As a woman I like so many others dread the annual mammogram but I really have nothing to fear because theses ladies understand and want your experience to be as pain-free as possible. The way I see it, a few minutes of discomfort will help my doctor keep me healthy. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Covid precautions are in full effect, so be prepared to do online check in and having your temp checked prior to heading upstairs to your imaging appointment. When it was time for my appointment, my technician Dana was so friendly and kind. She showed me to a dressing room so I could remove my top and bra and put on a robe for my mammogram. When I was changed she took me to the imaging suite and made sure I was comfortable for each of the x-rays she took all the while insuring I wasn't having any pain. After the tests were complete she let me know that my x-rays would be available within the week and I would hear from my Dr as well as receive a letter from them as well and I could also see results on the Advent Health app. I can not recommend them enough. They were very efficient and nice, and explained things to me. They also gave me my results immediately so that I wouldn't be at home worrying and could call my doctor right away. This experience left me feeling ignored and unsupported in a moment of need. Keep you on hold. They call you after 3 months, and that is when you keep calling and leaving messages. Their goal is to provide support to the most vulnerable people that are in the disabled community. The prolonged uncertainty and lack of response made me feel helpless and overwhelmed. The paramedic who took care of me initially had a very calming demeanor. He was transparent in how they conduct care, didn't leave anything out, and made sure I understood their policies. The provider was concise on the medications they recommended, took her time and made sure all of my questions were answered. What stood out the most was the paramedics kind and gentle character. He really made me feel at ease and took his time. (I'm from the north east and you just don't get that from many providers) I get strep regularly and have never been offered injectable antibiotics, anti inflammatory, steroids and b12 in office. I was offered here, and although I was hesitant I took the recommendation and I already feel so much better just 30 minutes later. Thank you to this care team!

I am on vacation and was looking for a check up because I believe I have strep throat. I found them as they were the closest walk in that was open. The site appears legit so I made my appt. Took an uber. Firstly it's in a kind of scary area so I was a little worried walking around outside of the office. Once I got inside it seemed clean and organized. I got to the front desk and the receptionist immediately tells me they don't take any insurance. I have insurance- I am not paying out of pocket and especially not paying straight cash for what seems like a pretty shotty place. So I walked straight back out and got an uber back to my hotel. $20 wasted and still feeling like garbage. If they do not take any insurance then they need to state that clearly on their website. I believe there is something that says 'no insurance necessary'..... so either they don't take insurance or they just wanted to take me for a ride. Def do NOT recommend this place purely based on this minimal and ridiculous interaction.
