I would happily choose this clinic again.

One of them broke his toe earlier in the morning and was barely doing anything (don't blame him. I had a very, very loud radon fan on my home's radon mitigation system, and Robert came out and he looked into the issue and quoted me a very, very reasonable price. More importantly, Robert realized that my system had some other complications that I knew nothing about. He spent the day digging into a previous installation, finding out a bunch of details I knew nothing about, and then giving me advice on how to proceed. Having just recently purchased my home, Robert's advice was super important for ensuring my and my family's safety, and addressing some issues that the previous sellers of the home left unaddressed. I'd like to take the time to unequivocally commend GreenHome Solutions of Airpark in Gaithersburg,…read moreMD. Their entire staff has proven to be courteous, consumer friendly, conscientious and professional. They are not price gougers like some companies and are surprisingly humane and compassionate. You can tell that they LOVE their jobs....it's a form of advocacy for them. They have chosen a plant based business model that is superior and effective for senior citizens as well as for those who may struggle with chemical sensitivities. The moment they arrived they thoroughly assessed what would be necessary for my property with a reasonable price point that was manageable, realistic, fair and honest. They truly represent their industry beautifully. They are a family oriented company and are my heroes for all of the kind consideration they have extended to this family. They are prompt, responsive and accountable and you can certainly count on their professional expertise and recommendations. But MOST of all you can bank on their services to get the job done. With that said...I have chosen to follow up with routine treatments for the benefit of my health and property value just to stay on top of things each year. One last point...Dan, George, Eddie, Steven, Stephanie and C.J. are all a class act and I personally couldn't ask for more in a company or more for money well spent. What a blessing...a healthy home is a gift for life! Respectfully, Mrs Valentine

Called GHS for Penicillin/Aspergillus mold remediation at a property in Kensington, MD in August…read more2019. They were up front and professional. Pricing was fair, if not inexpensive, and compared well to other companies doing the same work. Sometimes a little bit challenging to get via phone, but overall very dependable. Arrived on time for the remediation work, as well as the post clearance air quality test. After the first air quality test came back elevated, they re-treated at no extra cost, and were very forthcoming with information and we were able to provide their number to the tenants for any questions etc. no demand for payment until the work was completely done - even then, I had to reach out to them to ensure I made payment - when they also offered support post payment , should any concerns come up from the tenants. Would recommend.

Tommy from Atlantic Real Estate Services installed a radon mitigation system in my home. I was very…read morepleased with both the system and their professionalism. I would strongly recommend this company. I contacted several NRPP certified radon service providers, and Tommy's initial response stood out. He followed-up with both a phone call and an email, asking detailed questions about my home. He also said that he had installed a radon system in a house on my street, which told me he stood by his work. Tommy visited the house to provide a free estimate, and he found that we happened to have a "passive" radon mitigation system which the previous owners had apparently installed. Tommy took a day to think about the project, and he offered two estimates: one to convert the passive system to an "active" system, and another to install a new system altogether. I appreciated that Tommy carefully evaluated my house, to the point that he found the passive system and offered that cheaper conversion option in addition to the altogether new system. We ended up going with the new system to avoid any unexpected complications, and because we knew the new system was fairly priced. I needed the work to be done quickly and during a specific time period, which Tommy accommodated. Tommy and his crew (his father-in-law and brother-in-law) left the house the way they found it, and the radon ventilation gutter on the outside of the house is as aesthetically pleasing as possible. As far as post-testing, they left a monitor in the house for a couple of days, and then they sent me results which showed a significant reduction. In addition, I also own my own radon monitor (an Airthings), which had shown an eight-week average above 4.0 before the system was installed. Within days of the radon mitigation service being turned on, the average had gone down to just above 1.0. These guys were a pleasure to work with and talk to, they offered a fair price which I ran by other contractors, and they did good work which I independently verified with my own monitoring device. I fully endorse Atlantic Real Estate Services.
