This review is for the Sutter Lab on EG Blvd. My appointment was at 2:45PM (with a 2:30PM arrival…read moretime), so I ran out of things to do other than to write this review out of annoyance I sat here for an hour. It seems there's not really a point in bothering to set an appointment (which you can do online or via phone). I finally asked them if having an appointment does anything and they said I'd be next. But I was still not the next person. Seems like it would be wise to check in with them periodically. After continuing to wait, the person came out, told me to do the test at home, and it was not blood work; it just requires DNA (a hair sample) and to read the instructions. Being pretty sure this was blood work, I went upstairs to my Doctor's office and the Nurse came down to talk to the lab staff. (Very grateful for her!) Staff have been friendly when I've been here. But they don't seem to be very organized when it comes to managing the appointment aspect of things. Some staff also appear very misinformed since they are giving patients completely inaccurate information. Giving two stars instead of one because I've had plenty of good experiences at this location with kind staff.

Every office I've encountered is well staffed, friendly, communicate well and professional. I have never had a bad experience with Sutter Health. They are the very best and have my full confidence. I've been with a few other medical providers, in the Sacramento area and can say Sutter Health is at the very top of Northern California's health providers. I feel fortunate to have my Primary Care Physician (Dr Dominguez-Jones), Cardiologist (Dr Lee and everyone in her office), Imaging and Labs all in one location...and just a few miles away. I encourage anyone in need or looking for a medical provider, please give Sutter Health your consideration.

Showed up for my confirmed appointment, waited 30 minutes at a locked door, and after three phone calls to the only provided number (the AI, which assured me someone was coming to open the office,) I left. Later messages and emails from the therapist showed no responsibility or accountability for THEIR poor system, and the therapist actually said "We have 3 days to respond to booking requests with a confirmation" This was after I forwarded the prior emails from the AI system to her. I will not be going back.

Prices were pretty reasonable too. They provide all the documentation needed and are able to sign any forms necessary. I would say that they don't do a full thorough physical exam like at a doctor's office, so I wouldn't come here for care necessarily if you have a real health condition. Other than that, staff were very nice and would definitely verify this place as an option for anyone who needs a quick health clearance.

They were almost 20 minutes late getting back. No big. I waited. Only to find out 2 weeks later when I was supposed to get my veneers that they hadn't done anything with them so now I'm over a month without them. First they said they had no record of me being there but had to capitulate when I called them out. But they don't care, they service dentists, not the customer. I hope someone with their skills who is more organized opens up a lab. Disorganized is the best way to describe them.
