This was my first time coming to this location as it is now the most convenient one for me to go to. It was actually very easy to get here and find the building. I arrived near the time that they opened and parked in front of the building. Since I was too early to go in, I waited a little bit until I could check in online and then went to walk in. After a bit of searching and walking, I discovered that I should've parked on the other side of the building as they are not inside the building. There is a separate entrance on the backside of the building near the one corner that you can go into. Once inside, there was a spacious waiting room that was wallet and the usual monitor on the wall with ads and showing you who is checked in and roughly how long the wait would be. I was taken in right at my appointment time and the phlebotomist that took care of me did a really good job. They were friendly and made sure everything was correct before they did the blood draw. This is the first time in a while that I haven't bruised really bad after a blood draw. This is the fault of my body and not the people drawing my blood. I only ended up with a small bruise the next day, which didn't last very long. read more

Between my mom and I, we have to have bloodwork performed pretty regularly. Instead of having to trudge through the hospital we love utilizing this quest location. The staff here is extremely friendly and they get you in and out very efficiently. Whether you have an appointment or you are a walk in you are treated with courtesy and kindness. Both my mom and i are "hard sticks" and we have never had an issue. Plus we get our results quickly through the Quest app. Stay healthy and be well! read more

Got a message as I was walking into labCorp this morning that they were canceling my appointment. An employee at the location told me nobody showed up for work. Decided to try Quest right next-door. So me and the other gentleman that got the same notice headed over. Service was absolutely outstanding. Checked in on the kiosk and was in and out within 15 minutes. This location is very hard to find. There is no signs, just a small one on the window. It is located in a Celebration inside a large blue building which houses other businesses as well. Their door is actually outside the building so no need to go in. I'm giving this four stars because the staff was really nice polite and the location was very clean so that made me feel better about getting blood drawn. However I do not understand how the appointments work. I made one for 845 and at 915 I still had not been called but people that came after me with no appointments got called first. It seemed rather disorganized. It also seemed that there was two desperate waiting areas. You got to go thru the door and wait there if you had no appointment but those of us with appointments waited outside the door. It was just very strange. I think they need some work on their appointment times and the meaning of them but otherwise it's not a bad place if you need some lab work done. Went there right when they opened in the hopes of getting a walk-in, was seen immediately. They were able to squeeze me in before the appointments started. Lady who saw me was extremely nice. She took my blood as painlessly as possible, no bruising after. I had a separate test scheduled for a different day and she took care of that too to save me time. 3rd times the charm, while I am not completely satisfied. The service was average until you get to the seat to have blood drawn. Veronica on the other hand was a 5 star technician. My veins are always hard to find and even though she had to find the vein with the needle, it barely hurt at all. It still took 30 minutes and even after they said to come in, I still waited. It wasn't that bad. The whole experience took about 35 minutes. Which is twice as long as it did before their remodel. read more

Like most normal people the thought of having a needle put in my arm and having blood removed from myself is not my idea of fun. I have rolling veins and I've never had a good experience until today. I arrived at opening without an appointment and was greeted and checked in and sat down within 5 minutes. Cynthia made me feel super comfortable and was a ninja with the process distracted me and was able to get everything with on stick. I wanted to hug her I was so happy. I had a great experience at Quest in Celebration. I was not able to make an appointment online or by phone, so I went for a walk-in appointment. At first I didn't realize I needed to sign in on the iPad, but once I figured that out and got signed in, I sat in the waiting room. Within five minutes my name was called and I went back to get my blood drawn. Gladys B was wonderful! She looked up my name, my insurance, my doctor's orders, and had me sign electronically. I am always nervous when I get my blood drawn, but Gladys put me at ease. She has calm and steady hands and I did not even feel the needle!!! No bruising under my skin!!! She also has a sweet personality. The lady in the office was funny, I left with a big smile on my face. I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics in Celebration Florida. Thank you so much! read more

I had a 945 appointment and went in to check in using their automated system. No one was at the desk and since I didn't have my confirmation number I went to the next screen and registered using my name and D.O.B. thinking the system would know by my name and D.O.B. that I had an appt. Wrong, the wait screen showed me as a walk in. No problem I thought, I'll just go tell someone at the desk. Wrong again, no one was at the desk and when I tried to talk to the ladies who would come out and call names all I got from them was wait for us to call your name. At 1005 my name kept getting pushed back down the list to 1035 because I was classified as a walk in. I went outside to try to call the center to talk someone but got a message saying their voice mail was full and I could not leave a message. I'm done with Quest, their automated system is a joke and their customer service is even worse. read more

Staff was friendly and professional. The receptionist seemed a bit overwhelmed. There is an iPad used for check-in which left a lot of people confused, especially the elderly. She was frustrated trying to walk people through the process. Would have been easier for her to just check them in. There was about a 20 minute wait with no appointment. The girl drawing the blood was professional and quick. My doctor received the results the next day. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

HORRIBLE I walked in with an appointment and no one was even at the front desk to help. the iPad sign in is nuts because the older people don't know how to use it. Convenient location, reasonably nice reception (the only reason for a second star), but awful scheduling and management. We had an appointment at 10:00AM, and were told that it would be an hour and a half before we could be seen. At an hour into the wait, we were told that they didn't have any paperwork on me, so I would have to go back to my doctor. Fair enough - there was confusion between my doctor and me, but why does it take an hour to figure that out? Why do patients with appointments have to wait an hour an a half (and there were only a dozen people in the waiting room)? What really makes me wonder, is that if the management of this office cannot handle something as simple as scheduling, what are the odds that they will handle my tests with competence. Quest is a large company, and clearly its corporate management has decided that it can improve profits by slashing personnel and hiring very low end field managers. It is a sound management decision in an industry where your clients have no other options, but a terrible deal for the patient. My advice - when your doctor says that you need a test, ask for any company other than Quest Diagnostics. Make your own good management decision. read more

I had a great experience here. My appointment was at 10:45. I was in within 5 minutes. The staff was professional and friendly.

This place is a well oiled machine but if you're here for lab work you have no idea how the machine works. At least I didn't. I haven't had lab work done in years but I'm told this place works the same as others. It's located to the far left of building and I'll be honest it's not marked very well. When you walk in, you'll sign in and take a seat. Apparently some people can make appointments which should get them in faster. I didn't have an appointment and the whole process took an hour. So while you're waiting, the staff will call you and request your ID and insurance card. Why this isn't done when you immediately check in, is beyond me. And anytime you're called for something, you're really just shouted at like a drill Sargent. Once the cards have been given, you sit back down again. Then you're called again but to go into a back room which is another waiting room. But it's here that you get your cards back and pay any necessary fees. Then you're finally called for your labs and it's over in a matter of minutes. I will say everyone I spoke with was nice but they do spend more time talking and shouting to each other than it seems working. So be prepared to wait and make sure your phone battery is charged because their TV in the lobby doesn't work and according to the nurses, hasn't worked in a while. read more

A nightmare! On Wed., May 10 at approximately 2:05pm, I walked into this center with a kit which required that my blood be drawn & sent for testing within 24 hours. Two dark young female workers took my kit apart to look at its contents. They then told me they couldnt do it and handed me my kit, So i left, and found another lab. After the other lab drew my blood I drove 16 miles to my hotel. Then I got a phone call from the lab that drew my blood, and they told me that my FEDEX envelope was missing from my kit!!! THE WORKERS AT QUEST DIANOSTICS FORGOT TO PUT THE FEDEX ENVELOPE BACK INTO MY KIT!!!! By this time it was 3:50pm ...AND both labs were near closing! Resolving this crisis was an absolute nightmare and wasted one whole day of my vacation in Orlando. I had to cancel a 5-hour event due to the CARELESS ACTIONS OF THE WORKERS AT QUEST DIAGNOSTICS!!! Careless people don't belong working in a medical lab. BEWARE! read more
