Representative said that's probably the reason I have trouble getting my test strips. They have a new meter (see my photo). I already had all of my information in their system when I registered my old meter. They always gave me great service by phone and mail. Once again I was quickly provided with a new meter. It arrived in the mail in record time. The meter and 50 test strips were free. They have a very easy ordering service for additional test strips. The cost of the strips is so reasonable I may just pay out of pocket so I don't have to deal with prescription and insurance billing with deductibles. One thing that will be to Roches detriment is my desire to eliminate Finger Pricks. I'm looking into Continuous Glucose Monitors that work using an app and your phone. Medicare will cover these Monitors. Maybe Roche makes one. I'm not sure. All things considered I probably should get a new phone first! Until then I'm very happy and always have been happy using Roche Diagnostics Medical Supplies and Services. It's great to have the peace of mind that I have a back up meter in case mine acts up or dies.

The Tech did everything she could to help get us a good picture of her little face! Only thing I dislike is how difficult it is to get ahold of someone from here. I did blood work for the sneak peak here and my 2 day results didn't get to me for 5 days (which isn't their fault) but when I tried to call and get info on if castleton ultrasound sent my test over or if something happened I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I left voicemails and emails and never heard from anyone, that was 5 months ago.

The baby wasn't cooperating and kept covering their face, so she worked the whole time to get us a good view and she finally did! We were appreciative that she didn't give up. The setting was very comfortable- nice bed for mom-to-be to lie on and a large leather sectional couch with a projector view on the wall for the guests. The lights were dimmed and very welcoming. We received several photos (including a few for the grandparents, which was a nice surprise!). And we got to see baby's face, legs, hands and feet. We also heard the heartbeat and could see the gender. Booking online was easy and convenient. They have several options based on your trimester. You pay a portion of the fee up front to hold your spot and then you get a reminder text/email before your appointment. We paid the balance at the end of our visit. It was all very smooth. We'll be booking another appointment in the next trimester so the other grandma can have a viewing as well, and so we can see the baby with a little more fat :) we were told we get a discount on the second appointment so that's exciting too. Can't wait for a return visit! (We didn't take any photos on our first visit because we were too excited. I'll add some after our second appointment.)

She is nice, and she knows what she's doing, but I do not feel she has made my children priority. I have a few examples, one is she saw them for a well child while also being sick, I watched her walk out and go home for the day after our appointment. I don't feel my kids were given a fair appointment. Most recently I asked for an evaluation to be done on one of my kids and also asked for another child to be seen based on her Nero referring us back. I asked for both of these on the same day in May. I was contacted, given an appointment for my daughter, with only options on Thursday's, and told I would receive a separate call for my sons appointment. It's Aug 22nd and had no appointment for my son until complaining. Since though, I've received a letter that my doctor is retiring, she'll continue to see us through the end of the year (on a limited schedule - I'm adding the sarcastic remark), and my kids will be transitioned to other doctors based on gender. I just feel things could be handled better! My responsibility is that I could have followed up more, I will admit I had a part here too. Have I had billing issues, yes! I encourage everyone to review your EOBs! The person coding has no idea what happened in that room and is tasked with finding a way to get as many billable codes submitted as possible. Our responsibility is to review and bring up discrepancies. You may disagree, but this is where we are in the world! Northpoint is no different than most other facilities. Patient responsibility in managing our share is part of it. There have been great things happen with Northpoint and that is why I give them 3 stars. My son was seen by a male dr who got him into a great pulmonologist, who helped us solve so many undiagnosed issues! Both of my daughters ear issues, including multiple sets of tubes have been handled well. They room us fast, the MAs are always kind and I felt they addressed COVID well. The ability to have weekend appointments has been very helpful, I used this option more when my kids were younger. Northpoint is a larger practice and has the feel of the large practice without the technology. By that I mean, no ability to have full connection to Community My Chart and the options on their online portal is clunky. The proximity to Community Hospital and the fact the drs round at Community is a perk! Overall, we know that we will get the care we need at Northpoint, and that is what is most important.

My first issue, the estimate I signed said cracks in the basement floor would've filled. Instead the technician left me two tubes of silicone and told me "you probably want to fill anything you can see depth into". I paid $1045, the guy was here for 2.5 hours. I expected him to fulfill the estimate. My second issue came when I went to review the work before the technician departed. The siding he cut a hole in was bowed out from the side of the house. I had to point out the issue, encourage the fix. It took us about 15 minutes to get the pipe in the attic placed so it didn't hold my siding off the side of the house. I'd expect after you cut a hole in the side of the house, you at least go out and look once the install is complete. The issue could have been resolved if the technician had a ladder tall enough to push the siding back in, but he didn't. The technician also left a bunch of dirt, insulation, and a huge mess on the carpet of our closet. For $1045 for 2.5 hours, I'd expect you to have a vacuum with you. Dude also forgot the label and the info that certified he installed the system. I have a home inspection for the sale of our home in 3 days. The inspector is going to want to know it was installed by a professional. He had to come back to put the label on. The last and most egregious of the issues. The technician's van left a dozen or more oil stains in my driveway. If it was one small spot, sure, leak started recently, he didn't know. But a dozen? That's been leaking a while, park your car on the street when you're at a customers house. Super unprofessional and careless. Photo attached of the oil stains. The driveway is a year and a half old. This is now the only imperfection on it.

We hired Cleanworx a few months ago to complete several critical jobs in our newly purchased home:…read moreinstalling a vapor barrier, a sump pump, mold remediation, and a radon mitigation system. I have never felt more ripped off by a company -- ever. In hopes the same doesn't happen to others, I finally decided to write a review. We chose Cleanworx based on their website, the services they advertised, and the strong reviews. It seemed like a solid choice. They claimed to do all the work we needed. Turns out, that was not the case. Don't be fooled by the polished website -- it does not reflect the quality or reliability of their service. The biggest issue was the so-called "vapor barrier installation." I was charged $885 for what amounted to little more than thin black plastic tossed haphazardly in the crawlspace. It didn't fully cover the ground. It didn't go up the walls. It didn't reach the edges. It barely overlapped, and entire sections -- including the entrance area -- were left exposed (see photos). There were gaps everywhere, dirt and gravel still fully visible. It was as unprofessional and careless a job as you can imagine. After raising our concerns, my husband spoke with the owner, who agreed to refund half the cost. But that's still shocking -- why should I pay anything for a job that was incomplete and not even remotely up to standard? Even worse, within a week, we had standing water pooling on top of the plastic. So not only was the vapor barrier not installed correctly -- it completely failed at its core purpose. And considering we also paid for mold remediation, this undermines the entire process. What's the point of treating for mold if you leave the area exposed to continued moisture? To make matters worse, I was charged a separate fee for "debris removal." Instead of removing it, they used the debris to weigh down the plastic barrier. Seriously? Since then, I've had multiple other companies come out to assess the work. Every single one of them called it laughable, poorly done, and said I should have received a full refund -- at minimum. They all pointed out that without a properly sealed vapor barrier, the mold remediation is essentially pointless. Communication with Cleanworx was also frustrating. It took multiple emails and phone calls just to get the partial refund. When we first booked the appointment, we were told that the owner, Dustin, would be doing the work himself. He later admitted he didn't -- and blamed the poor job on one of his workers. But if that's the case, shouldn't your employees meet the same standard of work as you claim to hold? Why are customers expected to pay full price for a half-done, substandard job simply because the owner wasn't the one doing it? Bottom line: the photos on the website are not reflective of the actual service. The vapor barrier was a total failure. The mold remediation was compromised. The debris was not removed. Communication was difficult. And the refund was partial, when a full one was warranted. To be fair, the radon system and sump pump seem to be working fine. But in my view, that doesn't excuse the rest. Be cautious before hiring this company. I wouldn't trust them again. I have photos on my google review if you'd like to see the kind of work they do.
