I have been looking for a new nail salon in the area, and I think I just found it! I got a pedicure and my sister got a pedicure and a manicure (gel dip). I have to be honest, the pedicure itself was weird. The techniques aren't something I've seen at other salons. The pedicure tools were taken out of a vacuum sealed pouch which, to me, meant they are routinely sterilized. My nail technician did a great job with my cuticles and cleaned up my toe nails nicely. It is one of the best looking pedicures I've gotten! The salon itself had a nice interior with calming music. There were plenty of polishes to choose from. $30 for a regular pedicure, and $40 for the gel dip manicure. Overall, I had a good experience and will be coming back. read more

They're nice, but I had a manicure w/gel polish not impressed a little rough. That same night all of my cuticles were itching like crazy. I'd cleaned them and used Neosporin to prevent it from getting infected. read more

We had made an appointment for specialty pedicures. They had no record and only provided the basic spa manicure. The staff actually made my friend and I uncomfortable asking overly personal questions. My nails chipped within 1 week. I won't go back. read more

I made an appointment on line that was not confirmed, when I went there they said the computer is not working and they have no idea about the appointment It was actually one of the worst experience I had, the guy didn't know what he was doing, he was shaking all the time and my manicure came up horrible. They didn't even massage or hydrate your hands with cream. The place looks so beautiful but the service is not recommended . read more

So I want to start off by saying I'm normally not one to leave a negative review.. but I left here this morning very angry. I went in for a fill and I get gel polish. First off, the lady doing my nails was super unfriendly. I tried to start conversation with her multiple times and got no response.. so I figured okay fine I'll stop talking. Not the best experience already but not the end of the world. I told her what I wanted and showed her a picture and she said ok, I asked her how much it would be for what I wanted out of curiosity because I like to have an idea of what I'm spending before hand and she said 45$ total which I was obviously fine with. So then it comes time to paint my nails and I pull up the pic again for her and she asked me if I wanted it exactly like the picture and I said "I mean it doesn't have to be EXACT but this is the design I like but if it's not identical to the picture that's okay" well I guess that was my mistake because what I got doesn't resemble the picture AT ALL. It's literally like she just did whatever she felt like doing. As far as the French, it looks okay from a distance but up close it's kind of lumpy and uneven. So at this point I'm a little bummed out because my nails don't look anything like what I wanted but I don't really like confrontation and she wasn't friendly to begin with so I just legit go so I could get out of there. Now for the best part, I go to check out and I have a 5$ off coupon from their website which I ask if I can use and she hesitates and then says yes and tells me the price will be 47$ when just before she told me it would be 45$ but now I'm using a coupon and it goes UP 2$.. again I don't say anything because I don't like confrontation it's only 2$ difference but what was she really going to charge me if I didn't have the coupon. As she's charging my card she calls another lady over for help and they're both messing w the machine and I just decided to check my bank account and they charged me twice, so I told them this and then a 3rd older lady came over and told me she would give me a gift card for the amount of the second charge for next time to which I said no I need my money back I can't take a gift card to which she got an attitude with me as if I did something wrong and all 3 of them were yelling back and forth. She tried to insist again on the gift card and I said no again, then a nice girl who was also getting her nails done suggested that they give me cash which I was fine with and that's what ended up happening. I went here because I saw they were given best of Bethlehem a few times and it's literally right next to my house and I didn't feel like driving to where I normally go.. but I honestly can't figure out how they got that award. The work and customer service is sub par and I definitely will stick to my usual place from now on. First pic is the design I wanted on both ring fingers.. 2nd pic is what I got read more

I made an appointment for 7:00 pm tonight only to be turned away. I was told by an older woman that she did not check her messages (even though I received 3 confirmations). She was rude and unapologetic. With the uneasy business climate we live in, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and common decency. read more

Great job on my pedicure! I went in as a walk-in today and the staff and technician were the best! My feet look and feel great!

This is the best nail salon I've been to in the Lehigh Valley area. It is nicely decorated and clean kept. I was greeted right away, asked for my name, and if I wanted any water, coffee or wine. I immediately felt welcomed. Side note: if you're more into sweet than dry wine, try their wine! It was very sweet, and tasted more like juice than alcohol (which is how I like my wine!) I had a regular pedicure which comprised of the usual trim/shape/cuticle maintenance, exfoliation, and a below the knee massage with hot stone. Everything was executed well. On top of my great experience, I was awarded 20% off because they have only been open for a week. This promotion is ongoing for another month per the manager, so come check it out before then. read more

I'd like to say at my first time going here I wasn't pleased, everything was nice at first but when I told the lady what I wanted she was getting upset with me because I didn't want my nail cuticles cut . I was nice to her about it until she preceded to tell me that my nails are going to look ugly if I don't get them done .. I told her that I never get them cut on my hands because it's an option for me soooooo she went to a random customer to show them my hands so they can have an opinion on how "ugly" my hands are and after she did that I told her just forget it I no longer want anything done from you so she kept getting upset and saying i don't know what I want when all I asked was for a gel manicure without my cuticles cut .. how hard is that ?!?! Her professionalism was horrible and for MY first time there I will no longer attend again ! read more

I had a very poor experience. I visited the salon for the first time on August 28. I prefer the dip powder on my nails and my nails looked good when I walked out. However within a day or so, three of my nails started to chip and the powder cover started to crack off. I called and went in to have the 3 nails repaired. I was pleased that I was not charged. However within the next few days all of my nails chipped and my real nails broke under the dip nails As well. i was so unhappy that I went to a new salon today and had my nails redone. Funny this was 15 days from that experience and all other times I've had dip nails, I was able to go 3 or more weeks between visits. I'm not sure what the technician did wrong but i won't go back. In all the years I've had dip powder on my nails this has never happened. The worst experience! read more

I got there and asked for hard gel nails. this lady tried to persuade me to get acrylic or powder. I said no I want hard gel pink and white like you advertise in your menu. At this point she was already not happy. She got the container out of the counter and asked if that's what I was talking about as she showed me the container. I said yes, that's the pink one and I want white on my tips and she said " no we don't do white". Which is not what they advertise on the menu. Anyway, I ended up getting the pink. This lady put a thick layer on my nail and as I put my hand under the UV I started feeling like my nails were burning! It was so painful and all this lady did was smile and said that it was normal. She asked several times if this was my first time. I'm not sure if she knew how much it hurts when the gel layers are too thick but I'm never going back to that place. Overall the service was very mediocre. And the shape of my nails was not pretty. read more

This review is total opposite of my first review a year ago, I dropped my kids off to get their nails done then run some errands, the final product for my youngest was awful, they have really gone downhill since our first visit. Her nails looked clumpy, uneven and the paint job was very sloppy. My oldest, her nails were just okay, a couple nails were bulky and uneven like they had forgot to file the acrylic. I personally haven't been back since the one technician literally burnt 2 holes in the side of my right foot during my pedicure with the sander thing they use for callous removal. read more

I just got my nails done on Thursday here, it was my first time going here and I got a full set. I did not wait long at all before someone started working on my nails. She began to put tips on my nails and on many of my nails the tips did not go from one side to the other, when I told the nail tech who was doing my nails she said, 'your nail is so wide, it look ugly.' I stated again I would like the tip to cover my whole nail and my request was ignored. I was clearly annoyed, as I am the one paying I should get what I ask for. After this she began to cut the nails without asking me what length or shape I wanted. I then expressed that I wanted coffin shape and she stated they were too short but she would try to. These nails look weeks grown out and the paint job is horrendous. The whole time she was doing my nails she was rushing to leave and it was obvious because as soon as she was done, she put her coat on. read more

This place sucks. I went here to get dip gel (after going to another salon). I came in with LONG coffin shaped nails and left with short stubby nails. They Left this weird residue all over my hands as well. The lady who served me was rude and sassy. My nails are not even shaped properly. My thumb is at an angle not straight. Don't go here. read more

** Update*** I walked into this salon because I broke my middle finger nail which needed to be replaced and also needed a fill. In the photo below, you can see the horrible job done on my replacement middle finger nail done by Kim (the other nails were originally done at another salon). Not only that, my fill was not filed around the cuticle, so the acrylic was left sharp and snags my hair and clothes. Disappointed is an understatement. read more

My daughter and I had an appointment for pedicures plus I got a manicure. My gel manicure and gel pedicure totaled $63. Great deal but my daughter only got a regular pedicure, no gel, and was charged for gel. I ended up paying $111 plus tip!! It should not have been more than $98 not including tip. I could've stayed and argued but it was so busy and I wasn't in the mood, but I'll never go back!! And I wrote a bad review read more

I am so disappointed with my experience at Queen Nails. I got a dip powder manicure and they didn't clean up my cuticle at all, which makes the whole manicure look bad. My tech cut me with the nail drill and I started bleeding, so now I am worried about getting an infection. She also didn't didn't shape my nails at all until after applying the powder, resulting in very square and chunky nails, which I did not ask for. I would NOT recommend this nail salon and I am disappointed that I have to look at poorly done nails for the next few weeks. read more

Great place. Very friendly and I am very pleased with the pedicure. Takes time with process and makes nice conversation.

The best nail salon in the valley. The most accommodating, friendly and kind employees I've ever had the privilege to meet.

One of the best pedicures in town!! Spotless, good environment! Hundreds of polish choices...You won't go wrong by giving this place a try!

This place is absolutely horrendous. They messed up my nails I kept telling them to fix it. Some guy that doesn't even work there finished them looking a mess. They yelled at me over the phone when I just wanted them to fix it. Then I had enough of the yelling after 5 minutes and asked for a refund. They gave me such a hard time for such an easy task. I should have read the google reviews. They really do suck and are very unprofessional. Go at your own risk. read more

The BEST pedicure in the Lehigh Valley. Seriously. You get bath salts, hot stone, massage and hot towel all for the pedicure. The place is beautiful and has all brand new chairs. The staff is very friendly and attentive, offering drinks during your nail service. There is also a full menu of services from gel fills to waxing and facials. The pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely be going here from now on for all my beauty services. read more

Horrible....ruined my nails after having just a gel fill. Filed way too much, brusing and thinning my nail. Had to cover with polish. I started the gel so I could avoid colored polish on my nails.
