He and his partner took their time to explain their assessment of the problem (original pour of concrete was not dense enough to resist effluorescence in addition to possibly contaminants being excreted by the concrete as well). Talked through several options for repair/reconstruction with a range of costs, and also got a realistic assessment of likelihood of success. Very professional, no sales pitch. After talking with a number of other contractors about the same issue, I was thinking that an epoxy stone overlay may be the most cost effective approach to solving my problem. As I was so impressed with Art, I called him to get his opinion. Even though that particular option wasn't one he could currently offer, he spent the time to talk it over with me, explained the process and some pros/cons, and in the end gave me his overall impression that it probably would be a good choice. A true professional. Even though I'm not going with him for this particular job, will definitely refer my friends and keep him in mind for any future needs.

Land view has no right to sell a contract that does not exist. 2. Land view has no right to give strangers keys and codes to our community without our consent. 3. The company that she did "sell" the business to is not a legel Nevada business. My HOA is up in arms because this company chose to "give out" the codes and keys to anyone that would pay them/her. Don't walk, but run right up those stairs to Titan Stairs!…read more I did a full interior remodel of my home some time ago and the number one thing that everyone comments on is the beautiful stairway that I had done. I'm going to echo what has been said many times before, Michael is just an awesome guy. How do you know this? Not only from the great service he has given me, always texting me back in a timely manner but I've actually run into several of his team out and about town and they have nothing but kind words to say about him. Ask for the actual project, it was was not in a particularly large house but it involved ripping out a pony wall type stairway into the beautiful Cherry mahogany classic style. I could not be happier and while it was a bit more to get the custom color, I feel it was worth every penny. A thing of beauty is a joy forever as they say. One of the features that they offer is the post move-in touch up. Which is for a nominal fee. Mine ended up being a few years later and I was very pleased. The gentleman Rene was an excellent guy, professional, pleasant, and made the experience very enjoyable. I cannot recommend Titan stairs enough and I appreciate them being such a solid company.

They took the time to assess the entire roof and identify all the issues, while other companies either missed things, only addressed part of the problem, or quoted high prices without a complete solution. Jay and his team were communicative and professional throughout the entire process, which made everything much smoother. They had a large crew working efficiently, and a significant portion of the roof was completed in less than two days. Since the work was done, we've had several rounds of rain, and everything has held up perfectly so far. They also provided a two-year warranty, which gave us extra peace of mind and wasn't something most other companies offered. Overall, Aztlan Roofing delivered solid, thorough work at a fair price.
