Zara was able to taper this in and they turned out great. Zara also took in and shortened a few different mens dress pants. Not just at the waist but all the way through. We went to her home and she had a private area for getting dressed and undressed. Zara is so lovely. Lots of experience. Reasonably priced. And all of our items were ready when she said they would be. We won't go anywhere else now for alterations. Thank you Zara!!!

I thought, well she must do good work & is professional...NOT! Got the coat back & it was uneven at the back & one of the sleeves on the other coat was crooked!!! Two simple requests. I was shocked! 30 years in business & this is the kind of simple work she does!!! I hate to see more complicated tailoring. Definitely, I would not recommend this business. I had to go back, have it fixed with no sincere apology or compensation...it's as if nothing really happened. No understanding of customer service!

I brought my garments to be dry cleaned at Stitch it on a Saturday and was told they would be ready…read morefor pick up the following Friday. They took my name number and I pre-paid for the items. Got my receipt and left. I went to pick up my garments on Monday of the following week but I didn't have my receipt. i told the lady at the counter I didn't have the receipt and to check the computer by my name and number. in the process they couldn't find my order and she refused to check the store for my garments. The only thing she wanted was the receipt. She had no customer service skills and treated me as if I was trying to scam the store. I was very frustrated and got into an argument with this very rude employee who pointed her finger in my face and offered no solutions to my problem Upon leaving the store they followed me to my car took pictures etc. I called their head office and emailed them and they haven't responded to this day. Please don't do business with Stitch It they have no customer service skills and a very rude. long story short I went back to the store a week later to get my dry clothes and discovered they entered my name on their computer incorrectly and hence the issue with locating my name and order. The entire problem was caused by their employee mis spelling my name. This business is a complete joke stay away.

What I expected was to discuss some options to alter the dress so that it can fit. Instead, I received a lot of head shakes of "no" and a dismissive attitude by the person on shift. I was told to get the same material and then they can alter. I won't be able to get the same material. I wanted to discuss some other ideas with the person on shift, but she kept rudely interjecting before I could finish what I was saying. As a business that people rely on for alterations they can't make themselves, is it too much to ask that the people working for the business listen to the potential customer's ideas and questions and talk through a few options? Not just tell the customer they need to go do something they won't be able to achieve. Really disappointing.
