This facility is horrible my grandma stayed here for about a month and they neglected her she was…read moreonly there to do rehab due to losing her foot to an dog attack for two weeks my grandma complained about her stomach even throwing up after eating they were supposed to get an X-ray and send urine sample our my family was never notified about any results they were drugging my grandma to keep her quiet by saying she was in pain from her hemorrhoids my grandma didn't want us to speak up for her because she said they mistreated her after we left. they gave us short notice about my grandma getting discharged like the day before and due to them not changing her property my grandma had a UTI for so long that when she got released she became septic unresponsive to where I had to call 911 now my grandma is in the hospital fitting and infection and pneumonia by grace of God she was home with me cuz if she would of stayed one more night we probably would of lost her due to there neglect and my grandma also was very dehydrated and wasn't eating we would bring her food and they told us we couldn't bring her outside food any more so she stop eating basically please do not send your family members here they are only in it for the money not for the love and care of the residents

This week alone I had no one show up on Monday because my assigned nurse was sick. Received a text saying they would not be out until Tuesday. On call nurse did come about 6pm and took great care of me. A nurse did arrive on Wednesday, but she had little knowledge about my dressing changes and kept asking me what needed done. She read from my records and stated that I was not to have my dressing changed anyway until my next wound doctor office visit. Which turned out to be old outdated information, and my wound doctor did still want 3 times a week dressing changes. She left without doing my dressing change and homecare had to send the on call nurse out again later that day to take care of my dressing change. On Friday I had an appointment expected and unfortunately my cast/bandage cover failed and my dressing got wet! I didn't worry too much since a dressing change was scheduled. But no one ever showed up!!! I called homecare at 12 noon and 4 pm only to hear " I am sorry...we just have no one to send out", so I was rescheduled for Saturday. After waiting for them all day Friday with no communication, I no longer trust that my Saturday visit will happen!!! Words cannot express how frustrated and angry I am with their horrid service.....oh yeah....that's right...."I am sorry" But will my foot heal properly with slipshod attention!!!!

I found this agency to be very helpful in varying aspects of care (from bathing to nursing to…read morephysical and occupational therapy, and memory care) for my mother who due to medical reasons was recently relocated to my home. ALL of the staff was very professional, courteous and accommodating. My need for them also occurred during the pandemic and they did not let that disrupt service.
