Their web site says that the hours are open 730 -4:30 M-F. I showed up too early and didn't want to wait so I left & went to work. I left work and got back to this lab at 12:15 because their web site showed they were open. But they weren't- they close from 12 - 1 for lunch. I waited until they showed up at 1:15. Then I was told that they couldn't draw my blood because the order was pending. I won't ever be back.

I had lab work done over a week ago. My doctor never received the results. They answered but then transferred me to a lady they said would answer but it went to voice mail. I also sent them an e-mail on their contact site. Day two I finally got a hold of someone, and she blamed it on the Kettering hospital hack and said the offices aren't receiving all their faxes. She said the office should call the lab. I told her this was not a STAT order, so he does not know when I had it done. If CompuNet is aware of a problem they should be calling the office to see if they received the faxed lab work. Thye can only blame it on the hack for so long.

I told them that, they still used a deep vein in my arm, that is horribly painful and bruised terribly. Then they left the blood out and the sample went bad and I had to go back!!!!. This time I asked a different person to use my hand, oh she did, but used a full size syringe and blew out the vein, it took almost five minutes to fill a tube because she had to keep pulling it in and out. Again the bruising was awful, I couldn't use my hand for days; Then to add insult to injury, I received a bill for over $2,000 as they billed the insurance incorrectly. Be careful, the last three times we have had blood work done there, they have billed the wrong insurance company. Horrible place, find another location, do not go here.

I went in for my scheduled appointment at 8 am with a draw that needed to be completed between 8 and 9 am due to having taken Dexamethasone the night before. I signed in and after waiting 20 minutes, I alerted the woman at the desk. She said they'd be right with me. There was no one else in the waiting room. After 20 more minutes, I approached the woman again, letting her know that the draw needed to be done by 9, I've been here since 8, and it's now 8:40. She told me to wait. A couple of girls had gathered at the desk and were listening. At 8:50, I approached again because they were all gathered around laughing and chatting about their weekend escapades and it was getting dangerously close to being too late to do the draw. There was still no one else in the lobby. I walked up and she closed the window on me. At 9:01, she opened the window, called me up and told me it was too late to take the blood. I rescheduled the appointment. After calling the Dr back and having him prescribe another Dexamethasone prescription and picking it up and waiting a week, I go back for my appointment at 8 am. This time they drew my blood by 8:30. The Dr called and said I'd have to redo the draw because they'd "messed it up". I went to Labcorp for that repeat draw with no issues. Fast forward a couple months and I make an appointment for a non-fasting blood draw. I show up to said appointment and they ask if I've been fasting, I tell them no, it's not a fasting draw. The woman states it's their "personal policy" to only do fasting draws. I mention they could have told me that when I made the appointment. I rescheduled. I show up again, fasting this time, and they ask if I've taken a multivitamin within the last 24 hours. I said yes. They said they can't do the draw because it's their "personal policy" to not draw bloods if the patient has taken a multivitamin within the last 24 hours. I walked out and will never go back to a Compunet Lab ever again. I called the Dr and he's putting the orders into LabCorp for me. I explained the messing about and he said he's received similar complaints from other patients.
