I went on a Saturday around 10am and did not have an appointment. I waited 5-10 minutes and then was called back. Seems like a semi-popular location but they kept a good flow. Phlebotomist was friendly and helped me feel comfortable even though I am embarrassingly dramatic when it comes to getting blood drawn. Took about 10 minutes start to finish and I was in my car headed home.

Make an appointment, KEEP the appointment and I didn't have to wait but maybe 10 minutes. It's clear they're short-staffed. But if you make the appointment and keep it, they do get to you. It took 3 tries to draw blood, after having to go to a smaller needle, and using the other arm. It was a painful experience for my wife, and very disappointing after our good visits to Labcorp in San Antonio. This was our first and last visit to this location.

He was more preoccupied with his lunch time like most of the staff there were. Perhaps a meeting to remind him that those that walk in for blood work is a necessity and at the end of the day do sign his check. We will NEVER go there again. Unacceptable and unprofessional organization. I realy on others to transport me and my recent…read moreappointment experience was the most frustrating experience ever. Call center does not resolve problems that they created nor was there record of who was supposed to straighten out their scheduling error despite the fact that all calls are recorded. In fact, the unknown person who was supposed to resolve the issue and CALL ME BACK went to the recording of my original phone call with an agent and indeed confirmed that the call center changed the location of my appointment without notifying me. Then they told me I could not get me into the original location. This forces me to possibly reschedule the doctor's appt. who is treating the problem and delaying care. My frustration with Radiology Associates is compounded by the fact that they misdiagnosed me several months ago claiming nothing was wrong when in fact, I had a broken pelvis.
