They have been at this location for 5 years already as per the lab tech. The processing was simple and efficient There was no wait time, it was basically in and out. The lab tech was knowledgeable and quick. Labcorp has also made it very easy for patients to obtain their lab results online. Made an online appointment for routine bloodwork, checked in on my phone and waited in my car. The phlebotomist (sorry didn't get her name) texted me when she was ready and I was taken quickly. Facility is small but very clean. The phlebotomist was suited up with full PPE and face shield (COVID era), the blood draw was efficient and quick, and I was out in very little time. LabCorp has a patient portal with online test results, so one needn't wait for pokey doctors to disclose results (or not). I love that!

The most disturbing part was the elevator did not work to go up for the testing floor. You had to climb multiple sets of stairs to get up to the second floor. I would think they should make you aware of this when you schedule your appointment. Many people coming for testing are probably disabled and can't climb up stairs. Beware do not make an appointment at this site if you can't climb stairs. Also, 5 to 6 business days to get written test results. Unbelievable!
