Just drove 20 minutes to find that this location is closed temporarily. Very upset, no where on the website or app does it show it's closed.

I really cannot understand what this organization, Disability Rights of Florida works for. Terrible…read moreservice. I attempted to contact them after the intake was completed, but they never called you to determine if they would take the case or not. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I received no response, leaving me in the dark about the status of my child with disabilities case. The lack of communication made it incredibly frustrating to navigate the situation, especially when timely assistance was crucial. This experience left me feeling ignored and unsupported in a moment of need. Keep you on hold. They call you after 3 months, and that is when you keep calling and leaving messages. Their goal is to provide support to the most vulnerable people that are in the disabled community. The prolonged uncertainty and lack of response made me feel helpless and overwhelmed. It was as if my concerns were not important, amplifying the stress and anxiety of managing my child's needs. This experience eroded my trust in the organization, making me question where else to turn for support. It seemed they were more focused on maintaining their funding than providing the advocacy they were supposed to offer.

It has been at least two years since I've been back at AdventHealth Celebration as a staff member,…read moreand honestly, it still feels just as impressive as I remember. The campus is incredibly spacious -- almost too spacious sometimes because it's so easy to get lost! The architecture and overall layout are beautiful, and you can really tell a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming environment. They're currently expanding and building another tower, which is honestly mind-blowing to see. Being so close to Disney, you can feel that "magical" atmosphere they're trying to create for patients, families, and staff alike. The staff are great, and the gift shop is always a nice stop. There's a café and a cafeteria -- the food is pretty typical hospital food, so I wouldn't expect a five-star chef experience. It can be a bit pricey, and while it's decent, it could definitely be a little better -- but that's pretty common for most hospitals. I truly enjoyed my time working there, even though it was brief, and I still enjoy visiting. One thing that always gets me is how easy it is to get lost, especially around the different "neighborhoods" -- I swear I'm always wandering around Neighborhood C trying to figure out where I'm going. On the plus side, the gym is phenomenal -- huge, well-equipped, and such a great resource for both patients and staff. Overall, it's a beautiful facility with great energy, amazing growth, and a unique atmosphere that makes every visit memorable.

Our experience at AdventHealth Celebration was extremely disappointing and honestly frightening…read more From the moment we arrived, the level of care and professionalism was concerning. The EKG technician appeared unsure of what he was doing, which is especially alarming when a patient is there for heart-related issues. The triage nurse at check-in was rude, inappropriate, and spoke in a very unprofessional manner. It immediately made us feel uncomfortable and not taken seriously. Throughout our time waiting, staff members were openly gossiping and appeared disorganized. There was even an issue with a transporter that staff discussed loudly in front of patients, turning it into a public scene rather than handling it professionally. It did not feel like a controlled or well-managed medical environment. My husband was there for heart problems and a high fever. We waited over two hours just to get a room. During that time, he was not given Tylenol or anything for his severe headache, nor was he placed on a heart monitor despite having a history of heart issues. That was deeply concerning. Once we were finally taken back, the nurse who assisted us was helpful and compassionate. She informed us about a fast-acting medication option for fever. However, when I asked the doctor about it, his response was shockingly unprofessional. He stated that he would "prescribe what he wants and that's just how it's going to go." The dismissive and rude tone was unacceptable. Overall, we felt that patient care was not the priority. The lack of urgency, professionalism, and empathy was overwhelming. We will not be returning and would not recommend this facility based on our experience.

As a woman I like so many others dread the annual mammogram but I really have nothing to fear because theses ladies understand and want your experience to be as pain-free as possible. The way I see it, a few minutes of discomfort will help my doctor keep me healthy. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Covid precautions are in full effect, so be prepared to do online check in and having your temp checked prior to heading upstairs to your imaging appointment. When it was time for my appointment, my technician Dana was so friendly and kind. She showed me to a dressing room so I could remove my top and bra and put on a robe for my mammogram. When I was changed she took me to the imaging suite and made sure I was comfortable for each of the x-rays she took all the while insuring I wasn't having any pain. After the tests were complete she let me know that my x-rays would be available within the week and I would hear from my Dr as well as receive a letter from them as well and I could also see results on the Advent Health app. I can not recommend them enough. Please stay healthy!

I will say, I feel like doctors and places never read the forms you fill out, but they definitely did read them, and because of it, they required some additional imaging I wasn't planning to have that day. However, I was thankful they were willing and do it and not reschedule me after I had already been dealing with so much scheduling of different doctors appointments recently. They were very efficient and nice, and explained things to me. They also gave me my results immediately so that I wouldn't be at home worrying and could call my doctor right away. I was very happy with this location.
