I felt compelled to leave a review because this place only has 3 stars and I had a great experience. Clean and nice waiting room with about 10 chairs spaced 6ft apart. I went on a Saturday around 10am and did not have an appointment. I waited 5-10 minutes and then was called back. Seems like a semi-popular location but they kept a good flow. Phlebotomist was friendly and helped me feel comfortable even though I am embarrassingly dramatic when it comes to getting blood drawn. I make the appointment for 7:20 am get there on time to hear I have no appointment. Stupid is what they are. Why waste my time making an appointment to get there and be told I have to wait til 10:30! They should fast and sit 3 hours while, some boobs wake up ! Who runs this place?? Obviously no one does. Ridiculous Thank God I saved a picture of the scheduled appointment time. My visits there have always been pleasant, short waiting time and techs are quick and efficient.

I am sick to death of being asked for payment of "estimated charges" for lab work which my insurance pays at 100%. They request my insurance card and then insist on being paid for something my insurance pays! Stop doing that! This is suspicious to me because sometimes they do not ask you for this, but most times they do. Read the insurance correctly, understand the coverage. I'm sick of this practice. That said, all techs have been very nice...while they hold a hand out for your credit card that they will never charge. Even my Doctor thinks it weird. read more

In all honesty I did not know appointments were needed. Always when I needed lab work I just showed up waited and got it done. Not here, not on weekends. Only a couple of patients there, needed a urinalysis (don't even have to draw blood). I was already in their system, so no significant paperwork to be done, and was turned away because of the appointment needed. I guest they value their idle time more than to serve the patients. I do not think they would have acted this way if the business was their own. read more

This location specifically was awesome. Irene did a fantastic job. She is really great at her job and so nice.

Got here at 9:20am. Nobody else is here. They told me they do not conduct drug screens until 10am. This is only on their front door, not on their website. I'm just waiting now to get a drug test because they don't do them till 10. Pretty ridiculous. read more

Tech tries to collect money for blood work before it is done, you explain that your insurance pays at 100% so they still tell you it has to be paid . When you tell them you are not paying it they tell you ok but in the future this is how we do it, no ma'am I have insurance for a reason and it's so they can pay not me. Called my insurance and they verified it's paid at 100%, also stated tech is probably requesting wrong benefits . They need to pick up phone and call them if they have a question on anyones benefits per my insurance. read more

They are wonderful. They always get my little difficult veins and if you make an appointment you will most likely be taken in on time. Just call or go online and make the appointment and they do their best to get you in at the appointed time and you get to go ahead of the walk-ins. VERY convenient and close to downtown where I work. read more

Arrived at 7:07am and barley sat down and I was called up , I was in and out in 18 minutes. Staff was very nice as well , I guess it pays off going early. read more

Needed lab work done and show up and there are three people waiting by the window. I think no biggie I'm sure they haven't been there for long. I find out they have been waiting for 10 minutes but hey no big deal I'm semi patient. We wait for another 10 minutes just for someone to come acknowledge that we are at the reception area. Now 15 minutes later I'm still waiting to give them a sample...so if you decide to come here just expect to wait and wait and wait. read more
