This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. Everything was folded beautifully, but what pleased me the most was how my garments and other washables were separated according to category - like a bag for tops, a bag for pants, a bag for sheets etc., Sarah, Nicole and Gary are also very friendly and helpful. You can download the LG Laundry Lounge app for free on Google or Apple, and in real time, see which machines are available, or if they are in use, how much time is remaining. This is a huge game changer as you can leave your home when you know there are machines available, saving you from waiting around at the laundromat for a machine to free up. On top of all brand new washers and dryers, we have a brand new comfortable seating area with tables in between each seat, as well as 6 brand new stainless steel folding tables and laundry carts. All of our machines take quarters, loonies and toonies, and if you have bills only, we have a change machine fully functioning and ready to go as well for you. We also have an attendant who is fantastic and offers wash/dry/fold that can be reached all day that lives across the street if they are not currently on location by calling the store, so they are never more than 1 minute away if you have any questions or if something else that comes up that needs their attention. I went to check other drinks in other fridges and most of those were expired too. When I had addressed my concern to the owner asking to make it right and just let me grab another soda that wasn't expired or refund me he proceeded to get aggressive and tried to shoo me out of the store and that he didn't care. He tells me to bring the soda back and show him as he doesn't believe me even though most of the drinks I pulled out of the fridge in front of him were expired. I work very very close by so I was able to bring it back and show him and when I did so he started screaming at me like I've done something wrong and it's not his problem and that I'm an idiot for buying expired soda, even though I bought it from his store.... He only decided to calm down and pretend he's not a scumbag when other customer had walked in for lotto tickets. The guy that runs this store is an absolute scum bag piece of trash. I tried being super clam and nice about it as I don't need or want problems with locals and this guy just wanted to fight with me. Disgusting scumbag behaviour

She was right about Jonny too, the gentleman managing the place ho was fantastic and a perfect gentleman. He showed me how to operate all the machines saying that I did so well he was going to send the new customers to me to show them how lol. He made me feel real good and answered all my questions being very funny laughing at himself making everyday mistakes. The greatest thing about going there was not only that my clothes were washed, dryed fast and inexpensively but that he was old school in helping me bring in and carry out all my baskets...he even opened my door for me wishing me well.I cant remember the last time anybody ever done that for me! That is after I stold a hug from him, he's a real good hugger too ;). Not many left like him and I though chivalry was dead...guess not! I'll be back.
