Terrible service today!!! I was assigned this clinic for a USAA life insurance test. I took comp time from work to make this appointment. I arrived over an hour early I checked in the kiosk, see my name listed on the screen the lobby. I go to my vehicle and returned with 30 mins until my appointment and I wait. As I wait see I'm not getting called ten mins past my appointment. I knock on the door for service or explanation. One of the clinic workers comes out yelling at me, I tell her "ma'am I am not yelling at you you don't need to either" ... finally she asks me what I want, I tell her I'm her for a insurance check up, she then says loudly we don't have any insurance test kits!!!! I tell her So if I didn't knock how would I have known that? She continues to yell at me while she turn around and walk away and continues to yell at from the end of hallway. If you can't work for people or provide customer service what are you doing there. I was not rude, I did knock on the door because I needed assistance and this is how I got treated!!!! The staff here is disrespectful. The young lady wouldn't allow a question to be answered and spoke in the most demeaning way. She kept telling me I don't have an appointment instead of asking me - but I did have an appointment. She lacks professionalism and I was nothing but respectful to her. It's totally unacceptable and businesses must be scraping the bottom of the barrel in hiring help. I'm forced to give a one when it's truly zero. However, they know how to draw blood, how to maintain sterility, how to label the test tubes correctly. They understand how to bill the insurance companies. And they deliver results electronically via a web link. When i use Quest for my lab work, i am not dependent on any doctor's assistant to contact me. It's quick, easy, and dependable. read more

This went better than expected. I procrastinated my 16 month olds blood draw for months because I was terrified at the thought. How is it even possible to draw blood from a baby? Angel was great. Her energy was exactly what I needed for this type of experience. We waited 2 minutes and was right in. They administered the blood draw efficiently and professionally. I came in here for blood work and the whole experience was great. I love the ability to just walk in without having to schedule an appointment. I would mention that their phone system is kind of annoying. But the office itself is super pleasant. The whole process took less than an hour, which includes check in, paperwork, and the tests themselves. The waiting room was clean and pleasant to sit it. The best is that they work directly with the doctors office and do the paperwork behind the scenes. Overall the ease of the visit was quick and smooth. I had to get a urine drug screen for my school, I just made an appointment online and showed up not realizing I needed some type of authorization code (it was my first drug screen outside of my school's system, so I had no idea I needed one). The two ladies at the desk were VERY HELPFUL with first trying to find the code in all my school files, and then told me to call "Certified Background" and they will give me a code... So I paid $50 to Certified Background and then they gave me a code. After giving the receptionist the code, I was taken to the back almost immediately, peed in my cup, and left. Got my negative result the next day! Easy and fast! The only downside is, they never pick up the phone. I called two days before my appointment to make sure I knew the price and what I had to bring... if they had picked up and told me I need to get an authorization code before I came in, I would have got that done before I came in, Besides that, my experience with them was excellent. read more

Perhaps if the nurse listened to me when I told her where to take my blood, I would give this place 5 stars. When I told her to take the blood from my hand instead of my arm she smiled at me and she still attempted to take it from my arm after I told her not to because I've had bad experiences with nurses trying to draw blood from my arm. Now I'm left with a bruise and on my way to a wedding which is why I specifically told her to take it from my hand. I am pretty sure I know my body better than she does considering that was the first time I met her. They should take note and listen to their patients. I was stuck twice with a needle when, had she listened, I would have only been stuck once. Don't go here for blood work unless you want to be stabbed with a needle more than necessary and left with an ugly bruise. read more

My nine-month-old just had her blood drawn at this quest location and the experience was absolutely seamless. We were able to get in within a few hours and upon arrival the automated check-in was quick and easy, and the waiting room was clean. Our phlebotomist, Gayla, was a pediatric nurse and a miracle-worker; I don't know how we got so lucky to have her this morning. She's the best--she captured my baby's attention and kept her occupied while drawing blood...without a single tear!!! We were in and out of the building in less than 15 mins.
