We are a brand new, fully renovated and upgraded smart laundromat, meaning we have all brand new high efficiency washers and dryers that are hooked up to Wi-fi. You can download the LG Laundry Lounge app for free on Google or Apple, and in real time, see which machines are available, or if they are in use, how much time is remaining. This is a huge game changer as you can leave your home when you know there are machines available, saving you from waiting around at the laundromat for a machine to free up. On top of all brand new washers and dryers, we have a brand new comfortable seating area with tables in between each seat, as well as 6 brand new stainless steel folding tables and laundry carts. All of our machines take quarters, loonies and toonies, and if you have bills only, we have a change machine fully functioning and ready to go as well for you.
We also have an attendant who is fantastic and offers wash/dry/fold that can be reached all day that lives across the street if they are not currently on location by calling the store, so they are never more than 1 minute away if you have any questions or if something else that comes up that needs their attention.

History
Established in 2023.
This business was created when I saw an issue in the market, where almost every laundromat in the city of Hamilton is using antiquated machines, not using energy efficient or smart machines that make the customer's lives easier and faster so they can get on with the more important things in life. I wanted to make a difference and obtained my first laundromat in 2023, and I am looking into obtaining more laundromats and upgrading and improving them as well over the coming years to help those communities as well.
Meet the Business Owner: Wade C.
Hi everyone, I jumped into the laundromat business in early 2021 learning everything I could from professionals and online, and finally obtaining my first laundromat in mid 2023, spending the next 6 months retooling and renovating it so it was up to date with todays customer's needs. I firmly believe that this industry requires someone who cares about their customers, respects them enough to spend the time and money to improve the location they are waiting in and machines that they are going to be using, and takes any feedback, good or bad, and considers every suggestion given, and at least lets the customer know that they appreciate the time they took to give them the feedback.
I look to acquire more laundromats in the city and improve their outlook as well over the coming years, and I hope you enjoy your time at King Coin Laundromat.
