They always do a fantastic job and do my nails exactly how I ask! Gee makes sure they're the perfect shape every time, and I get so many compliments on my nails. They truly go out of their way to make sure you're happy. I've been going to Gee for many years, but I've also seen Kelly, Jasmine, and Emily when she's unavailable, and they're all wonderful!! Received a gift card for my bday, decided to give it a go and did a walk in pedicure. I upgraded my service to a spa pedicure and it was AMAZING!!!!! I highly recommend. They had a handful of scents to choose from, I chose the green tea and it was perfect, not too strong but very relaxing and a nice scent. The paraffin wax treatment made my feet feel like a baby's butt, soooo soft. The warm stone massage was sensational and extremely relaxing. I have super sensitive toes/feet and I told Jasmine that before my service started, she paid close attention to detail and was super efficient without hurting me. I highly recommend the spa pedicure for anyone looking for some extra TLC and to just enjoy themselves and relax. Thank you Jasmine and K nails! read more

I have been going on and off to KNails for years but ownership has changed a few times. I went the other day for gel mani/pedi and it just wasn't great. During the pedi, my aesthetician starting sharing with her boss (seated right next to her with another client) and they spoke in their home language for a very long time (like 15/20 mins). I respect other cultures, languages but I did speak another language and I don't do so it in front of others because I consider it rude. The pedi is fine. The mani, not so much. It is very thick, you can see waves on my nails and two have already broken because they are so thick. Not rushing back. read more

I went in with my wife, she told me she went to Nyguen, he was aggressive with her pedicure, and he aggressively did her nails as well, it was all around an aggressive experience for my wife and I didn't like it. She said that her cuticles are still hurting. read more

The worst nail salon I've ever been to. Technicians used tools just out of a drawer for pedicure. Did not appear to have been sanitized. plastic bowl cover that was probably used several times. Had a new set of acrylic nails put on, very thick and unnatural looking. technician did not bother to trim or condition cuticles before applying. Do not waste your money. read more

Worse "dip gel" EVER ! Yesterday, I made a 2:30 p.m. Appt. with John. I waited 1 hour until he finished another customer. When He did start my nails, he did a very fast, shabby job. I think he drilled every bit of my natural nail off and filing so hard, every cuticle was bleeding when I left. Dipping my nails 4 times and tapping on them, which made a patch job. The dip is all over my cuticles. I can't believe, I had to pay $50 what I got. Never will I set foot in there again. So disgusted! read more

I figured I try this place since I live close. I understand a lot of places don't clean cuticles for acrylics but mine where a mess I just thought they'd fix them but they mentioned it'd be extra, and that's fine but they didn't offer and it was too late in the process. My cuticles are a mess still. I asked for less square but that's not what I received. The color looked too light once applied. And I got glue stuck on my fingers. A lot of them don't appear to have the same shape. Also they don't do a hand massage. I'm glad I got them done so I can tell the next place what I don't like about them. read more

After I finished with my pedicure. I was not happy. I could have and have done a better job myself. There is dry skin all around my toes. He did not do a good job on my cuticles. The nail polish is applied well but this is not a pretty result for the money I paid. read more

Since it has changed Under New Management things are not the same my gel wears off very easily and my nails break. The manager of the salon does not dress very professional she wears sometimes Slinky clothes which are not appreciated for this type of business. That is stuff that she should wear on her personal time not during work hours. I've never seen the owner in the salon and she is pushy my friend came in to get a design and the girl could not do it so she was assisting with somebody else could do it and the other girl says that she didn't think she could do it either don't appreciate being pushed around the first time I went there after my nails were all filed they did not have me wash them and I asked why they said new procedure I don't like that at all I'm looking for a new place to go although I have always loved you going there read more

NEVER GO HERE! To start off, they don't sterilize ANY of their equipment, and my daughter got a toenail fungal infection last time we were there. I asked for a very simple design on my nails, a few lines, but he made them very thick and brown, so it looked like I had dirt smudged on my nails! I asked them to redo it, but the guy scrubbed my toes so hard they bled. Then I had to pay $40 for nothing. Lousy nails, rude workers, and horrible service. read more

So I'm normally not a someone to complain because I'm a store manager so I'm all about pleasing my clients!!! With that being said. My boyfriend lives here in Bethlehem and I'm up here every weekend we have a gym membership blah blah blah. I unfortunately broke my nail at the gym a few days ago but have been unable to get back to my salon where they amazing!!!!! I walk in and asked if they would be able to fix my nail. The woman immediately said she could NOT HELP ME! There was no one in the salon. So I said I wanted to pay to have the nail fixed price isn't an issue. She looked at my hand and said we don't have that color. I looked down and in the gel cabinet was my color!!!!!! I said no it's right there. She again said I'm not going to help you because you didn't get the nails done here!!!!! I have never in my life felt so uncomfortable and was basically thrown out of the salon. The customer service was horrible and that is not way to any body who is a walk in!!!! I will never go back. No matter how desperate I am to fix a nail, I would much rather put a bandaid over the damn nail and wait then go back to such a horrible place! read more
