It wasn't until he started seeing Dr Moxon that he was finally able to determine the cause. It was a joint effort between Dr Moxon & an allergist who were able to assist him. He has had several scopes and no issues! He has been able to stop both his omeprazole and his cholesterol RX! Inflammation is no joke or anything to dismiss. So grateful to this practice for their time, care, attention and ultimate resolution to his issue.

Getting test results often required repeated follow-ups, and appointment wait times were frequently excessive. My most recent visit was unacceptable. I came in for a follow-up after a serious hospital stay and was turned away because the office claimed they hadn't received a fax, despite it being sent the prior week. No real effort was made to locate it, and I was even refused when I offered to email the records myself. Dr. Dyer never spoke to me directly and instead made dismissive, disrespectful comments to staff within earshot. Given the length of time I was a patient and the circumstances, this was deeply unprofessional. I will not be returning and do not recommend this practice.

Then it all goes down hill from there. She did absolutely nothing for me with the exception of prescribing me several different medications. She gave me an endoscopy told me that there was a flap inside of my stomach that is supposed to keep the acid out, but mine is not working properly. She never gave me a resolution. I've been calling her office for months, leaving messages. No return phone calls whatsoever. Then she refused to fill my medication again, even though in her own very words, this was the only medication that was left on the market, with the exception of Famotidine. She only works two days out the week Monday and Wednesday and I called leaving several message, begging and pleading for someone to call me back. Never received a return phone call for months. A horrific horrible experience. She did absolutely nothing to help me. If I could give her zero stars, I would. She should be ashamed.

I was upset as I had taken off work to make this appointment...but okay no big deal lets reschedule. I get there today for my 3:45 appointment I arrive upstairs at 3:40. The young lady is checking in another patient. When I reach the desk to check in I'm told I'm late it's 3:49pm she's got to call the back and see if they can still take me. Looking at my phone it's now 3:51pm. she calls the back about 4 times...she then walked to the back...I was told they could still see me but after the last appointment for the day since that person was already checked in (probably the person she was checking in as I waited). So was your last patient scheduled for 4pm meaning I would have only had 15 minutes with the doctor? 1. I wasn't late 2.no grace.. While the receptionist was seemingly nice this is not how I expected to be treated. I decided to just leave. This was a sign I guess to go with a different medical group. I can't speak to my experience with Dr Liam as I never had an opportunity to meet him or be treated by him.

I had a gallbladder removal in November of 2025. My experience at Northwestern Delnor could not…read morehave been better. My primary doctor was Dr. Tieman. She and her team of residents were wonderful! I have an unusual condition, ME/CFS. In the past, I've been afraid to go to hospitals for fear they would force me to do things that would make my unique health problems worse. Few doctors understand my condition. Dr. Tieman listened carefully, collaborated with me, and advocated for me. I felt safe and seen. My surgeon, Dr. Jaclyn Wierzbicki was also terrific. I was there during a busy weekend and she had back-to-back surgeries. Despite that, she stopped at my room at the end of her long day to reassure me about the surgery scheduled for the next day. My surgery was laproscopic which is usually less painful, but I feel she did an unusually good job. The pain was mild and lasted for only 3 days before I felt much better. I only took Tylenol twice, and I am someone with a low pain threshold. My anesthesiologist, Dr. Pan, was also great. I've had trouble with anesthesia in the past because I am unusually sensitive to medications. He listened carefully. I don't know what he did, but I had no effects except for a slight feeling of nausea the second day. When I looked into the eyes of a Delnor doctor, I saw high intelligence and deep caring. There was little doubt in my mind that I was being cared for by the best the profession has to offer. The nurses were amazing! I've nominated two of them for Daisy awards. Every person I encountered was friendly, skilled, and made me feel like an honored guest. I am a quiet person not usually comfortable in group settings. Northwestern Delnor made me feel as comfortable as I do at home! Each person I talked with - from aides, techs, nurses, residents, and doctors told me that Northwestern Delnor treats them very well. I know that many large conglomerate hospitals these days are so profit driven that employees and even doctors are treated like interchangeable parts. Many hospital employees I personally know are just waiting for the clock to run out until they can retire, find a better hospital, or change careers. They work under so much stress. Northwestern Delnor treats their people well and it shows. At times I almost felt like I was staying at a nice hotel. There are blanket warmers along the corridors. Whenever I felt chilled, a warmed blanket was wrapped around me. These small touches had a way of making me relax. I have no doubt the kindness and safety I felt had a positive impact on the positive results of my surgery. In the past, I have been afraid of going to a hospital. After this experience, that fear is gone. Northwestern Delnor is like a safety net that brings me peace of mind. After years of fearing hospitals, it's hard to even say how much the care I received means to me. I am so grateful!

I had to give a pee sample (that had blood in it) in the public bathroom that you have to walk all the way through the waiting room to return it. It was honestly a horrible experience. It's embarrassing to come to this ER. I had an IV in my arm waiting in the waiting room. Nothing is private in their ER. Pretty sure this is a HIPPA violation. I would have recorded them doing this to me but I didn't get discharged from the ER. I had surgery after being in the ER about 4 hours. I stayed 3 nights in the hospital.

The first appointment we called and they said they had him scheduled for an earlier time ( they were wrong). They then scheduled an endoscopy procedure which he had to take the day off or he can get points that could lead to his termination. They gave him the wrong day and time again. When I called to confirm the appointment and request the name of the person incase another mistake was made, she refused to give me her name and hung up on me. I then called and spoke to Lynn who told me to find another doctor if I did not like it and that she did give the correct date and time on the note for my husbands employer (she hung up on me again.) I then called back and requested her fax number to show her the note she provided us had the wrong date and time and we need the note to state the correct date and time for my husbands job. She said to find another provider and if I call again she will call the police on me for harassment. They should not be in the medical field and if this is who the doctor backs up as his staff he should not be practicing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT OTHER MISTAKES THEY MAKE AND DO NOT TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR,BUT PUT THE BLAME ON THE PATIENTS.
