LAST time I walked in and checked in and sat for well over an hour as the waiting area filled to standing room only....and I cancelled my check-in. So, back to plan A. Make an appointment, KEEP the appointment and I didn't have to wait but maybe 10 minutes. It's clear they're short-staffed. But if you make the appointment and keep it, they do get to you. I believe I was given bad advice a couple-times back. Definitely make an appointment. But, Labcorp: staff the office for the workflow. Not cool having a full waiting area anymore.

I went on a Saturday around 10am and did not have an appointment. I waited 5-10 minutes and then was called back. Seems like a semi-popular location but they kept a good flow. Phlebotomist was friendly and helped me feel comfortable even though I am embarrassingly dramatic when it comes to getting blood drawn. Took about 10 minutes start to finish and I was in my car headed home.

The parking lot might be a bit to small but all in all I got no complaints. As soon as you get there you sign in and give them your insurance card and blood work orders and within a few minutes they will have you in a chair ready to draw blood. Staff is very friendly as well which that itself goes a long way.

I need to ask if they finally received my orders so I'll know if I can come back tomorrow. It's a long drive from Mathis to Beeville! Companies that have automated recordings really don't want my business. I think I will go back to CPL Labs in Rockport. At least they answer the phone or will call you back when it's slow.

It was 4 when I walked out of the doctor's office and across the parking lot to Quest. All appointments are made over the internet, but I have the myQuest app so that was easily done. The visit next morning went well although I thought that the technician had drawn fewer tubes than usual. My complaint is that the results have not been posted on the myQuest after 5 days! Then when I tried to call someone there was no answer. Even the chat box in the myQuest app was not working. I messaged my doctor thinking that he could get through on the doctor's office line. He was successful in contacting them and found out some of the tests had not even been done! I am going to have the whole lab panel redone at the local hospital.
