My nails and feet came out wonderful. I even had them do some Christmas designs on my nails which were very nice. A few days in, I accidentally messed up the polish on my thumbs. I called the next day to get them reshaped, and specified that I did not want Kevin. They assigned Mimi to reshape, and she did ok. She did mention that I could have spoken up during the initial service & I told her straight up like girl I absolutely did & this is what he gave me. What else am I supposed to do?? My major takeaway why i wanted to come back was that usually nail salons nip at my cuticle and it gets red/stings.
