Today was my first time trying this eyebrow threading studio and I'm gonna say that I'm slightly disappointed. The place is very clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and the threading artist was pleasant and worked in a very efficient manner to get through the clients. The reason why I'm disappointed is bc this place has overall a 5-star rating but my eyebrows say other wise. One eyebrow is nicely shaped and looks nicely cleaned up but the other one is over threaded and looks thin compared to other one. I didn't express my opinion to the artist bc at that point she couldn't do anything since one was thinner than the other and i don't want them the "good" eyebrow any thinner. It was my first time visiting this place so I'll give them another chance bc they haven't worked with my eyebrows before but for now I'm gonna have to give it 3 stars. read more

I love the way they thread my eyebrows -- the results are great and I've never hated the shape. However, I have to deduct two stars because of how painful it was. I've been getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded for years at multiple places and this is the first time that it hurt so bad. I got the facial threading for the first time here. There was no waiting. The atmosphere was great. Nikita is very nice, she took her time and made sure that I was pleased with what she was doing. I love my eyebrows, they are kind of thin because of over tweezing but she did them exactly how I like them without asking her to do this or that to them. Loved the way she shaped my brows, but my skin did NOT react well to threading. In addition to my eyebrows I had my sideburns, and cheeks done. I woke up this morning and my skin is really itchy, red, inflamed, and there are little pimples all over my cheeks. I do not suffer from acne and occasionally get a pimple here and there so I am really shocked and dissatisfied to see my skin like this. Not sure what else I can say that everybody else hasn't already said. Nikita is kind, gentle to your skin and cares about you being satisfied. She gives great advice on how you can fix certain things related to hair removal, like letting your eyebrow hair grow so they can be shaped or not shaving between bikini waxes so the hair gets thinner and less painful when waxing.
