This is an awesome place to go for chiropractics! Dr. Brian is very personable and really knows what he's talking about when it comes to musculoskeletal injuries. As a dental hygienist, I have some pretty typical injuries and Dr. Brian was able to help me in some unique ways that many of my chiropractors and physical therapist didn't think of. It's almost like he's a physical therapist, chiropractor, and sports therapist all in one! I choose to go every two weeks and I absolutely love it. They also have a yoga studio they are renovating and that's sure to be a huge hit as well. I'm happy I found a chiropractor that takes a more personal and sensitive approach and is not just a snap crackle pop factory. They listen to your problems and the address every single need. Hands down one of the BEST chiros I've had. I promise, Dr. Tremblay has healing hands!! I particularly suffer from hip pain due to a slipped disc and he managed to alleviate the pain on my very first visit. Of course that kept me going back for more and he never disappoints. I found this place via Groupon and it was a combo package that came with a massage. When I first went it was not what I expected. It was a small office with a small outdoor waiting area with one bench. The receptionist was nice and explained everything well. The wait times where really good as they had people in and out fast. I was impressed. When I tell you idk what magic Dr Jeremy did, but after my adjustment, my headaches went away and all my back pains subsided! I had scheduled an appt for my son 16 year old son for a deep tissue massage due to an athletic injury and spoke to the chiropractor a few times in reference to my son's appt prior to his visit. Upon arriving, I was informed by the massage therapist, Steven, that he did provide service to minors. The female massage therapist was also present and informed me that she did not provide service to minors either. I inquired why I was not informed prior to the appt or why this information was not listed on the site, and a concrete answer was unable to be provided. I was provided with the number to the doctor who owns this practice site and left a message requesting a follow-up call to this matter, and have yet to receive a response a week later. I have been in search high and low for someone that can freaking fix my back. I had a groupon in hand, and Cat was my massage therapist for my deep tissue. I don't know what I've done to my back, but it has a little less than a millllion knots on my right shoulder and maybe a little less on my left shoulder. I have never once gone back to the same therapist, because no one has helped ever. Like I said, I have a million knots and none of them were able to " find" them, or press on them or make it feel good at all. Cat made it feel great. Honestly, I probably need a good 5 or 10 of those therapies bc my back is so messed up.. but she's the only one that's ever made a difference on my hopeless back. Not to mention, she has a great personality, is super friendly and just an overall awesome person that screams good vibes. I'll be back I also had a quick 10-15 min consultation with Dr. Jeremy explaining the possible benefits of using chiropractic medicine. Seeing as my muscles/tight back have been a problem for years -- I'd definitely give it a try. If realigning my back can help it not pull on my muscles the wrong way.. maybe my back won't feel as crazy anymore. I definitely recommend if you've been searching high and low with no relief. Amazing. I found this place through Groupon, there was a promo for consultation, exam, an adjustment, and a 60-min deep massage. The place was super clean and I wish I bought whatever fragrance they had because it smelled fantastic. Everyone there was super friendly and professional. I went in specifically for neck and and shoulder pains. Apparently I had many "knots" on my back (I honestly had no idea what a knot even was until yesterday). Right after that neck adjustment, I felt so much more relaxed and could move my neck - not as much as I used to, but on a scale of 0-100, it jumped from 30 to 70. As soon as I left Dr. Miller's room, I immediately scheduled for a follow up. I've never signed up for anything as fast as that! This place is a BIG recommend. read more

I bought a groupon for a 60 minute Swedish massage and we all know groupon can be sketch at times. The receptionist who booked my appointment was extremely courteous and informative. Prior to Dr. Jeremy, I've seen two chiropractors in my life. Both experiences were the same: minimal attention, in and out, and little concern for the end result - for me, eliminating lower back pain. I saw a Groupon offer about two months ago advertising a consultation and adjustment at Quest and decided to give it a shot. First, there was absolutely no hassle with scheduling an appointment or using the Groupon. The consultation was great and Dr. Jeremy immediately identified the reasons I experience lower back pain. The adjustment was awesome and throughout the appointment, Dr. Jeremy was down to earth, deliberate, and extremely upfront about what a treatment plan would look like for me. No salesmanship, no pressure, no guilt - this isn't that kind of place at all. I was comfortable enough by the end of the appointment to schedule five more sessions and will be going to my 7th tomorrow evening. I feel much better and I look forward to the appointments. Went here spring of 2013 and had a great experience with Dr. Jeremy. He was very nice and understanding I was running 5 minutes late because I had trouble finding the building. It was a really good experience with Doctor Jeremy. He taught me quite a few things about the misplacement of our bones as we get older. I purchased a groupon, hoping that he can fix/readjustment my left shoulder i injured my shoulder back in September and its been bothering me ever since. The groupon was about $37 dollars and i had a consultation, 1 adjustment and 20 minute soft tissue massage. I read it wrong and thought it was a deep tissue massage. The soft tissue massage was nothing special. Laid on a machine for 10 mins and Dr. Jeremy did two other massages with a hand held massager. Its basically to loosen up the muscles so he can adjust it better. The adjustment went really well. I heard a "cracking" sound almost every position that was adjusted. When i first stepped on the balance scale, he told me I was 20lbs heavier on my right leg. Right after the adjustment, I stepped on the balance scale and I was even on both side of my body. Pretty cool. Overall, my shoulder still feels uncomfortable and it didnt really help much so that was kind of disappointing but the experience was good! I wouldn't come here regularly, maybe once every 2-3 years because I dont think its too necessary. read more

The only thing not nice is the amount of noise you can hear allllll throughout the massage because the room it literally located right next to the desk. I mean literally next to the front desk. I had a pretty meh experience at this establishment. First off, scheduling the appointment was annoying. The phone often went to voicemail or my emails went unanswered. When I finally got a time and came in, the staff seemed grouchy and exhausted. The front desk person was on the phone the entire time and even the chiropractor was rushing around. The space is also cramped, with lots of people waiting at once and with nowhere to sit and wait. Overall, would not return. read more

I had a Groupon for a 60 minute Swedish massage here. They also offered a free chiropractic consultation with the massage but I never redeemed it because it required making another appointment and coming back another time. I initially had a hard time scheduling an appointment because they could only give me Tuesday or Thursday early afternoons and I wasn't quite sure who to contact or how...there was a confusing mix of phone messages and emails that seemed to be handled by different people but it was finally worked out. As others have mentioned, it was a bit difficult to find because it's in a facility with a lot of other businesses. When I did find it, the massage therapist, Ezra, asked me to wait a few minutes before we got started -- after she came back, it was obvious that this was because she had to go out and have a cigarette. I met Dr. Jeremy before the massage and he seemed super friendly but the massage was with Ezra, who was slightly less friendly. She just seemed like she was tired and didn't want to be there and was doing her best to fake happiness...which wasn't convincing. The smell of cigarettes/cigarette smoke was REALLY strong throughout the whole massage which I found extremely unpleasant and the therapist had a number of coughing fits during the massage as well. It definitely did not last 60 minutes and wasn't one of the best massages I've ever had. It was alright. read more

Having sampled several massage therapists and chiropractors here, I can say it's hit or miss on the quality of services. Diane is the chiropractor I found who is the most helpful and knowledgeable, doesn't rush through appointments, but really spends time to figure out how best to help her patients, providing referrals and other non-chiropractic resources. The two massages I got here, with two different massage therapists, were both unsatisfactory. I'm not usually one to complain, but my first massage was by someone who seemed not to have much experience, and she was just starting to work on my right leg, after finishing up with my left leg, when she realized time was up so she abruptly stopped and told me the massage was over. The other massage therapist was better, although she twisted my leg when she was working it, and my knee hurt for a few days after that. Overall, the massages were not terrible, but not great either. read more

I had to take a break from chiropractic care after having cervical spinal fusion. I was a bit leery of going back to chiropractic because finding the right chiropractor can be difficult. I've been through several in the city that just didn't work for me; either their styles were too aggressive or I didn't trust them. With the neck surgery, the trust issue was particularly big for me. I've been with Quest and Dr. Jeremy for almost a year now and am really happy. He is an outstanding chiropractor and a very nice person - easy to talk to and very compassionate. He is super knowledgeable but not overly didactic. I feel comfortable asking him questions about my chiropractic care and about supplements, exercise, and general health. All around fantastic doctor. I was extremely tight and my back was stiff prior to my visit and when I walked out I had a much increased range of motion in my back and neck. I've been seeing Dr. Jeremy for a little under a year now, and can't say enough great things about him! I go weekly for some chronic back issues, and if I skip a session I definitely notice- he hits all of my problem areas. Appointments are a half hour, a nice change from my last chiropractor who rushed you through in 15 minutes- Dr. Jeremy takes his time with you during appointments even if the schedule is a bit tight that day. Before he even starts on you, you get to spend some time on an automated massage table with some kind of built in back roller device, and then he gets to any specific muscle tight spots with an awesome muscle massager. He is also very flexible and does his best to accommodate last minute scheduling requests- I'm a dog walker and often don't know my schedule too far ahead of time, and I definitely appreciate his understanding if I'm late because of a walk going too long (a chronic problem unfortunately)! He doesn't take insurance, but an adjustment is only $50- this is a godsend if you're on any kind of budget or if you have anything other than a super-premium insurance plan. Lastly, not only does my favorite yoga teacher get adjusted by Dr. Jeremy, but his wife is a yoga instructor! I've also treated myself to some massages with Ezra- I've spent a lot of money trying different people for my back, and she is awesome! If I ask her to go as hard as possible to get at my gnarly spots, she doesn't shy away- but she immediately listens if you ask her to go softer. My only complaint is that I wish he could be in Philly full time (he is also in Ambler; they have a separate yelp page). He is legit though, and you should use him. read more

I visited their Center City office back in January for a deep tissue massage after receiving a Groupon as a gift and I just scheduled for another visit today. First I want to mention that Quest has excellent customer service. You get timely notifications and reminders from their staff ahead of your appointment so you could show up in confidence. The address itself was easy to find, and while I could understand in other reviews how they noted that the inside of the building was a bit confusing, I still located the office/waiting area within a minute. As I mentioned above, I went to the Center City location and received a deep tissue massage from Cat and it was amazing. It was my first deep tissue massage and I have had two others since then at other locations but they did not compare to Quest at all. My neck never felt better. I just had the best adjustment of my life! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Dr really knows his stuff! He was able to pinpoint my problem areas and adjusted parts of my spine that I've never had done before. I recently pinched a nerve in my back. After the adjustment I felt some relief, but i don't expect it to miraculously "fix" the issue after one adjustment. I am reading through some of the "negative" comments on here and urge those reading this to recognize that a majority of those ratings are based on things that have nothing to do with Dr. Jeremy or his staff.
