This location looks brand new and is very clean. They have a system that seems to work, where everyone checks-in on the tablet and then they call you to the counter to get your information. I went in on a Saturday so it seemed like it was first come first serve. I would definitely recommend coming to this location considering the cleanliness and organization. The only thing I didn't like is that the line to check-in was long and kind of blocking the door.

if I could give zero stars I would. the woman who took me obviously hated her job and hated patients. She didn't speak to me until we got to the room and she pulled up my chart. I had 3 printed orders from my dr and tried to give to her. She asked if I had a standing order in the system and I replied that I didn't know. She then said "you do" to which I responded ok here is what my dr gave me and I believe my dr ordered additional labs this time. She literally snatched the papers out of my hand and replied "these are from November". I said yes, that was when I saw my dr and these labs are for my upcoming appointment. There may be additional labs to be done. she snapped at me and said "I asked you over and over if you had a standing lab order and you kept telling me no" and handed me back my papers. When she was ready to take my blood, she literally grabbed my arm and forced it down. No words and she jammed the needle in. As for my blood work, in the past the technician usually takes anywhere from 3-4 tubes of blood. I know I had an additional order but the woman only took 2 tubes. So I have no idea if my lab orders are complete. Additionally, she never asked me to verify the bar code stickers that attach to the tubes with my name on it. I've been going to get my labs for 7 years. never had such an experience. The two gentlemen in Sterling are wonderful and I just started going to Ashburn. Never again will I go back to this location. If I could I would attach the blood soaked gauze from my arm and the bruised vein.

That's the rude woman with no professionalism, Sophia

Sophia was rude and unhelpful when there was an issue with the sign-up kiosk. Had a major attitude problem and heard her snicker when I got upset. The lack of professionalism from her is crazy

I was a walk-in so I checked in on the tablet, was assigned a number, and sat to wait.

Do NOT bring your child here. What should have been a simple…read moreblood draw for my baby turned into a traumatic experience due to clear incompetence. The first tech wasn't trained or confident enough to draw blood. The second tech, Ashley, was rough and poked my baby for an extended time--still failing to collect enough, then claiming the sample was insufficient and discarding it without our consent. When we spoke to the supervisor, Erika, she was rude, dismissive, and wouldn't let us explain. She wrongly assumed this was an immigration‑related test and treated us accordingly, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. We had to fight to have the sample sent, and surprise--it met minimum requirements and we got results the next day. If we hadn't stood our ground, our baby would have gone through another unnecessary blood draw. Poorly trained staff, rough handling of an infant, and an arrogant supervisor. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

Had to drop off something from the previous visit. The young worker with glasses and braces said it wasn't in the system and had to be emailed. Which i had to go through my online portal to find the order my doctor had sent to them. Also berated me about their system check in which ask questions about visits. However i reiterated I'm not here for a visit I'm just dropping said bag off. She then told me to wait. Another person comes to the desk and calls my name minutes later, proceeds to look at my records in her system and immediately print the lab order and say thanks that's all. There are some rude and incompetent people in the world. But if you're going to work in a field dealing with people and a company's computer system you should know how to review charts and be somewhat kind atleast.

Ok, first things first. The office was nice and clean, the receptionist was a little late but not…read morereally a problem. But your there to take blood and this is my main problem. I've gotten my blood taken plenty of times, part of it is because its my job, other parts is because of check ups, blood drawns and what have you. The first person who took my sons blood was horrendous. She missed my son's vein, then started to fish the needle around. My son is 8 and on the thin side. I thought that needle was going to come out of his arm the way she was pushing and shoving it. Finally she gave up and pulled the needle out. She was going to try again and I told her no,and that i had never seen anyone move a needle that much in someone's arm. She got snippy and asked if I wanted someone else to do it. I said yes and she went to get her co worker. As she was on the other room she said that it was because my son had small veins and hadn't had alot of water. Then the other person came up, stuck the needle in and found the vein immediately. She left the needle in as she got the vials of blood she needed. No fuss, no mess. As she was filling things out she was mutterinv "oh, God!" Like I was bothering her. My next action after this is to find her manager and log a complaint.
