If you have a needle phobia or bad veins, DO NOT use this office.
Awful!! I have terrible veins so they usually use my hand and a butterfly needle, that wayit does not bruise or hurt. I told them that, they still used a deep vein in my arm, that is horribly painful and bruised terribly. Then they left the blood out and the sample went bad and I had to go back!!!!.
This time I asked a different person to use my hand, oh she did, but used a full size syringe and blew out the vein, it took almost five minutes to fill a tube because she had to keep pulling it in and out. Again the bruising was awful, I couldn't use my hand for days;
Then to add insult to injury, I received a bill for over $2,000 as they billed the insurance incorrectly.
Be careful, the last three times we have had blood work done there, they have billed the wrong insurance company.
Horrible place, find another location, do not go here. read more
