They provide diagnostic testing for all types of diseases, cancers, disorders, drug testing, and Covid-19. This location was in a convenient location and on the first floor. Parking was spacious. Booking an appointment online was quick and easy. I've always used QD for the majority of my labs, for years now; pretty much all of my doctors and insurance providers use their services. Checking in was easy, there is a kiosk and/or a link gets texted to your mobile phone to check in. On my first visit, I waited a few minutes in the lobby before being called in for my appointment. The person helping was cordial but unfortunately she couldn't proceed with my blood work; my doctor didn't completely fill out the requisition, so the system wouldn't let her proceed. This wasn't her fault and I understood, but I was disappointed because I was fasting and drove there early for this appointment. Since it's a Saturday, I couldn't reach my doctor for the missing code. I had to reach my doctor on Monday for this info. and rebook another appointment. In the end, my experience was 1 star but at no fault of Quest Diagnostics; I gave them 4 stars because ease of making an appointment, how quickly I got in, and cleanliness.

Our appointment didn't work so we joined the walk-in list and this is the second time they have told us, even though all the other walk-ins were taken, we were asked to leave bc we didn't have an appointment even though we tried. Why have a walk-in option? And why ask people to leave when there was only one other person waiting in the waiting room with us?

Everything is pretty much automated including check in, but I've just had a really tough time the past 2 visits with the attending staff having to try 3 to 4 pricks with the needle in both arms to get it drawn. Other than that, super good but if you have an aversion to needles I may go somewhere you know it will be precise.

Billing, and what amounts I guess to Customer Service, have insisted on the wrong narrative over and over. It seemingly is an organizational catastrophe over there, with no one able to not only solve problems for themselves, but solve between departments. (UPDATE) After several more weeks of dealing with this, I have reached a satisfactory resolution and my bill was zeroed out. However, this is after literally dozens of attempts with at least 4 different people in the office who said they were going to "forward this to the Lab Director" and receiving no follow-up. I managed to wheedle an email to said Lab Director, who actually wrote back and said, "Honestly, that is the first I've heard of this and after three or four more cc'd emails, it looked like it had been rectified..." Absolute, total, utter mismanagement by all parties at this operation.

The woman who works there is a fantastic phlebotomist. She always finds a vein, does the puncture and collects the blood quickly and efficiently. I almost never have a bruise and the bleeding stops quickly. I'm known to pass out but she gets it done so fast I never even have a chance. She's truly great and I'm a loyal patient even when the wait is like 45 minutes long. I recommend her to anyone!

They eventually did, but the journey getting there was quite painful until this morning when Josie (the phlebotomist ) found a good vein-immediately, inserted her needle expertly without any pain and pulled four vials of blood in what felt like a second ! I just had it say thank you Josie your skill and professionalism exceeded my expectations!!! Well done

I truly hope her supervisor or someone in power sees this, because not only is her attitude despicable, but she thought it was down right outrageous that I asked her to only address me by my first name and not my last name as I DO NOT USE my last name and absolutely don't ever want to be addressed by it, as I am in the process of changing it. She later comes into the space where I am changing clothes and loudly from outside the curtain, she calls me by the name I have already asked her not to use. I snatch the curtain back and remind her about what I said. With a smug attitude she says "we have to call patients by their last name, it's our policy!" Ma'am, you think I'm stupid??? That is not a policy smh. She rolls her eyes and the very next time she called me, she purposely called me by my last name and then loudly did it again as I was leaving, where I angrily told her not to say shit else to me, because she was disrespectful and literally taunting me at this point. She goes well I was just trying to give you this (holding the CD of my images) ...I tell her she can give it to the lady next to her because I have nothing else to say to her. I asked for her name and my blood is just calming down enough to even type this! If you don't have a dead name. If you have never had to carry the name of your abuser. If you have never changed your sex and name to something that feels more at home for you, then you may think it's silly. BUT who tf cares??!! Call people what they want to be called or don't call them at all. Shit, even "ma'am" would have been fine since you refuse to use my name. She made me uncomfortable, embarrassed and so angry! I'll never visit this location again if it means I have to encounter KIBBY and her disgusting behavior.

Horrible experience. In-patient procedure with Dr. Ellis which was a half hour "quick" colposcopy…read morewas billed as a surgery and I got a huge bill afterwards, which I ended up having to finance. The worst part -the results were "inconclusive." The doctor offered to have another couple of doctors give a second set of eyes. And after doing that, those results were "inconclusive" too. But I got hit with a $350 bill for those second set of eyes. This wasn't billed through my insurance and was substantially more than what I was told so I reached out to the office. Spoke with Karen who said she'd resubmit through insurance. Two months later I hadn't heard anything so I figured maybe they were able to take care of it. Or it was still in the works. I checked the mail today to find that the $350 bill was sent to collections and now I'd be taking a hit on my credit. When I called the office Karen could care less. She was practically silent on the other line. Said she'd get back to me with an update by the end of the day. No surprise, she never did. In our last correspondences I specifically said, "I am in fear now to even come back to your office for what extra costs I'm going to incur with zero progress or insight into the state of my health." No acknowledgement on this concern whatsoever. I will be searching for a new OBGYN office for my next annual. UPDATE: The same day I called their office to question the bill that went to collections they sent a "patient discharge letter" from their office which arrived Saturday to say that I am no longer a patient and that they would be sending the outstanding bill to collections. They clearly had already sent this bill to collections, hence the need for my call this week. Gaslighting patients... it's unbelievable. I have paper records and voicemail correspondences from every last interaction. And I am so tempted to report their misconduct. But instead, I will just warn other local women, this is a situation to be avoided. This office just does not care about their patients. I will happily find another practice who does and hope all of you do as well.

This office was in a convenient location and it had plenty of parking. I booked an appointment for a primary care visit. The next available appointment was about two months out. I preferred a female doctor but all they had was a male doctor; the next female doctor available would be 7 months out. A couple of days before the appointment, they send you some documents to fill out electronically. Checking in was easy on the day of the appointment; the lobby was large and spacious and the front desk was professional. I only waited 5 minutes before being called in. The medical assistant checked my weight, height, blood pressure, and gathered more personal data. That was about 10 minutes. Dr. Lynne came in about 5 minutes later. He seemed friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions. It was a quick appointment but I felt I was heard and everything was addressed. Blood work was ordered. A great thing about this place, they have a Quest Diagnostics onsite and you don't need to make an appointment. At my age, they said I don't need to get a physical every year, but every other year.
