Had a pedicure and nail powder dip manicure in June 2022 at this location-- waste of money and time…read moreon both. The pedicure polish wasn't applied smoothly and visible bumps can be seen. Also, this pedicure didn't even last three weeks. The polish flaked off like acetone was added to the bottle. They have a wall full of polish bottles displayed so either they are for just for show or dried up. The powder dip was awful. My nails were so thick and they flattened out the curves of my nails. They looked awful. The product on 8 out of 10 started to lift before two weeks. I've had wraps and acrylics for 25 years and know this is how nail fungus starts. I soaked everything off and will not return even if they offered their services for free. I really don't understand how this place has five stars.

Recently I've been getting a buildup gel product that she offers instead of acrylic. I absolutely love it. It gives a natural effortless look that compliments all skin tones. This product also holds better than acrylic. My nails do not lift up AT ALL. I definitely recommend this over acrylic. You can also paint over it if you want a different look. LOVE IT!

NO advertising of this until I got to the register ("we've always been cash free" per owner, yeah well this was my first time). No ATM onsite. Have to leave and go to the convenience store to get money. I wonder how many times customers leave to "get cash at the atm" and don't return. Pedicure was horrible. Left with cracked and hard calluses still on my feet. Polish was streaky and lopsided on my toes. I rarely get pedicures and do them myself at home. This service is moreso a special treat to myself for nice occasions. I could've done a better job myself at home and saved the $$$s.

Nail polish, top coat and base coat were not applied at base of each nail, a small difference in distance that makes big difference in how long gel polish lasts. I have been looking for a new nail salon in the area, and I think I just found it! I got a pedicure…read moreand my sister got a pedicure and a manicure (gel dip). I have to be honest, the pedicure itself was weird. The techniques aren't something I've seen at other salons. The pedicure tools were taken out of a vacuum sealed pouch which, to me, meant they are routinely sterilized. My nail technician did a great job with my cuticles and cleaned up my toe nails nicely. It is one of the best looking pedicures I've gotten! The salon itself had a nice interior with calming music. There were plenty of polishes to choose from. $30 for a regular pedicure, and $40 for the gel dip manicure. Overall, I had a good experience and will be coming back.

Let me start by saying that I have visited many nail salons in the Lehigh Valley. And this was…read moreprobably one of the worst experiences I've had. I had a gel polish manicure and pedicure from another place. I wanted that soaked off and replaced with a regular polish manicure and pedicure. First, a woman at the front questioned me when I said it was gel polish. She said it was builder gel. It wasn't. Not a big deal though. Then I was directed to pick a color from the wall. Pretty standard. However there was really no greeting, no instructions about the multiple shelves of polish, no request to sign in, I had to ask. Again, none of this was a big deal. My manicurist again checked my nails to see if it was builder gel or if I had tips. Again, no. She half soaked my nails and half used the electric file to sand off the gel polish. Overall, she seemed inconvenienced and like she was rushing to work on another client. She cut my cuticle which caused it to bleed. She wiped the blood off with a paper towel that she continued to use and wipe everywhere. She never cleaned my cut cuticle with any sanitizer. Then she ushered me over to the pedicure chair. And left me there for a little bit of time without saying anything. Then someone else came over and started doing my pedicure. The second woman seemed to do a better job with my toes. But again was not very communicative and only told me to go to the dryers, didn't carry anything, didn't come over to make sure the dryer was on. It wasn't. I had to turn it on myself. I have to say, I am not a high maintenance client. I go to another place where many of the reviews say how rude the staff is and yes they are but they get the job done. I have no complaints about that place. This place was just really unwelcoming. The staff seemed to be poorly trained. The salon was pretty beat up and just not clean. I had to wait to pay because the young man at the from was struggling to juggle someone trying to make an appointment while I was checking out. I was really surprised at how busy it was but they did seem to treat their regular clients much better. I will not become one as I do not wish to return. Oh and my nail chipped 4 hours after leaving but I am tough on my nails so that may not be their fault.
