There is a kiosk to check-in, inside the waiting room, The place was basically empty with only 2 people ahead of me. Right before I went to check-in on the kiosk, I got a text from Quest on my phone and all I had to do was click a link and voila, I was checked in! Just like that, and I was done - I waited about 10 mnutes and someone called me in and was in and out within 10-15 minutes. Convenient hours, location, and great staff.

Metered street and municipal parking areas nearby but we went to the parking garage (valet) in the same building for convenience - I think I paid almost $10 though. (Mulan seafood restaurant validates accdg to the garage employee -pls confirm with the restaurant first). When waiting for the car, the elevator area is enclosed, with a couple of benches for sitting; was warmer in there and at least not directly inhaling the car exhaust fumes. Had to take 2 elevators up to the lab. Small waiting room, Kiosks for check-in. Like in the Forest Hills location, there is no staff member in the front to welcome customers or if have any questions (one person was getting upset bec she needed help and was told to go to the kiosk). We didn't have any issues signing in and were called in soon after. The phlebotomist was patient and informative. She let us know that one of the tests wasn't covered so we could decide. Also skilled - got it on the first try (my mom worries whenever getting a blood test bec of past experiences). Wheelchair-accessible restroom. A food court and restaurants in the same building so got a quick snack.

When we left there were around 12 new patients in the waiting room. It does move quickly as it takes a few minutes to draw the blood. I have thin veins and my doctor's office phlebotomist was unable to draw blood from me. I had to come here where Carol was very gentle and was able to draw my blood. I am so happy she was able to get this done quickly, before others would just poke around and cause a big bruise on my arm. Carol did a great job and I would come back here again and ask for her to draw my blood. I feel very fortunate to get such great care from Carol. You don't need to make an appointment, just show up and put your name down.

She turned her away saying he was in the wrong place which turned out she was in the right place. She then had her ID and insurance cards thrown back at her. When going to have her blood drawn she was roughly handled which now resulted in her having a bulge and a bruise. Please rectify this, no one deserves to be treated rudely & handled roughly during a routine blood test. I guess we are not the right type of patients welcomed at this office, of Asian decent to be exact.

I informed her - I only have 1 deep vein in my right antecubital - & pointed exactly where she could have easy access. So she obtained blood instead from my left arm. Suddenly - after a few vials - she frowned & stated my blood stopped flowing. So she had to then - go to my Right arm to complete all my blood tests. The appointment was at 8:15am on a Saturday and I didn't know what to expect (because I had been to other labs where the weekends are just jam packed). The lab was easy enough to find and the waiting room was somewhat on the smaller side and it was full of people. Once one walks in, check-in is available via a kiosk or there's the option to do it from your phone. I opted for the latter and took a seat. I then was called to bring in my paperwork upfront and after less than 5 minutes, I was called in and greeted by a sweet lab tech. The whole thing took overall less than 10 minutes so I was happy to be in and out! Efficient and zero time wasted. I also got my results within 2 days! Super fast. This will be my future lab for all testing needs for sure! Very happy.

Well, parents, come on down! Whole process was quick and only took 15 min from start to finish. Came here today and checked in at 4 pm. I saw older kids there with their blood drawn recently so it confirmed that there are people with pediatric experience here. And these children looked ok haha. My child fell asleep for his nap and they made us wake him up. They had hubby hold my son down and he wrapped his leg around his little legs so he wouldn't kick. I used YouTube and that kind of helped. Two employees looked at his arm while he was screaming and went in on one try with no fishing. Done in 1 minute. Phew. This was by the far the worst medical related experience I've ever had…read more I needed to have multiple lab tests done urgently and the process was a nightmare. They didn't ask for my paper work or insurance until after accepting patients who signed in after me. When I had my blood drawn the technician put her phone on speaker to talk to her friend and when I told her I felt faint after 5 tubes of blood work she proceeded to talk to her friend and ignore me. They shooed me out of here with a hand motion when I asked if it was okay for me to leave. If I could give this place no stars, I would. Avoid at all costs unless you want poor services.
