders for AM cortisol labs, because I have a brain tumor. Doctor said that had to be done within a week. There was no appointments available before 8, so I came in right when they opened because I was told I could be seen that way. The rude lady came out after snickering in the back saying she couldn't help me before 9 and asked her what I should do then and she couldn't answer me, when I'm reality should could've called me back and got it done the time she wanted to spend saying she didn't want to. I was worried about choosing this location after seeing all the negative reviews but it is very close to my house so I went for it. I am so glad I did because I had no issues with this location what so ever. I walked in without an appointment at eight and was taken back to the room at 8:20, and blood was drawn immediately. Shawna was my phlebotomist and she was very friendly and efficient. I barely felt the prick of the needle, and I have no bruising. Def ask for SHAWNA :) I did have to wait for the bathroom to collect my urinalysis specimen, but even so from start to finish I was in there for leas than 40 min. Had I been there just for blood work it would have been about 25-30 min. The front desk people were not as awful as the reviews make it seem. Are they the friendliest bubbles of joy in the universe? No. But they weren't rude, not to me anyway. They were very matter-of-fact...but not rude. Nothing about them id even note, good or bad. They did their jobs. And I didnt wait long, so I'd say they did their jobs well. I will def return to this location for Shawna. read more

What a joke!!!! In order to come in for blood work you have to have your own mask, they do not provide you with a mask. If a company is requiring a mask you need to PROVIDE A MASK!!!!!! Rating is based on wait time. Each time I come to this location, the technician working apologizes and explains that the lab is short staffed today. Things must be bad because they are short staffed every day. When I arrived, I signed in and was advised that the wait was 30-40 minutes. It's been an hour and the lobby is still filled with customers who have been waiting as long and longer than I have. It's unfortunate because we don't have a choice where we can have our lab work done due to insurance restrictions. Quest seems to know that as they make so effort to service customers timely. read more

The phlebotomist was SO SWEET & talkative, cheerful. Not a ton of people waiting inside and you can wait in your car. It was such an easy process from making the appt to check in, to getting out. Our lady taking my daughter's blood and being my daughters 1st time doing so...julie was awesome. Made her feel so comfortable. We were in and out in 30min. This location made doing labs with my 8 year old so easy! The ladies at this location were very friendly and professional! It was a little longer than the website posted wait time, but still quick. They also did fantastic with my son who they had to draw from his hands because his veins would not cooperate in his arms. They put him completely at ease. I went to Quest this morning for a blood test. Arrived shortly after 7 am. The check-in process had changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was done on a small screen. After checking in, I was called to the counter in a few minutes for my insurance ID and blood test paperwork from the doctor. I waited a few more minutes and was called back to have my blood drawn by Tiana. Tiana quickly, efficiently and cheerfully drew my blood and I was on my way. I would definitely say that she seems to enjoy her job and made my visit as pleasant as possible. The ladies at the counter were very pleasant as well.
