cannot make appt online. Their system is screwed up. Every time I tried to sign in, it would mess up.

Everytime I have labs here they never have my labs from my doctor. They somehow never get to them. Bring a paper copy. Don't trust there electronic system. Very frustrating. read more

If you need lab or blood work by your doctor, also call for an appointment with Quest unless you don't mind waiting for several hours!

First time using online reservation, very bad idea, appointment was for 8:20, didn't go to the back until 9:10 before I've been there as a walk in, 15-20 minutes and I'm done. read more

This place is very impersonable. That's simply the best way to word it. They hardly smile and even when you crack a light hearted joke, they just continue asking questions like you never said anything. (I'm not talking about a bad day or being busy either. This has been this way since I've started coming here but it's close to my house and covered by my insurance. On my last visit, they either got my blood mixed with someone else's or ran 3 extra test not requested on my lab order. read more

The staff is great. The facility is clean and impressive. We had a STAT blood test that had to be at M D Anderson that day. The blood was picked up at 10:12 am. M D Anderson never got the fax. I called each day for the next 4 days to find out why the fax had not been sent to the hospital. Each day I was told it would be faxed but they had to rely on an email communication as they had no way to speak to the expositor. M D Anderson never received the fax or any information on the blood test. The result was that the chemo was delayed because they could not follow up with the local lab. There system allows incompetence after the blood leaves the facility. This is completely unacceptable when dealing with life and death. read more

A few months ago, this location made a senile old man wait for 90 minutes before refusing service, all because he was a few minutes late. When I spoke up to complain, about his wait as well as my own, I was punished too by not being drawn and made to go to another location. Of course I complained to corporate. Apparently nothing was done... Went back today, and was refused service again. Christina put a note in the system and called my doctor and told them not to send me to quest. Save the drama and visit another location in CC...they were militant about the masks long after COVID was over and the only location that does not take walk ins....only appointments. I understand @QuestDX is probably hurting for employees and the staff probably doesn't get paid well, but do some proper training!!! Got major runaround. Scheduled an appointment, arrived early only to have the woman say she couldn't find the test my doc requested in their system. Called me back a couple hours later to say they found it, but I would need to make another appointment. Online system set next appointment to farther clinic but we showed up at original. Explained to woman what happened and were basically told too bad. Horrible customer service. read more

I have no idea why past ratings are so low. I use this office facility 5-6 times a year. The on - line appointment works fantastic. When I show up I am taken back for a draw in just minutes. The staff are good at what they do and are very friendly. Once My labs are analyzed I get an E- Mail saying the results are available to view on My computer. Few systems work this well these days. Don't ask Me to go way across town to the doctors office for My tests. See You very soon Quest. read more

If there were a negative star rating this place would be deserving of it. I took my wife for tests (1 1/2 hours each way) needed for treatments for MS. The first time they turned the screen to my wife and said they didn't know which of the screen full of ANA tests the doctor needed. My wife made sure they had her number and the doctors number to get what they needed so they could call us back when they were ready. Next day they called and scheduled an appointment for the blood draw because they had it all figured out. We show up half hour early for our timeslot and now there is another test they don't know how to code. They want to turn us away again to come back later which would be after the holidays. They refuse to call the staff member that had called us and said she figured it out but had left for the day. Said it was against their policies. Why would you call a patient back in without making sure you had what you needed? Staff in the office said they had been trying to contact the doctor and had left a message. I ask them to draw the tests they know and we will have the other one done later. The one they didn't know the code for I told them she has already had done, we have the results (from the hospital stay) and wasn't important enough to hold up the other tests. They said if she had to come back then they would have to stick her a second time. Really, she is an MS patient and 58 years old, she is familiar with blood draws. Then they added that it was against their policy to draw just a portion of the tests ordered and they could lose their jobs even if the patient refused that portion because it is against the policies of Quest to allow the patient to refuse a portion of the test. My wife called the Dr. office while we all stood there, spoke to the nurse and handed them the phone all within a minute yet they had been supposedly trying for a day and a half. Seem like intelligent people but very hung up on policies that if they actually exist should be reviewed internally to Quest as they are keeping patients from getting treatment. Further to the staff, if the management of Quest is so poor in their abilities to manage that they fire an employee for doing the right thing so a patient can get treatment then it may not be a good place to work. Medical staff are in short supply everywhere, move to another company. read more

I'm not sure why there's such bad reviews here... it made me nervous to come but I had a great experience! Very easy to make an online appointment and to check in on the kiosk. I arrived right in time and waited not even 2 minutes. The worker was very nice and efficient... I needed multiple blood labs drawn and yet the whole thing took maybe 15 mins total! Very good experience for me! read more
