TERRIBLE TERRIBLE location with the worst customer service ever. i came with my girlfriend to get a drug test for her work place and we had to wait over 40 minutes for her to even start her procedure. the grandpa waiting next to us waited over 3 hours and the workers would not even listen to him. during the wait, multiple people walked out because of the terrible service and none of the workers speak proper english. i have no problem with the language but if you're going to treat people like shit and just ignore them, it becomes frustrating. i will never come back to this place ever again and i am so sorry but it seems that all the workers are the same.

I tried calling to schedule an appointment but couldn't get ahold of anyone. I hopped on the Q28 to this location on the 4th floor of Queens Crossing Medical Offices. I walked up to the 4th floor because you can't really rely on the elevators. I checked into an IPAD and waited for almost an hour to take me as a Walk-In. There are two sessions 7am-12pm and 1-4pm...phewww I got there at 11am. Make sure you have your paper with the important bar code info.

This is where you go for lab tests when your doctor don't want to do it themselves. This is where your blood and urine goes when your doctor want things analyzed. And this is the shiniest, brightest laboratory I've ever visited. It took a while finding this place. My doctor gave me a business card with their old address on it (they used to have a smaller office on the 5th floor, and Queens Crossing never bother taking down the name plaque). Do not be fooled! You enter from the 39th Ave entrance and take the elevator all the way up. Even though the plaques have no indication, the lab is here. Upon entering the shiny white lab, you sign in, state your purpose, and someone is usually there to help you.

Depending on a time of the day and day of a week, this place can range from being very busy to very quiet. Must consider seasonality before coming to this place. However, it'd be better that you schedule an appointment ahead of time so that you don't have to wait for a very long time and hopefully go in as fast as you can. This place honors very well the scheduling appointment. It will definitely give your appointment priority over the people who are waiting in the waiting room. Anyways, I came here for some blood tests. The staffs are very professional and they will get the job done properly with the required attention that you need.

I called sunrise lab on friday to inquire about a kit that I needed to pick up. The gentleman on…read morethe phone was very professional and answered my questions. However, when I called today on 3/17/25, nobody picked up. It kept ringing until the call would eventually drop. I decided I would stop by while I'm out and see if they're open or not. I got there around 3:40 PM and a hispanic lady with short hair was at the desk on her cell phone. I greeted her and she just grabbed my prescription. She seemed pissed off that someone came in at the end of her shift so I told her I was picking up a kit-not getting anything else done. She was huffing and puffing about why everybody is coming to this location today. I told her I tried getting it from my doctor's office but there was a miscommunication and they closed early. I wasn't going to drive another hour again just for the office to decide to close early again. She was huffing and puffing the whole time and when she gave me a bunch of cups, I asked for instructions because I had never seen urine cups given out for stool sample collection. She told me to ask my doctor and talk to them about it. I wasn't even given a specimen pan to collect the stool in. I asked for instructions on whether I should refrigerate it from the time I collect the sample to when I transport it to the lab, and she told me "yes, but you won't be able to do them all tomorrow because you have to fill all the cups up." I asked about how much was needed since the P4 kit is one simple small tube that doesn't require much, but here I am with 9 urine sample cups. I have no idea how much to fill them with. She was annoyed and telling me to just put some in each. Then at the end, she was emphasizing how I could drop it off at ANY sunrise lab, it doesn't have to be this one. I got the idea that she doesn't like to do her job and didn't want people coming here, which explains why nobody was picking up the phone today when she was there. She said if you do end up dropping it off here, you have to be here at least 3:30 PM. I told her I called multiple times and nobody picked up which is why I didn't even know if they were open or not. The online hours show them as open til 4 PM. If she doesn't want anyone coming in towards the end of her shift, maybe she should actually pick up the phone and help patients who are looking for guidance. Overall, a very unprofessional experience. The labels she printed for my samples have me listed as the wrong gender as well as a date of 03/14/2005. I'm driving to my doctor's office to pick up the kit. I'll drive another five hours if I have to, just to avoid this mess.

Since I was only a block away at my other Dr's office I just stopped by to check if they were in fact open or closed. There was only one person working and 2 other patients already there. Since the lady was the only one working, phone calls don't get picked up unless she's at the front desk. When I walked in she was in one of the offices helping a patient but when she saw me as she came out of the room she told me to fill out the check in form with my name and phone #. The sign outside said 2 people maximum but it's not true. There as a total of 5 people with me included since a family 3 was there with their toddler. The place was very dark and dirty looking. I was afraid to sit in one of the chairs especially during Covid but I had to since I had to wait about 20 minutes or so to be seen and it was hot in there. I finally got called up and she took my paperwork my Dr told me to bring, ID & insurance to see what blood work was needed. She was super nice and quick with drawing my blood. I had some questions about Glucose tests and she was very helpful even though she said she was at that location for that day only because someone called out sick. Luckily I was the last patient and she closed the office after I left.

Went here twice for covid test, everything went ok both times. As reviewer George H. has stated, to…read moreget your PCR results within 48 hours, you'd need to pay them fully in cash; the first time I went was $100/person. The second time I went, I didn't pay and got the results within 72 hours, though the receptionist told me to expect results within 5 business days (totally absurd). If you need to get quick results, go to the one on Main Street, or schedule one in the city. Today, Saturday 3/12/2022, I went again, at 10am & 11:45am, the clinic was closed, no notice as to why, lights off, doors locked. I've passed clinic on my way downtown multiple times on the weekend, but never seen them closed on a Saturday. I called in last week to ask if they're open on Saturday, and they stated they're open. So what's going on? The first 2 times I went were for international travel requirements. This time I went because I have covid symptoms and is scheduled for jury selection next week. I can only do this on the weekends due to work, but being on such a tight schedule, they're closed without a reason. What urgent care is this? Only open on weekdays 9a-5p, their phones occasionally has issues, false opening hours. On top of that, they're the only covid testing facility in the north flushing region. I want them to stay open since its in a convenient location north of Northern Blvd, but they really need to step up their game. If you're closed on the weekend, update your damn website. It's a medical clinic, not a game center for crying out loud.

Just came back. Their website says free Covid test but if you need a RT-PCR for flight purposes…read more They will charge $200 cash for accelerated processing fee, no credit card or debit card allowed. And even though they branded RT-PCR as results within 24 hours, it's more like 36 hours just FYI. My test from 11am will receive its result 3pm the next day. Also they open at 9am but I suspect people line up before 8am. I walked in and arrived at 9am when doors open but there were already about 40 people in line before me and it was a long wait and it wasn't my turn until 10:40am. The testing was done smoothly by their friendly and professional medical staff. Hope this helps.

Should have been the red flag sign but figure give them benefit of doubt until the actual visit. Day of appointment even though arrive almost an hour early, end up having to wait and even come back between appt time as one of the tech wasn't yet available given I arrive too early (even though per their multiple request). Other wise appt went as expected. Get a call and letter with request to come back for re-test as one side the imaging was not clear from the test. Didn't think I need the re-test, given last test was 6 months ago and was clean at another location. But given my doctor insistences that health is important, figure get the re-test "just to be safe". For the 2nd re-test visit few weeks later, was about over an hour wait time for the redo of mammo and ultrasound. Was told, given computer issue that the doctor can't review the scan result after test, and to go home and wait for result. Gets home received a voicemail with request to come back again for another more scan, as imaging still not clear!!!!!!!! This is when I start questioning things, why 3 re-do for a routine checkup when no issue just 6 months ago at another location. Patient should not have to be inconvenient for tech's poor and rush job. Also review of test history, notice they charge me for Enhanced Imaging test with the initial exam, and yet no result on website to show for it. I am definitely not going back given the experience! Completely disrespect for our time and inconvenience. People don't have enough sick day to waste several days on multiple re-do of routine test due to poor job.
