I went home, got my paperwork and returned: I was unable to rejoin the line with my appointment and had to resign in as a walk in. Zero customer service. CPL bent over backwards and got emails no problem...resolved my problem by helping me because they seem to care about my experience and my health. Not Quest! All in all, an hour and a half to get my blood drawn, made me 40 minutes late to my next appointment and my dentist office appointment after that my BP registered 158/90!!! My day started great. I went to Quest following a massage. My health is compromised by my experience with Quest. My doctor contracts with this outfit. Having internet and a helpful attitude would go a long way.

I had to demand they test her for strep, flu and covid. Not only was initially misdiagnosed, but she also had strep and the flu. The physician was rude and was clearly rushing to get us out the door. Thankfully, the nurses were extremely professional and helpful--I won't be taking my granddaughter back here.

The time-before-last, I walked in to MAKE an appointment and was told they could take me then...no appt. needed. LAST time I walked in and checked in and sat for well over an hour as the waiting area filled to standing room only....and I cancelled my check-in. So, back to plan A. Make an appointment, KEEP the appointment and I didn't have to wait but maybe 10 minutes. It's clear they're short-staffed. But if you make the appointment and keep it, they do get to you. I believe I was given bad advice a couple-times back. Definitely make an appointment. But, Labcorp: staff the office for the workflow. Not cool having a full waiting area anymore.
