I called yesterday to have all my images put on a CD and all of my records because I am going to be changing to another company and they said they would have them ready for me at the desk so I came in to get my CD and of course they were not ready and I had a sit here for 45 minutes and wait for them to print everything up horrible service and I will never come back here again or ever refer them to anybody I'm disgusted

The ok was the location was convenient. The no do good is they are basically a referral site…read moresending you out to other doctors. Also I found one of the receptionist rude and entitled with attitude which I noted a few of the girls quit and the present one there now has stayed but picked up the 1st girls attitude. 2nd when they start making mistakes that's a red flag for me. They arranged for a bus pick up and on the day of my appointment cancelled the bus without notifying me. Next. I asked for private paperwork for the authorized doctor? to sign and fax. My personal private paperwork was faxed to who knows where! And mist likely Ms. Attitude front desk receptionist is thebone who faxed it! No receipt, confirmation, nothing. Actually that is a HIPPA violation. They could not locate it! Now the final insult., After two months of not making an appointment I decided to make the appointment after being called by them a dozen times. It was a rainy day and I drove over five miles away , made it there 15 min. Late. Office had no clients waiting I could see , I checked in, sat down, and the one receptionist attitude called the doc. turned to me and said the doctor cant see you because your late!! That was it. Never went back and had my information transferred to the Freeport location until I could find a decent primary care doctor. I would advise people to also check the background of any medical physician assistant, doctor. What hospital did they learn, practice, licensed from. I found this particular medical employee was associated with a hospital that todate has low ratings and less then quality care , Far Rockaway, NY. Get a personal primary doctor via trusted referral, background checks, and where were they educated and obtain their license. Seniors tend not to speak up or advocate for themselves, trusting anything a medical personal tells them and are not assertive. Bottom line these pop up centers are there to make money via referral systems for one.

In addition, i have Peter Walla Chan MD, great oncologist whom I mwt prior to my need for surgery. His office really made use of the automated system to find patients appointments on the fly. I usually have to make an appointment for early mornings but thise appointments are few, sometimes i get the automated texts from their office and I am able to get in when other patients cancel. Unfortunately NOT all doctors utilize yhis system. Another great cardiologist i met is Navid Ahmed MD, he is part of Catholic Health. He has been very thorough on making sure my health concerns are always addressed and his office also utilizes the text service to find early appointments on the fly if you sign up for it. I believe Dr Frasca has the system but i have never been texted by the mir system even when i have asked to be added to it. Regardless if you are looking for the finest personalized physicians, there is no doubt Catjolic health care is the place to go. Basically under one building all the doctors you ever need, making lab tests, yearly check up and ongoing medical follow ups seamless. I also like their app, which allows me to check on lab tests results, appointments and even communicate with each doctor personally. In the aame place theire is also routine in and out surgery as I had my comllex miniscus tear repair on the same day as the facility in also in the aame building.

Upon return to our regular physician, we learned that not only was the diagnosis correct, but also correct was the dual antibiotic regimen. Recovery was complete and without difficulty. Once again, we consulted our regular physician the next day, and this diagnosis/course of treatment was confirmed as correct. Everything worked out well. All personnel at the urgent care center were courteous and pleasant. We will return if the need arises.

The assistant to the doctor was wonderful! His name is Sam. What a great asset to this place. I'll keep coming here because Sam was efficient and super nice and had a wonderful way about him. When Dr. Tsialas saw my eye he said that it was probably not a virus or bacterial problem. He said that I should get an over the counter drop and if it is still a problem after a few days then go to an Opthamologist. I liked the fact that he didn't just rush to give me a prescription. He was good. The place is super clean and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I'll definitely come back because Sam is so special! I was there Thursday 4/25/2024 and I hope Sam becomes a doctor because he is special!

We have had this appointment scheduled for a month. Her insurance hasn't changed. The office has had her insurance information since she made the appointment. They could have called us at any point prior to 9:25am today and we could seek care elsewhere. The front desk staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional. This is a practice that needs to be absorbed by a bigger hospital organization and ensure competent patient care. We wasted our time and my girlfriend now has delay of care in tending to her active medical issues. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here.

I've came in here a few times on the weekends and the staff is great . The only reason I gave a 4 star versus a 5 is the WAIT TIME. I've seen the young lady in the front desk get yelled at because of the wait time and I commend her for being so professional and updating the patients in the waiting room on wait time.
