I was done in 10 minutes which included the blood test. The parking is so easy and available which is a big bonus. I've never been so impressed by a clinic before. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and efficient. A true example of how happy patients can be when you have great nurses and staff. Highly recommend!

I have used this facility a handful of times, and the past few times my service has been quick, friendly, and very efficient. I went in today around 10:15 am as I wanted to have a cough looked at that I have had for a month. Being that it was very cold out and didn't want to drive the 20+ minutes to my 'regular doctor' - sick - in Glendale Heights (or wait a week for an appointment!), I went to the CDH St. Charles location instead. I literally clocked in at about 10:15 and it wasn't busy at all, perhaps 2 other people were in the facility (there are times it is packed and there IS a wait, but the last few times I have just lucked out). I gave my information and was taken within literally 5 minutes. Long story short, I was out of there and getting my medicine from the machine (this is a life-saver, rather than driving to Target and waiting about half hour) at just after 10:45 am. I was in and out within just over a half hour - how many of us have had to sit at doctors offices for hours or in a waiting room waiting for the doctor for 45 minutes? The Dr. was in within 5 minutes of the nurse! Can't beat that at all. The nurse was extremely friendly, as was the doctor - his name was Dr. Kalsi. Extremely friendly, down-to-earth, even humorous - explained what my diagnosis was and even helped me with the medicines, gave me some background info on what I had and explained it in a sense where a 6-year old could understand what he was talking about.. A+ Incredible experience, I whole-heartedly recommend this place. I was home within just over an hour of leaving to go here. Excellent!

Once imaging was done, I was handed a cd-rom and told results would be sent to my physicians office. That's where trouble began. CD had a website on it referencing a login and code to view results. No code was provided. Had to call and get it. Nothing sent to my doc. Had to call. Then Rayus only sent their radiologist report and not images. Had to call. We sent it now. Nope... they still only see report. What in the world? You had one job. This is all you do everyday. Its possible the receiving portal is at fault but I doubt it. Had to run the CD over to medical network office to get images uploaded in their system. Not cool. The minor dollars I saved and convenience of the storefront imaging site were wiped away by the waste of my time after the fact. Not sure I can recommend.

Though I am not usually a review-writer, I thought I would write a review for Dr. Mullick. When I…read moregoogled his name to find his phone number to make an appointment, I spotted the low reviews and felt they were unfair. (Note: Other review sources for Dr. Mullick which have a lot more reviews, rate him much more highly than this site.) I have been seeing him for about six years now. Originally it was for a complaint which was resolved. I find him professional, friendly and helpful. The nurses in his office when I have been there are the same. He doesn't hang around after procedures, which seems to be an issue for some folks, but nor do other doctors after surgery. It's pretty normal now for doctors to have "office days" and "surgery/procedure days". Finally, he does seem to really try to save on the cost of procedures. When I had my procedures with him, they were in separate premises. It sounds like this might have changed now. My first colonoscopy with him was in a shiny new facility -- and cost more. My second was in a facility that was a bit dated in the waiting room but perfectly fine and actually cost my insurance company much less. You know what? The hygiene was the same in both places and the end result was the same. Turns out I didn't need that shiny new facility in order to receive healthcare.
