DO NOT recommend. I needed an acrylic nail fixed and the gentlemen that did the repair could not do acrylic. He actually told me to file my nails myself because he wasn't getting what I wanted. All I wanted was my broken nail to look the same as the others... After horrible service, they don't even take cards. You have to go up the street to a grocery store for an atm. Such a waste of time. I had a tense conversation/argument with the owner, which ended in tears after her continued refusal to help me with an error I made with my Venmo payment, which she was acutely aware of. I accidentally sent the money to the wrong person ($85) and all Venmo needed was the owner's phone number to cancel the mistaken payment but she absolutely REFUSED to give it to me. Why would someone be so protective of the number linked to their Venmo account when I explained I would NEVER share it, contact her or try to take my payment away from the salon for my mani/pedi? I had been a loyal customer and had sent many referrals, but I can guarantee that will no longer be the case! read more

My daughters had an appointment with this place and one of my daughter wanted more simple nail but using different colors for fun outcome. The owner of the place not only refused her but shaming her about her asking not being appropriate and definitely not elegant. My daughter stayed calm and composed waited for me to come and when she got in the car she made her review about her experience. Meanwhile my other daughter was still finishing her nails in the salon and the owner got hold of the review and showed to my daughter that was still waiting for her nails to dry and continued to shame my daughter that left the salon like she should not have said anything and calling her rude. I paid $ 65 for manicure today. The price should have been $ 50 . I also got over charged. I guess she charged both of my daughters for the service even though she is the one made the decision to refuse one!! As a owner of a successful business in the valley I take this kind of behaviors seriously and I definitely don't think this is a an elegant way to treat your clients!! read more

Neither employee - one in and one out - was wearing a mask and the one inside went and got one when I came in but the one outside even once in the doorway approached me at less than arms length, talked, didn't even have a mask. I was recommended this place by a friend and liked the fact that the salon looked clean. Went there 3 times and got a decent manicure done each time by a different person including Christine, the owner. She was never the least courteous to me and couldn't care less for my preferences on how I wanted my nails done. The last time I was there I had my nails being done by the younger man. I asked for two coats of a sheer polish. As he starts painting I realize one coat would be fine. But I noticed that the first nail he painted was very sloppy and far from the cuticle (he was counting on the second coat to disguise that). I asked if he could re-do that nail and he starts screaming at me that he has no time to waste (remember I just spared you some time asking for one coat only?), if I want someone better I should go to the other salon (pointing towards Spa Nails, the salon they came from before starting their own). That was it for me... No way I'll continue to give my business to arrogant and rude people. Heard similar stories from friends at that place. Get your act together guys, and learn some abc of customer service if you want to stay in business! read more

Went to get a mediocre, half fast pedicure. The entire process was done in about five minutes because I didn't want her to use the cheese grater tool on my feet. Those are actually outlawed in most states, including Colorado, due to how unsanitary they are. My friend that was with me got a gel manicure. Two days after going here, my friends nails started to peel. She called them to see if they could repair them and the woman on the phone left her and called her a bitch!!! Cute nails. They started off cheap for simple acrylic nails now they charge more than 60$. I used to come every other month for a new set with a simple color and they'd charge me 45$ +tip 50$. I asked for a French fade it isn't even hard since I've done it myself. With my regular length and paid 75$ +tip 80$ since I felt bad. Didn't even come out like I wanted them to. My friend did them simple and paid 60$. Not coming here again! Only came here because it was closer to me. Glenwood mall still does 45$ for simple nails! It is ridiculous! read more
