False advertisement and charged for services not given. Would not recommend. Update. The manager contacted me. Was passive aggressively rude. Refused a refund and told me I was basically wrong. STAY AWAY!! UPDATE to the update. I have now been contacted that I had excessive pet hair and it's their policy not to clean that. So seems the story changes by the hour. I have a 2 month old kitten who weighs about a pound so he must just be shedding everywhere in the three weeks I've had him. What a joke!!! Basically their deep cleaning feature is just something to make you pay over $200 for subpar work. They will not complete the items the promise on their website and then make up random lies to defend why they won't refund money for services not completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. With any business. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly when you question it then I'd choose this business. The response the owner has given here is completely untrue and ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB for services that were not provided and their response was that they will give me my money back if I removed my reviews from online. Basically extortion. I would rather let them keep every dollar than let them bully me into removing my ACCURATE review of their terrible business.

I had a great experience from the time I contacted them to the end of the process. They were friendly while booking, listened to me and were realistic with pricing. They got me in as soon as they could as well. I have a strange parking situation and they were able to text the night before to tell me how many were coming etc. The two women that cleaned were so nice. They worked really hard and listened to my concerns. When I came back the place looked great. I paid extra for them to do the stove/ oven and it looked brand new. I feel comfortable moving my things in now due to their attention to detail. I would use their services again, will most likely have them come in a month or so to do a light cleaning. I would request the two women I had, Ziomara and Janine? (I'm so sorry if I spelled or got them wrong. I'm terrible with remembering names) They went above and beyond. She agreed - no problem. She then sent invoices before the month was over, always labeled PAST DUE when some of the services weren't even completed yet. Communication was horrible and we terminated our agreement - Then the unprofessionalism went to a new level. Over a month to return the key, even after the final payment she demanded had been paid. She wasn't willing to make the trip to leave our key and would only do it when she was already in the area, she said. Finally got our key back and then an email that she met the new cleaners and "had a good chat with them - Good Luck!". I mean really... This is not someone you want to work with or trust in your home or office. And I've read several of her other negative reviews and she has excuses galore. I'm sure this will be no different. The service was never provided. Despite multiple requests over the past week, the $150 has not been refunded. Venmo refund requests were declined and the payment was cashed out. Based on my experience, I would not prepay or rely on confirmed appointments.
