I have been going to Nikita for my eyebrows for about 8 months and have always been pleased with the results. Recently, I decided to try one of her facials while they were running a promotion. I got the honey facial and was amazed with the results! I have maturing combination skin with some problematic pores in the T-zone. This facial completely exfoliates, cleans out pores, and softens and firms skin leaving it with a pleasant, youthful glow. I've had 2 now. Before this, I had been going for regular facials at a nearby spa franchise for over a year but am planning to quit my membership there now. I don't plan to go anywhere else while I live here! What makes Nikita's traditional Indian facials superior (IMHO) to pricier spa facials? First, the products she uses are all natural, containing Indian herbs, clays, honey, etc. They smell divine, too! Secondly, Nikita's massage technique really relaxes facial muscles and stimulates circulation which gives you a natural "lift". This might be my favorite eyebrow spot of all the ones I have tried since I finally tamed the caterpillars 8ish years ago. The business is super cute and clean and when they were allowed to re-open after the shutdowns Nikita has been super careful about keeping everything sanitary so her customers feel safe during the pandemic by letting only 1 client in at a time, having everyone hand sanitize, wiping everything down, washing hands and wearing masks and face shields. She is a very talented brow artist and somehow manages to make threading relatively painless and quick. I am always impressed with how awesome my brows look after each session...even when having a baby and the COVID stay-at-home order left my eyebrows untouched for 5 MONTHS *gasp*. On top of everything else, she keeps prices fair. I am rooting for this business and hope to continue patronizing it after the 2nd round of lockdowns is over. read more

Eyebrows are great, but the service is not so great . I've been threading my brows a long time, and I just moved here from Virginia. My usual threading experience is: 1. Then clean your brows with witch hazel to get your brows clean and ready, usually put loose powder too to help. *Didn't happen 2. Thread it, trimmed etc. *great 3. Gave me a mirror to check and if approved they give another cleanup with the W hazel to make sure everything is cleaned. *I saw the cotton and witch hazel on the table in front but the lady didnt bother to do it, she was ready to clean up when I said everything looks good, but then I asked and said if she could give me the w hazel for my brows, she kindly said yes and gave it to me.. I got my eyebrows done for the first time ever here by Nikita. It was a very Nice and quick visit which was perfect for what I needed because I had to get back to my kids. She was very nice. Took me right away. I liked that she paid close attention to my natural shape and cleaned it up nicely. It was painful, but of course that wasn't her fault, the process in itself is painful. The price is reasonable too. I liked that she asked if I wanted aloe Vera gel after, which I did, instead of just applying it. This is the first time I have found a five star quality spa, usually with these types of shops something is off. This place is not, its immaculately clean including the bathrooms which is always a good sign when you walk into a new place. Its in a shopping center across from the Trader Joes. I walked in and Nikkita was the sweetest lady ever, and after I informed her I was nervous she made it no big deal. She told me everything that was going to happen so I didnt feel nervous or shy. When it came time for the waxing I got, it didnt hurt! It was more like someone pinching you over and over. It doesnt really hurt you its just annoying. lol I was impressed how she REALLY took her time. If there was even one hair left out of place she got it. She then made sure I was moisturized, and gave me a lot of good instructions on upkeep. They do threading here also, and I will return to try that. Also included is facials and henna tattoos. I think I feel really comfortable here. Its nothing fancy on the inside,and its in esco but once you find somewhere you are comfortable and does quality I will continue to be faithful. read more

The best threading I've ever received, and I've gone to a handful of places over the past 8 years. The biggest factors that made my experience here the best were; 1.) she pays attention to your natural brow shape and direction in which your hair grows (my brows have always been uneven, she is the only person to make them look the same) 2.) she takes her time. No rushing because someone is waiting. She gives you the attention when she's working on you. At other places, I end up going home and plucking stray hairs. She leaves me with nothing to fix! (-: 3.) Location. 4.) price is fair. Natural eyebrows are in style, so I'm really happy that she preserves my natural shape and doesn't make my eyebrows look thin.
