I had online issues scheduling lab work and went in to ask for help. The receptionist (older Asian woman, no name given) was extremely rude, abrasive, unhelpful and almost argumentative with simple questions. Worst service I've ever experienced and would never go to these location again. read more

I didn't have an appointment and walked in about 3 pm on a Thursday. I was able to be seen in approximately an hour. Waiting room was super clean and quiet. I had two doctors wanting blood tests, but Meenu made the time to figure out which tests overlapped so I didn't have to have 30 vials of blood drawn. She then came out to me while I was in the waiting room to get further information which was a nice, personal touch. I cannot begin to tell you how much I loathe getting my blood drawn. It gives me so much anxiety because I can't stand the sight of blood and I have tiny veins which makes it really difficult to find. I always pray I am going to get the tech that can put in that needle the first time and not keep poking me. I only have positive things to say, because Meenu is stellar! She is kind, warm, and comforting, which made me feel more at ease. She found that elusive vein quickly, used the baby needle, and was super gentle. One attempt and she got the needle in, not an easy feat at all! Efficiency at its best! Voila`, it was finally over and I could breathe like a normal person again! I only dealt with one of the staff, so I can't review the place as a whole. However, the one interaction was as pleasant as it could be for such a daunting procedure! If you don't have an appointment, get here at 7am...there will soon be a line for it's openning at 7:30. The person checking you in can be a little "distant" but the rest of the crew is top notch...I was done by 8am. Otherwise get an appointment...though their online web appointment system is mediocre...I have many nearby Quest locations but you have to search each location SEPARATELY to find a date/time. read more

I'm so shocked! I brought in my 85 year old mother today that has Alzheimers for a Urine test and Blood test because I was worried she had a UTI and her regular doctor approved the test to get the result back STAT! I drove her in from Temecula area. The Tech was short abrupt and rude! No personality at all! She rushed my mother and gave me a hard time regarding getting the test done STAT! Blaming it on my mothers regular physician saying they didn't mark it because they would have to pay for immediate results! I had her call them. And they said YES do it STAT! Mind you, my mother was JUST discharged from a skilled Nursing Facility for a fractured pelvic bone! I asked the Tech if she could please do a blood pressure test on my mother considering we have along drive back to Temecula area . And that she also has a Huge Aorta Anuresism. The tech said NO! SHE SAID THE Waiting room was full! SO SAD!!! We waited and waited atleast 1 hour to be seen and treated like this! It's not over yet! The front desk people were nice but that Tech.... was plain out rude and non caring! She shouldn't work in the medical field if she treats patients like that! The only reason why they got a 1 star is because of the front desk people! I can only imagine if the role was reversed and it was her mother! read more

Third time I've been there this month (obviously not a good time for me) so i would expect a little more kind interaction rather than rude remarks and condescending eye gestures. I got here 10 min after they opened. There was not 20 people waiting. Maybe 10. I was number 8 on the list at 750 am It is now 910 am and was told there is one person in front of me. They have 3 phlobotimists, I think they've taken maybe 10 people in the time I've waited. I was finally called in at 915 am. Although the guy that drew my blood was super nice and friendly the wait time was horrible at best. If you can make an appointment for it!!!! There is no wait time if you do. I tried but all morning appointments were taken at several locations. I had to fast so morning is the only option. Good luck read more

This is the best Quest Diagnostics office I've been to! The young woman working front desk the last few times I was here was so so pleasant to talk to, and I saw that she was familiar with the returning patients, making them feel welcome. I have also LOVED every phlebotomist I've seen here. They have always been so gentle and patient, and so good at making me feel comfortable in a typically uncomfortable situation, that every time I leave here I go straight home to write that person a shining review on the Quest Diagnostics website. Its a tough job to stab a person in the arm and not have them leave resenting you! Keep up the good work here!! The facility is always clean and I always leave happy. read more

This office has always been pleasant and efficient, and today when I came in mid afternoon the place was very quiet. Joey, who drew my blood was extremely kind and skilled that Quest is lucky to have him. When he told me that he teaches, I could see that he took pride in his work. I came by today to get some blood work done per my doctors request and the lady at the front desk was very rude i thought it would be good to come here because it's closer to my home but I would rather drive a distance and be treated with respect than by someone that I don't understand and rude at the same time I will never come here again. read more

Made an appt. For 11:00am 1 month ago, that's how far the calender was scheduled out for this day and time. I arrived at 10:50am. Signed into the appointment calender and did not get called to have my blood work until 11:40!!! What is the point of making an appt. If you have to wait 40mins anyhow?? I know for a fact people who did not make an appt got called before I did which infuriated me but I keep my cool and figured I just write a bad review and call the supervisor afterwards to express. My unhappiness. My advice, these places are a dime a dozen, drive the extra 5 miles to santa ana or newport beach and check if that experience is any better. read more

This place is the worst. The lady at the counter is not organized seems to be confused. Is asking the customers to call the doctors for clarification. People have been waiting here for hours. I just came in to pick an order up for my mom. They can't find the order I had to call the doctor again and she told them she busy and resend it. I have been here one hour just for a pick up. My doctor says they have confirmation of sending the request. Still sitting here. Oh and she is very disrespectful to these people. read more

Horribly slow and disorganized. The staff and phlebotomists are actually very nice but the last two times as a walk-in resulted in waits of over an hour. They need better management at this location. If you can schedule appointment, those wait times seem to be 15 to 25 minutes. People in the office said the one in Fountain Valley is much faster. read more

Fast and on track. I walked in at 7:30 for a glucose test and the line was out the door. The young receptionist (Jessica)worked like a musical machine checking in patients, gathering their medical card and paperwork. The line disappeared in ten minutes amazing! I got my glucose cocktail at 8:00 by a nice nurse. I was impressed by the efficiency of the office. Thank you for not wasting my time. I came in to get my blood drawn and made an appt since I have a job to get to right after. The old lady in the front desk says to me right away to sign in on the walk-in sheet before even asking if I had an appt. Then I say to her, "but I have an appt", and then she asks me if I have the confirmation number. Now I know I did right the number down on a sheet of paper but misplaced it somewhere at home and assumed that they would have the information given that I had to go though that automated voice machine that sets up the appointments. However, that was not the case and I kept telling them I know I made an appt at 8am due to me needing to get back to work. All they kept on saying was that they don't have any other information other than the number that you get when making the appt over the phone. In other words they couldn't do anything and still took me as a walk-in when I was there at 7:50am and got called in till 8:47am. So make sure you have your confirmation number and overall the staff was alright. read more

If you need to scheudle an appointment or reach someone, forget about it. This by far was the worst expereince I have every had with trying to setup a simple appointment. Not only did thie automated system not work or understand anything I was saying, but when I call their office, you couldn't connect with anyone. I then called the main doctor's office and asked them to connect me. They didn't have the capabilities, and said "we know getting a hold of quest if hard to do". Not a way to run a business !! This place is seriously understaffed most of the time, unacceptable waiting time of up to 2 hours. Yesterday I went to get blood drawn; was told one technician did not show up and waiting time is 1 hour, I left without a blood draw. I returned today at 8 am, was told again they are short staffed having only 3 technicians; they only had 2 techs drawing blood, the manager was working as receptionist and did not draw blood.There were about 25 people waiting in the room !! I was told waiting time is 45 min; but ended up waiting 2 hours !! The lady tech who drew my blood is great ! we just need 3 more techs like her to make this place run like a professional and efficient lab. I will not give up going there because I live in this neighborhood and need blood tests regularly; but I do want to see this place straightened out for the benefit of us exhausted patients and drained employees. Scheduling is another problem here.With some 20 walk-ins waiting since 8:00 am and 2 techs trying to catch-up ;here comes at 9:00 am the patients with appointments demanding priority !!! they are served instantly ahead of walk-ins who have been waiting for 1-2 hours. The situation gets worse ! Every time I try to make appointment it is not available when I need it because I have to be drawn, for medical reason, on or before 9:00 am .Today I was delayed taking critical medication, and missed 10:00 am medical appointment thanks to Quest !! I hope Quest managers and share holders are reading this. You are losing business; I saw the lab turning down patients and patients tested or walking away unhappy and even angry. Without an appointment took almost an hour and a half to get back to a room. Now...I understand I didn't make an appointment, so I can't really complain about waiting. YET, except for one, the rest of the people who run this place are SO slow, rude, and so so so unorganized. I get back to the room to have my labs done and they still haven't put all of my information in the computer! To make matters worse, the lab tech types 5wpm. All of this takes an additional 30 minutes or so after getting into the back. Ridiculous! This location needs to get it together!! Hire people to do the paperwork, seriously. read more
