I've been here a multitude of times and during covid, appointments were definitely needed to…read moreprevent too many lingering in the waiting area. The time-before-last, I walked in to MAKE an appointment and was told they could take me then...no appt. needed. LAST time I walked in and checked in and sat for well over an hour as the waiting area filled to standing room only....and I cancelled my check-in. So, back to plan A. Make an appointment, KEEP the appointment and I didn't have to wait but maybe 10 minutes. It's clear they're short-staffed. But if you make the appointment and keep it, they do get to you. I believe I was given bad advice a couple-times back. Definitely make an appointment. But, Labcorp: staff the office for the workflow. Not cool having a full waiting area anymore.

They kept me waiting half an hour - said they didn't receive the fax. I went home, got my paperwork and returned: I was unable to rejoin the line with my appointment and had to resign in as a walk in. Zero customer service. CPL bent over backwards and got emails no problem...resolved my problem by helping me because they seem to care about my experience and my health. Not Quest! All in all, an hour and a half to get my blood drawn, made me 40 minutes late to my next appointment and my dentist office appointment after that my BP registered 158/90!!! My day started great. I went to Quest following a massage. My health is compromised by my experience with Quest. My doctor contracts with this outfit. Having internet and a helpful attitude would go a long way.

I went on a Saturday around 10am and did not have an appointment. I waited 5-10 minutes and then was called back. Seems like a semi-popular location but they kept a good flow. Phlebotomist was friendly and helped me feel comfortable even though I am embarrassingly dramatic when it comes to getting blood drawn. Took about 10 minutes start to finish and I was in my car headed home.

CPL is very disorganized. I have waited for over a week to get my PSA results. Trying to get them…read morehas proven to be difficult. I signed on to the portal and it takes 24-48 hours to have the results posted even though their were released over a week ago. My doctor never received the results. They would not even give them to me at the lab even though I had my ID. Not very user friendly. I suggest going to Quest or someone else.
