Went here to have my gel nails removed so I could let my nails rest. The lady doing this filed my nails so much with the efile, it made them have a bad crescent dip and burning like a ring of fire. Not to mention you can see the file marks. Bad first impression will not be going again. Never had this problem with nails at other places!!! read more

Quick attentive service. Got a mani and a pedi and was happy with the results. They are not pushy to upscale (yay). My nail tech was not chatty and that was ok with me The salon was nice and clean and for a weekday afternoon they were busy. read more

Love the staff here. My dip manicure always lasts at least 3 weeks. Duck and Rosie are awesome!

Do not go here. Service was terrible. They are very rude and work is subparp. Will not be returning.

Every time I visit the salon, I leave a happy girl!! My nails are so adorable! Thank you all for such attentive service. read more

Went in to get serviced. Barely acknowledged so I sat and sat. Two women came in and were seen before (no they didn't have an appointment). I'll never go back there. read more

I did not appreciate the service they gave. My nail tech was ruff and was rude . I'm so upset because I feel there is nothing I can do. I wanted to make a scene but I did not want to upset everybody else. But I am angry! read more

Queen Spa Nails - Uneven and carelessly unprofessional ! - Nail Salons Near Me - Atoka, Tennessee

The pictures speak volumes. I sent my daughter off to get a mani/pedi and she came home devastated. The gel was piled up, glopped on her nails, and her pedicure was nothing short of a pure disaster! There's no way they didn't see how messed up her nails were, and then charged her $100. The ayd read more

WORST nails i've ever had! They guy didn't ask me how long i wanted them nor what shape i wanted. They are all crooked and diffrent lengths. Then when i said something about the length he got an attitude and started digging his nails into my fingers while painting my nails. Also my friend got hers done and they where HORRIBLE! The lady doing hers was cutting her OWN toenails while waiting for hers to dry under the purple light. DO NOT RECOMMEND. 0 Rating if possible! read more

Wow, where to start... went in for a pedi, nail tips & dip color. According to the pedi menu, I should have gotten a scrub, mud & wax...I got none of these but I WAS charged full price for the pedi. I did however get the most aggressive "massage" of my life, the girl was so rough that it was painful.... On to my fingernails...the older guy who did mine has ZERO skill & should not be allowed to do nails. EVER. There was no consistency to the shape of my nails after he finished, several were angled on one side but very square on the other which I brought to his attention. Instead of starting over he just kept filing them lopsidedly until I gave up. They're bumpy on top, & just ugly in general. And don't bother spending extra on a manicure as that consisted of a very abrasive lotion application & nothing more. Save yourself some money & just let your toddler do your nails. Or your dog, even your husband as they could not possibly do a worse job.... read more

Queen Spa Nails is the best! I love all of nail technicians and the services they provide.

First time here. The nail "tech" asked me not to move so much. All I did was turn slightly to help my daughter with her home work. And he cut my nails crooked. I will not return to this salon. read more

Second time visiting this year. Today is my last time going. They are rude, and 2 high for the sad work they do. I will take my business some where else. Enjoy that $20.00. This place sucks!!! read more

This was my second time. I asked for Derrick and he did a very very good job. I couldn't be happier.

I have been to Queen spa and nails 4 times now with and without my daughter's. Each time I have had a bad experience . Tonight, was the final draw. I will NEVER be back. Rosey is the only person in the entire filthy shop that can do any kind of design at all on your nail.So I ,booked an appointment with her while speaking with her 2 weeks ago for 3:30 today. I get there and she is not coming in today. Ok that's it I'm done. The place is always dirty, way over priced, lousy work and can't even keep appointments.... Yeah bet I can find a nail salon that does want my business! read more

I waited outside for 15 minutes in the 100° weather bc they were over crowded. I sat in the pedicure chair for an hour!! Before anyone even started on me. My water was freezing by the time they got to working on my feet so it was barely relaxing. The "nail tech" was not very friendly and didn't talk to me at all besides to tell me I was moving too much when she was literally taking the skin off my toes. This is the very last time I'm coming here. I've came a few times before and got gel polish and it came off 2 days after getting it which is very sad bc I got them done the day before I had my son. They were ruined by the time we took pictures the next day. And I didn't even do anything w my hands!! Not to mention my toe nail polish looks like I could've done it myself. I don't have a pinky toe nail bc it ripped off. And she painted my skin to make it look like I had a nail even after I told her there was no nail!! So pissed. read more

Their service is very rude. They do not do well when they are busy. I came in yesterday for a fill in and color change and it turned out horrible. I have them a second chance today so i got a color change hoping maybe it was just because they were busy yesterday that they didn't do well but it turned out even worse. i have only had one good experience out of multiple here and the woman who did my nails no longer works here. I will further on be taking my buisness elsewhere because this buisness is overpriced for the quality they give. read more

Had a 2 o'clock appointment for daughter, 2 granddaughters and myself. When we arrived they did not have 4 chairs together, so put my granddaughter and myself in 'the water' and we sat there for 45 minutes before anyone started our pedicure. Took them longer to start working on my daughter and other granddaughter. Totally unacceptable when we made an appointment and still had to wait for over an hour for all of us to get started. Then the girl doing my daughter's pedicure laughed because she had painted her own toe nails. They are not inexpensive. Would expect better customer service. Will not go back. read more

This is the worst shop I have ever been to, after years of going here I had a very bad experience and I am never going back. The nail tech was very rude implying that I had fungus and announced it very loud to a store full of customers. Fungus is a very common thing these days but I was still very embarrassed by the way she conducted herself. She is nnot a doctor and has no right to claim I have fungus unless she has some kind of medical degree. Not only that. when I started going to this salon a while back, I didn't have any of that and after researching it online I found that if I do have it there is a very high probability that I got it from them not keeping a clean shop. I am so disgusted by the behavior and the fact that it is very likely that I got it from their shop that I will never get another pedicure in my life. I will be going to the doctors and if this is a fungal infection I will be addressing it with laser treatment. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP! read more
