I really don't know where to start with this review. I had to have some routine bloodwork done and…read morethe LabCorp in Huber Heights. They are able to do Saturday morning appointment, which is super convenient for me. I go in, I check in at the kiosk, and I take a seat. I am the only person in the waiting room. As I'm sitting there, I can overhear the three ladies behind the window talking about someone which I soon figured out was me. They said "Did he just leave?" "He probably forgot his insurance card." And then the one lady with red hair says "If that MORON doesn't come back in five minutes, I'm canceling his appointment." Yep...she called me a moron. I immediately stood up and walk over to the window. I calmly say "Are you referring to me?" All three ladies looked at me like deer in headlights. The lady that called me a moron started stuttering and stammering. She asked my name, and I said yes that's me, and she says "Oh, we thought you left. We have been calling for you." I replied back and said "No you didn't, I have been sitting here staring at the window, listening to your entire conversations. Next time, you might want to check the room before you start calling people morons." She completely ignored the fact that I was called a moron and just asked for my insurance card and payment method. They took me back and did the blood work. I will say, the lady that did my bloodwork was super friendly. I told them that, they still used a deep vein in my arm, that is horribly painful and bruised terribly. Then they left the blood out and the sample went bad and I had to go back!!!!. This time I asked a different person to use my hand, oh she did, but used a full size syringe and blew out the vein, it took almost five minutes to fill a tube because she had to keep pulling it in and out. Again the bruising was awful, I couldn't use my hand for days; Then to add insult to injury, I received a bill for over $2,000 as they billed the insurance incorrectly. Be careful, the last three times we have had blood work done there, they have billed the wrong insurance company. Horrible place, find another location, do not go here.

I left work and got back to this lab at 12:15 because their web site showed they were open. But they weren't- they close from 12 - 1 for lunch. I waited until they showed up at 1:15. Then I was told that they couldn't draw my blood because the order was pending. I won't ever be back.

They answered but then transferred me to a lady they said would answer but it went to voice mail. I also sent them an e-mail on their contact site. Day two I finally got a hold of someone, and she blamed it on the Kettering hospital hack and said the offices aren't receiving all their faxes. She said the office should call the lab. I told her this was not a STAT order, so he does not know when I had it done. If CompuNet is aware of a problem they should be calling the office to see if they received the faxed lab work. Thye can only blame it on the hack for so long.

I rarely ever leave reviews; great, good, or bad...but this has to be said! I encourage anyone who shops at this store regularly or who wants to learn a little bit more about the company culture to read the pictures below, in order. And to be Frank, this actually involves two stores, and the online ordering system, making this a systemic issue with all of Rural King as a franchise. The culture promoted and tolerated within this franchise is disgusting and the lack of professionalism and business knowledge is wholly subpar. I genuinely have no idea how they are as successful and as big of a frandchise name as they are. If I felt this was a one-off, bad luck, special circumstance issue, I would not have made this lengthy review, but the entire experience screams of this being the cultural "norm", being accepted by employees (all the way up to management), and being a systemic problem within the entire franchise that needs immediate attention and swift correction.
