After taking this and staying away from the gym for 6 days, there was ZERO improvement. The medicine wasn't doing a thing for me. So i called them to see if they could switch up my muscle relaxant and they said I'd have to come in again. WHAT! I was literally just there for the same exact problem and you want me to return?!? They just want another reason to bill my insurance, as if my first copay wasn't high enough. My advice- if you can wait for your primary doc- WAIT! OR find an urgent care where they really want to help and not just collect on insurance.

We are adults and many of us have patience. We have been sitting there for hours. We don't need to be told to like a child to sit and wait! These technicians need to be nice, professional, and respectful. They should remove the person's name after calling their names instead of wondering why your name disappeared and they don't call your name in a reasonable time.

We had 3 test kits mailed to us for my wife's doctor in Colorado. Ron took one look at the tests and knew exactly what needed to be done making me feel very comfortable. I arrived early at approximately 11:15 AM, only to find patients waiting outside and complaining that they had already been waiting for HOURS -- some saying close to 3 hours, even with appointments. I waited until a phlebotomist finally came outside and showed her my confirmation information. She looked for my name on a piece of paper, FOUND MY NAME, and then told me that something with my appointment was "incomplete." This is where customer service should come in. If my name is on your list and I am standing there with confirmation of an appointment, HELP ME. Explain what is incomplete. Tell me what needs to be fixed. Try to find a solution. Don't simply dismiss a patient who showed up on time for an appointment. What upset me even more was the attitude and complete lack of willingness to help. Two employees in particular -- one woman wearing glasses with her hair pulled back, and another woman in black scrubs and glasses -- came across as unprofessional, unpleasant, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping resolve the situation. People coming to Labcorp aren't necessarily there because they WANT to be there. Some may be sick, elderly, frightened, in pain, fasting for bloodwork, or dealing with serious medical conditions. A little kindness, patience, professionalism, and compassion go a LONG way. I hope Labcorp corporate management reviews who was working at this location today, 09/04, and takes these complaints seriously. Based on what I witnessed, I clearly wasn't the only frustrated patient. Management needs to take a hard look at how this location is being run and consider putting together a team with better attitudes, better organization, and much better customer service. No patient should leave a medical facility feeling like they were an inconvenience simply for asking for help. I will not return to this Labcorp location, and I would not recommend it to others.

I had to get a Department of Transportation medical exam and drug test, and my company sent me to Real Occupational. They told me up front "our Doctor is real cool." They were right. I got in really quick, despite a waiting room full. Everyone was really friendly, with the slight exception of one of the ladies up front, but everyone has a bad day. There was even a glitch with my blood pressure, and they reassured me "don't worry, just come back and let's check again." I did and everything was fine (those two cups of coffee before I went in probably didn't help). Then Dr. Wall even explained why it was really common. No place is going to be perfect, but when you think of having to go to clinic of any kind, this is as good as it gets. Hopefully the previous reviewer will give them another chance. There just moving the needle in and out. And I told her something. And there like yes there's blood coming at the very end a month later for results, they ended up telling me not enough blood was taken out, so my child stood there crying and left with black purple bruises .. So it was all for nothing!! And most importantly it was a very important test my son suffers from allergies and we're going determine what it could be and he constantly suffers from it scratches and crys from hurting.. And this just through that option away. And left with do blood work again I think this shouldn't happen to anyone . Especially in occasion like this !!!!!
