Everyone is so gentle and friendly to him and explains everything to us. Even the maintenance guy has been amazing. The building is modern and clean. It smells nice. The food is great (especially the desserts according to my FIL). And most importantly the response time once he pushes the button has been extremely good. I wish I could move my mom to Corpus to be here with all these angels!

Our appointment time was right on schedule (a rare thing with doctors and dentists) and the dental hygienist was wonderful. Billing estimates were quick and easy to understand and I would definitely recommend this location. I saw many young children, as well as adults so they do serve pediatrics and general dentistry needs. They have books and an Xbox station for waiting children and teens in the waiting area.

The dr was very knowledgeable and helpful and we left feeling empowered to move forward with treatment options. My favorite part is how helpful the staff is... Because that is usually the worst part about going to the dr! They checked my insurance for me ahead of time and I knew what I was going to have to pay ahead of time which really helped us! We got appointment reminders ahead of time! Overall one of the best experiences we've had with a doctor in a long time!

The staff welcomed us and took a great deal of time to sit with us go over all the services they offer. We Met with Kat, the Admissions Director who was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Then Mary, the Executive Director stepped in to visit with us and finally Stephanie, LVN. Stephanie had the sweetest personality and we just know that dad is going to respond well to her. The facility is nice and will meet dad's needs. we also really appreciate that their rate is all inclusive will not increase as dad's condition declines. Other places we visited are corporately owned and double the cost. Whereas Villa South is family owned. Dad doesn't need granite countertops and fancy dining rooms. He needs a place that feels like home and at Villa South, my brother and I believe they can offer that. They have a theatre, lovely garden, and activities to keep dad busy. Obviously dad has not moved in yet, so this review is solely based off of our experience thus far. We are very hopeful for a happy future for dad at Villa South and look forward to working with the pleasant staff at Villa South that we have connected with.

Yet the Villa South has worked diligently to address their needs, have been extremely patient at keeping my family happy. The staff communicate well and have always been willing to work with me . I could not be more pleased with the Villa South thanks to it's AWESOME, caring employees.

The time-before-last, I walked in to MAKE an appointment and was told they could take me then...no appt. needed. LAST time I walked in and checked in and sat for well over an hour as the waiting area filled to standing room only....and I cancelled my check-in. So, back to plan A. Make an appointment, KEEP the appointment and I didn't have to wait but maybe 10 minutes. It's clear they're short-staffed. But if you make the appointment and keep it, they do get to you. I believe I was given bad advice a couple-times back. Definitely make an appointment. But, Labcorp: staff the office for the workflow. Not cool having a full waiting area anymore.
