They eventually did, but the journey getting there was quite painful until this morning when Josie (the phlebotomist ) found a good vein-immediately, inserted her needle expertly without any pain and pulled four vials of blood in what felt like a second ! Swab took all of 5 min. And I've been sitting in the room after my swab for another 50min waiting to get checked out. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A COVID TEST! I'd be afraid to come here for medical attention. No one even stops in to say we'll be right with you. Wow just wow. Horrible service. So as I'm bored and waiting what do I do? Look around the room. INSTEAD: TWICE fasted for 12 hours + drove to Quest FOR NO VALID REASON + WASTED TIME + GAS + $ IN PROCESS. I figured I'd do it early, because I had to fast prior to my appointment. Their waiting area, is clean and small, with a very handy check in kiosk. This is where I scanned my driver's license, and insurance card. Right then, one of the nurses came and called me to come to the examining room. I've spent less than a minute waiting, I really appreciate this. I don't love needles, and when it comes to occasions like this, I still go by the little kids rule of "don't look and it won't hurt". So the job was done, quick, and painless. However, I felt a bit, lightheaded after. I told the phlebotomist I didn't feel well. I would appreciate some water. She just told me to "have a nice day" and lifted the arm rest. Ok. Well, we all know she didn't really care about how nice my day was. Needless to say, while the job did get done. I don't appreciate people who work in healthcare, who have no common sense courtesy towards people.

This was on May 26th in Bloomfield. My wife had hers done also and when we walked out my wife said that was the easiest and fastest ever confirming my experience. I prefer heading to this location in Newington as it usually is one of the less crowded ones in the area, meaning you "might" be able to schedule a same day visit, which when you are sick is important. Once you check in and your name is called - the staff will bring you back and they have always been nice to me. To date - I have always been treated with kindness and they are very effective at getting you in and out the door. Pro Tip - think you can just show up as a walk in and be seen - be careful you probably will have to wait an hour (or more) - trust me I know from experience.

I want ti go back to this office and I called my insurance to make sure I can, and it's a YES. I'm angry because this office tells you that day, if anything is wrong. My doctor told me I might wait a month today in the patient portal. I'm mad at myself for not questioning it from when he put the order in. This is the best office for women. I'll see you next year.
