I have been with Dr. Mullick now for 6 years. I would tell you that he is cordial and kind. He does a great job with colonoscopy. He saves money now by having a center that charges 1/5 the price of the nearby hospitals. Do your research on costs. Its crazy price wise at the local competitors when its the same procedure and same quality. Why pay 5 to 7 thousand or more when you can pay way less. I went to Northwestern Delnor and Advocate Sherman recently and found their prices were prepostorous. All they say is we have a great system. It's a system that makes a lot of gigantic buildings with fountains. I mean seriously I just went for a colonoscopy. Finally, his staff and Dr. Mullick are kind and caring. He always says its his honor and privilege to care for you. Another nice thing is that he sets up follow ups to discuss any other medical issues related so that he can address them when you are more alert. In the past I have had Drs who rushed me out of procedures and told me things when I was half asleep and that was it. So let's think, I believe his way is better. Many of my girlfriends have gone to him and my sister. We are all white women aged between 22 and 69. We have had all great experiences. He is an excellent doctor. He spends a lot more time than most doctors with you and carefully explains things to the patients. I am unsure what some of the few negative reviewers have said, but look below at the 28 positive and excellent reviews he has had that yelp decided to not recommend. If you click on that you will see what wonderful doctor so many think he is. I had waited in the past but now he runs on time. He has a new staff that is excellent and never has kept us waiting. He is very technically good with his procedures. And he genuinely cares. He is pleasant and has great bedside manner. He has diagnosed a difficult problem of gallbladder dysfuction in me and treated reflux well with two different acid reducers (nexium and then dexilant when nexium stopped working, the cheaper ones last less long and did not help) In addition he has treated other family members and has removed larger polyps that others have not been able to. He truly has spent a good amount of time explain reflux to us rather than the secretary phone call I have gotten from other doctors. You can tell he cares about you. read more
