I asked if it would look the exact same after cleaning, I was advised it would ofcourse. I get my coat back and it looks flat and feathers looks like they are missing in certain sections of the coat. Literally when I put the coat on I look like a hunch back as feathers were bunched on upper back and missing from mid back. They take it back after I complain and give it back to me in the same shape. Naresh the owner looks the coat over and tells me nothing is wrong with the coat and it's suppose to look like that after a wash. The feathers flatten out. Tells me he won't do anything and no compensation will be discussion. He cuts me off, doesn't let me talk and insists nothing is wrong with the coat even though clearly by the look alone you can tell it's ruined. This individual is completely unreasonable. I could even show pictures of this coat showing its state for anyone thinking of coming here. Will be Pursuing the matter with bbb as well as other avenues based on how I've been dealt with. Btw this coat was $950 with tax and only 1 year old and never cleaned before this so I know it was in perfect shape prior. Stay far away from this place and this chain as naresh is a con man.

The men's dress shirt I brought in was from Greece and the sleeves were completely scorched and burned. They ruined this one of a kind shirt which was devastating. Upon my multiple trips back and forth I spoke with the store owner Naresh who was rude, inconsiderate, demeaning and arrogant. He provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I explained the inconvenience of having to return multiple times, the clothes not being cleaned and worst of all the shirt they ruined. Naresh made it clear he did not care and had no regards for my business or the care of the clothes. He did not offer a refund or to compensate for this one of a kind shirt, that I specifically took to the dry cleaner for it to be done properly. I will never return to this location and highly recommend you don't waste your time or money here either.

You would think with all the years…read moreof experience that they keep telling people they have it should have been a breeze spending $2000.00 on a custom made suit and made to measure shirt . When my husband returned for a fitting he was insulted regarding his body shape and was very uncomfortable. We were assured when we first went in that they could have his Custom made suit done in time for a wedding we were attending. The day before the wedding I had heard nothing so I drove to the store and to was informed that the suit was not ready and not even in the store . They told me purolator was supposed to deliver the Jacket (Which had been sent out for finishing ?) I thought the work was done on the premises!!! They called me the next day , the day of our function and said they were going to deliver it to our home ,the sales man that I dealt with dropped it off my husband tried on the jacket and he left ! We were in a crazy rush to get dressed and make it to the wedding . 1st the CUSTOM MADE shirt did not button up at the neck but regardless he did up the tie and tried to hide the fact it did not button up , quickly put on the pants and we had to leave , only to realize when we got to the wedding the pants were way too long. I went back to the tailors and all I got was a shocking mouth full of abuse from the older owner who refused to give me a detailed invoice . He kept telling me I was a dishonest person ( even though I paid the $2000.00 plus for the suit and shirt) My husband and I also have been in business for 48 years and would never ever treat our customers in this manner ! The sales person that measured and assured us everything would be done and ready had absolutely nothing to say when I was there stating that he was just an employee.
